Abstract
A detection method, device is provided for detecting for the presence or absence of one or more target analytes such as proteins, nucleic acids, or other compounds derived from biological samples. The method, substrate and kit includes capture probes and capture oligonucleotide co-immobilized on discrete spots on the substrate to achieve ultra-sensitive level of detection for target analytes such as proteins, DNA, peptides, and small molecules.
