Abstract

Esta invención a efectos de patentamiento, consta de 7 reivindicaciones, cuyo alcance de protección se determina en el texto de Ia primera reivindicación, a saber: Horno solar para esterilización de desechos bio- infecciosos Hospitalarios, que es, en resumen, un horno activado por energía solar, cuya utilidad consiste en esterilizar con resultado seguro, materiales bio - infecciosos, de manera eficiente y eficaz; su principal característica es que permite realizar Ia esterilización de desechos infecto contagiosos, sin liberar al ambiente lixiviados o gases tóxicos o contaminantes. Es una tecnología doblemente amigable con el ambiente al utilizar una energía natural y de muy bajo costo, pero a su vez, elimina el peligro de contaminación y contagio. La idea creativa en Ia reivindicación principal, es Ia de un horno solar para esterilizar desechos bio - infecciosos hospitalarios, Io que implica que se trata de un dispositivo para ser instalado en los hospitales y clínicas; pero en sus reivindicaciones secundarias, el principio físico se adapta a Ia esterilización de: desechos sólidos (basura doméstica e industrial); de cadáveres de aves víctimas o sacrificadas obligatoriamente por causa de Ia gripe aviar; de desechos bio - infecciosos producidos por las clínicas dentales; de desechos bio - infecciosos provenientes de Ia actividad veterinaria y finalmente, Ia invención tiene aplicación útil para Ia desinfección de aguas contaminadas. La tecnología esterilizadora de los hornos solares, aplica a las tres fases de Ia materia: sólidos, líquidos y gases/vapores (todos eléctricamente neutros). No produce ningún tipo de plasma y tampoco requiere de Ia utilización de altas corrientes eléctricas: Ia energía eléctrica que utiliza es de baja tensión y de origen foto - voltaica solar.
