Abstract
対象物を位置誤差に従い、目標位置に位置制御するとともに、外乱に応じた外乱適応制御を行う位置制御装置において、外乱の角周波数ωとし、サンプル周期をTとした場合に、適応則に従い、sin(ωT/2)を計算し、外乱周波数を推定し、sin(ωT/2)の値により、制御変数を変更して、デジタルの外乱適応制御するので、デジタル制御において、外乱の周波数の推定精度を向上でき、且つ広い周波数範囲の外乱適応制御を精度よく実現できる。
