Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Beschichtung von Oberflächen mit Mikro- und Nanopartikeln, wobei die Mikro- und Nanopartikel chemisch an die Oberflächen gebunden werden, mit den Schritten Vorbehandlung der Oberfläche mit einem Plasmaverfahren, gleichzeitige oder nachfolgendes Aufbringen der Mikro- und Nanopartikel auf der Oberfläche und anschließende Fixierung der Mikro- und Nanopartikel auf der Oberfläche durch ein Plasmaverfahren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fixierung der Mikro- und Nanopartikel mit Hilfe von anisothermen Plasmen erfolgt, deren mittlere Elektronenenergie im Bereich der Bindungsdissoziationsenergie der Mikro- und Nanopartikel liegt und dadurch die Stärke der chemischen Bindung zwischen der Oberfläche und den Mikro- und Nanopartikeln variabel einstellbar ist.
