Abstract

 応答信号(ACK/NACK)用のチャネルを複数の移動局で共有して使用するARQにおいて、ARQの制御の破綻を防ぐことができる無線通信基地局装置。この装置において、レピティション部(106)は、変調部(105)から入力される応答信号を複製(レピティション)して同一の複数の応答信号を得て、それら複数の応答信号をスクランブリング部(107)に出力し、スクランブリング部(107)は、同一の複数の応答信号を割当情報生成部(101)から入力される移動局ID番号に対応するスクランブリングコード(すなわち、各移動局に固有のスクランブリングコード)でスクランブリングし、スクランブリング後の複数の応答信号をS/P部(108)に出力する。
