Abstract

The invention relates to a specifically designed Splash less commode with additional features of invisibility the greatest disadvantage of unhygienic Splash back of dirty water on a person's body sitting on the commode makes one more unclean and further to seeing unpleasant site of human waste and dirty water lying inside the commode which one come across generally. And psychologically no one would like to come across such sight as it forms a very hate full mental picture in the human mind. To eliminate both the above-stated serious and objectionable problems completely, i.e. Splash back and unpleasant visibility., this newly designed European type Commodes as shown in fig, no. A1, A2 & C1, C2 incorporate a hidden `P' trap (3). Starting from the bottom opening (2) of the toilet bowl and from outside wall of the commode bowl making Yesidual water' to flow directly in to this hidden low level 'p' trap which is positioned behind the commode bowl or below (as in case of floor mounted commode as shown in fig. No. C1) therefore no residual water will remain accumulated at the bottom of the bowl and there will be no Splash back of dirty water. The precise incorporation of this low level `P' trap pipe downward bend starts at a distance away from the bottom opening of the bowl. Therefore, it will make invisibility to all the human waste (trash) lying in this hidden `P' trap pipe. Therefore, the person using the toilet will not be able to see the waste directly after flushing. And therefore the second aim of invisibility to seeing trash is also achieved. Similarly a design for the manufacturing Indian type floor mounted toilet pan/W.C with invisibility as shown if fig. E1&E2 for achieving Unique characteristic of invisibility to directly seeing trash in 'P' trap by incorporating an extended outlet bend pipe in the construction of the basin bowl, for externally coupling of conventional 'P' trap which now becomes hidden 'P' trap outside the back wall of the basin bowl,, therefore there will be no visibility of the sump directly. What one will now see is the plain basin tub only, and therefore after flushing, the unnecessary visibility of the dirty water sump will

Description

SPUVSHLESS EUROPEAN COMMODE WITH INVISIBILITY / W.C. /
TOILET / SANITARY WARE AND INDIAN FLOOR MOUNTED TOILET PAN WITH INVISIBILITY
TITLE :
Splashless European Commode with invisibility / W.C. / Toilet / Sanitary Ware.
And Indian Floor Mounted Toilet Pan With Invisibility.
FIELD OF INVENTION:
The invention relates to Sanitary Ware.
More precisely the invention relates to a specifically designed Splashless commode with additional features of invisibility to seeing unpleasant site of human waste and dirty water lying inside the commode which one come across generally. And psychologically no one would like to come across such sight as it forms a hate full mental picture in the human mind.
THE BACK GROUND OF THE INVENTION:
All over the world where common European type commodes WC / toilet are used there have been two serious hygienically objectionable and physiologically unacceptable problems that all human being are silently suffering since centuries i.e. Splash back of dirty water on our body, full of bacterial and germs and makes one more unclean and prone to contagious diseases and secondly unnecessary and unpleasant visibility of human waste in the WC bowl seen generally must need to be eliminated. The greatest disadvantage of this existing old design result in unhygienic Splash back of dirty water on a persons body making one more unclean therefore, all these present types of WCs have still remain in primitive age even when today we are living in this modern age of advanced science and technology, and therefore, this new invention will really gift the mankind all over the world with the great benefits of achieving highest level of hygiene and cleanliness on most important necessity of every day life. Therefore, improving the quality of life for the mankind.
As for all the great religions of the world i.e. Christens , Muslim, Hindus, Jews etc. it is very essential to maintain the highest standards of bodily cleanliness (i.e. Bodily Holiness / Purity / Piousness / Pavitrata / Paakizgi / Tahaarat ) prior to offering prayers. However the existing commode in use till today has always put them into great disappointment without any remedy but to suffer silently.
DISADVANTAGES OF THE CONVENTIONAL COMMODES AND INDIAN FLOOR MOUNTED TOILET PAN:
1 - THE FIRST PROBLEM IN EUROPEAN WC / COMMODES -
SPLASH BACK:
When one uses the present European type Commode for natural call the residual water insidejhe WC / commode becomes reasons for Splash back of dirty water every time on the body of a person sitting on the commode seat even after cumbersome and unavoidable extra effort of spreading toilet paper inside the commode every time with bare hands just to save one self from dirty splash.
The main reason for above problem in existing type of commode is that, the presence of residual water which always remains accumulated at the bottom of the commode bowl., technically this is due to the provision of inbuilt half open 'P' Trap (at the bottom of commode bowl which is always remains filled with residual water) of which prime objective is to allow the water to flow out from the sink, and at the same time, to act as a non return valve to trap and keep the noxious gases outside from entering the commode kept in bathroom.
2 - THE SECOND OBJECTIONABLE PROBLEM - UNNECESSARY VISIBILITY OF UNPLEASANT HUMAN WASTE AND DIRTY WATER IN THE PRESENT
EUROPEAN TYPE COMMODE/WC AND ALSO, IN INDIAN TYPE TOILET PAN :
The conventional type of European WCs / commode and also Indian toilet pan (floor mounted WCs) One will generally come across to see in-front of his eyes the unpleasant human waste and dirty residual water lying inside the commode sump which is actually located to be seen directly, and psychologically no human would like to come across such sight as it forms a hate full and unacceptable mental picture in the mind. And particularly in case of European type of commodes dirty Splash back is further added to this problem.
THE OBJECTIVES OF THE PRESENT INVENTION:
To eliminate both the above-stated serious and objectionable problems completely, i.e. Splash back and unpleasant visibility., this newly invented European type Commode design as shown in fig, no. Al & Cl (Sheet No. 1 &. 3) incorporate a hidden VP' trap (3). Starting from the bottom opening (2) of the toilet bowl and from outside wall of the commode bowl making 'residual water' to flow directly in to this hidden low level vp' trap which is positioned behind the commode bowl or below (as in case of floor mounted commode as shown in fig. No. Cl, Sheet No.3) therefore no residual water will remain accumulated at the bottom of the bowl and there will be no Splash back of dirty water and therefore the commode will now become Splashless and on flushing, the waste will be immediately go out of eye sight before one gets up from the commode seat and he will find that WC is absolutely clean every time. Therefore this new design invented for European type commode / WC (for wall mounted and floor mounted models) will now make the commodes practically Splashless and the waste will be invisible and user will never see any residual unpleasant dirt & dirty water to be seen lying in the bottom of the commode bowl besides any possibilities of dirty Splash back.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWING7S:
The new design for Splashless with Invisibility in European WC/Commode will now be described with the reference to fig. no. Al & A2 (Sheet No.01), Cl & C2

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION:
The present invention relates to design for manufacturing an article of sanitary ware for Splashless ness and invisibility to generally seeing of human waste in the commode. In case of the European type WC / commode (wall mounted and floor mounted models as shown in the fig. no. A1,A2 & C!, C2 (Sheet No. 1&3) and separately for Indian toilet floor mounted toilet pan as shown in fig no. El, E2 (sheet no.5) with intricate design of toilet basin with specific positioning of the externally assembled Ψ' trap (3) (as shown in fig no. El, sheet no.5) to eliminate the direct visibility in each case respectively and still maintaining the standard presents of the usual λP' trap as provided in all conventional types of toilets/WC, Except for this precise change, by relocating of the T' trap (3), which is positioned to become a fully hidden λP' trap, thereby giving the added advantages of Splashless ness as well as invisibility to seeing unpleasant human waste laying at the bottom of the toilet.
FOR THE NEW SPLASHLESS EUROPEAN COMMODE WITH INVISIBILITY WC / TOILET:
The new design for the European Splashless WC/com mode/toilet incorporate as shown in figure no. Al. A2 & Cl. C2 (Sheet No. 1&3) fully hidden low level λP' trap
(3) system in the ceramic molding (instead of half visible portion of water which is always lying as shown in fig. no. Bl, B2 & Dl, D2 (Sheet No. 2&4) to constitute half portion of the XP' trap (3) in all old type of commodes) which always remain filled as Yesidual' water at the bottom of the bowl, which is more disadvantageous than having meaningful advantages. Therefore, in the new design the existence of λP' trap is maintained but it is efficiently relocated for eliminating all the disadvantages that all conventional commodes have.
As shown in fig no. Al. A2 & Clr C2 (Sheet No. 1&3) moulding of fully hidden λP' trap (3) directly from the bottom opening of the toilet bowl and further this λP' trap downward bend pipe is located at a distance away and since it is below the bottom level of the bowl. So that, all the residual water enters into the V tube (4) of the hidden 'P' trap making bottom of the commode bowl remain empty, and thereby maintain its very purpose as non return valve for trapping of the noxious gas, also remain the same. Therefore, no water will remain accumulated as "residual water" at the bottom of the WC bowl which is responsible for the Splash back of dirty water on the body of a person sitting on the commode seat. And therefore the first aim of Splashless is achieved. At the same time the commode also become paperless as there will be no accumulation of residual water at the bottom of the commode bowl. Therefore, there will be no botheration of spreading toilet paper inside the commode with your hand every time.
Secondly, the specific position of the low level λP' trap pipe's downward bend starts at a distance away from the bottom opening (2) of the bowl as shown in fig, no. Al
& Cl (Sheet No. 1&3); therefore, it will make invisible all the waste lying in this hidden ΛP' trap pipe (3). Therefore, the person using the new toilet will not be able to see the trash directly. And therefore the second aim of the invisibility to seeing the human waste is also achieved by precise incorporation of the fully hidden low level λP' trap intricate design in the moulding of the new commode.
FOR INDIAN FLOOR MOUNTED TOILET PAN WITH INVISIBLITY:
In case of the old conventional Indian type floor mounted toilet pan as shown in fig. no. Fl & F2 (Sheet Ho.6)r The location of the start of the ΛP' trap sump (10), is located in such a way that it is openly seen at the bottom of the basin, but psychology it is not preferred to see directly exposed sump filled with trash.
Therefore, the present new design for manufacturing Indian type floor mounted toilet pan as shown in the fig, no. El & E2 (Sheet IMo.5) incorporating in the molding, the extended outlet bend pipe (2) of basin bowl for externally assembling of the conventional XP' trap (3), which now become hidden 'P' trap outside the back wall (5) of the basin bowl. Therefore, no visibility of the sump directly. What one will now see is a clean and clear tub only, but this hidden ΛP' trap (3) which is at the back, which will remain the same in its performance and therefore, after flushing, unnecessary visibility of the dirty water will be totally eliminated.
