Abstract
Provided is a heat exchanger which is stably operable for a long period and has excellent maintainability and mass-productivity. A multi-pipe type heat exchanger (A) is characterized in that communication chambers (20) for communicating the internal spaces of tubes (14) with each other across the tubes (14) which are substantially parallel to each other are provided in a shell (12).
