Abstract

An incombustible board made of a corrugated cardboard is disclosed, which comprises an incombustible resin layer which is formed in such a manner that an incombustible resin liquid having incombustible agent of 5~20weight% is coated with a constant thickness on the surfaces of the upper plate and the lower plate of the corrugated cardboard formed of a wrinkle corrugated plate and the upper and lower plates engaged at an outer side of the same and is dried.

Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to an incombustible board made using a corrugated cardboard and a method for manufacturing the same, and in particular to an incombustible board made using a corrugated cardboard and a method for manufacturing the same which are able to provide an incombustible board having an excellent incombustibility, a high strength and a light weight by spraying a resin having an incombustible agent onto a corrugated cardboard.

Background Art
[3] Generally, a board used for an interior or exterior decoration material for architecture is formed of a wooden veener board or gypsum board.
[4] However, the wooden veener board or paper board is very combustible and has high combustibility, so that they may cause big damage. So, the above materials are not proper for interior or exterior decoration materials.
[5] In addition, there are many inconveniences during transfer, storage and construction owing to their heavy weight. Since the gaps between connection parts are exposed to the outside, intensive work attention is needed. Otherwise, defective construction may occur.
Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem
[6] Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide an incombustible board made using a corrugated cardboard and a method for manufacturing the same which are able to enhance an engaging force, a shearing force and reliability by forming a net woven layer at an incombustible resin layer formed at the upper and lower surfaces of a corrugated cardboard.
[7] It is another object of the present invention to provide an incombustible board made using a corrugated cardboard and a method for manufacturing the same in which an overlapping layer is laterally protruded from one side among the upper and lower plates of a corrugated cardboard for thereby covering a connection part during a construction, and it is possible to make a construction surface look nice by preventing a connection part from being exposed after the completion of construction. Technical Solution
[8] In the present invention, when interior and exterior decoration materials are used for architecture, it is possible to overcome the problems that the conventional art is weak to fire, weight is heavy, strength is weak, and the connection parts are gap-formed.
[9] Namely, in the present invention, it is possible to provide a high strength and light weight incombustible board having a desired incombustibility by spraying and coating resin having incombustible agent on a corrugated cardboard.
[10] So, since an incombustible resin layer is formed by spraying and coating resin having incombustible agent on a corrugated cardboard, the manufacture is easy with the help of spraying method, and a desired incombustibility is obtained.
Advantageous Effects
[11] In the present invention, since resin having incombustible agent is sprayed and coated on the corrugated cardboard using a coating member such as a spray unit for thereby forming an incombustible resin layer, so that it is possible to manufacture an incombustible board having an excellent incombustibility and strength and light weight.
[12] In addition, a net woven layer formed of a net woven member is formed at the surfaces of the upper and lower plates of the corrugated cardboard, so that the engaging force of the incombustible resin layer is enhanced, and a shearing force and durability of the incombustible board are enhanced.
[13] The side support part filled with resin is formed at the hollow portion of the corrugated cardboard, so that the support force is enhanced, and the connection portion is prevented from being pressed and damaged during the construction process.
[14] An overlapping rib is formed at one side of the upper plate and the lower plate of the corrugated cardboard for covering the connection portion during the construction process with the overlapping rib being extended in the lateral direction. Since the connection portions are covered, the surfaces of the finished constructions look nice, and the outer look is enhanced. [26] In the present invention, there is provided an incombustible board made of a corrugated cardboard which comprises an incombustible resin layer 11 which is formed in such a manner that an incombustible resin liquid having incombustible agent of 5~20weight% is coated with a constant thickness on the surfaces of the upper plate 110 and the lower plate 120 of the corrugated cardboard formed of a wrinkle corrugated plate 130 and the upper and lower plates 110 and 120 engaged at an outer side of the same and is dried. [27] The embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[28] The present invention is able to provide interior and exterior board materials with light weight, easy-manufacturing work and high reliability as well as incombustibility.
[29] As shown in Figure 1, according to the present invention, there is provided a corrugated cardboard 130. An incombustible resin liquid consisting of incombustible agent of 5~20weight% is coated with a certain thickness on the surfaces of an upper plate 110 and a lower plate 120 of the corrugated cardboard 130 and is dried for thereby forming an incombustible resin layer 11.
[30] As shown in Figures 10 and 11, the incombustible agent is made in combination with at least one among ferric oxide, tin(II) oxide-Pb(I) oxide, Mn(II) oxide, oxyantimony(III) chloride and sodium silicate. The incombustible agent according to the present invention may be implemented selecting various agents except for the above agents.
[31] In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in Figures 3 and 4, a net woven layer 12 formed of woven nets may be used for enhancing an engaging force of the incombustible layer 11 and tensile strength and durability. The net woven layer 12 is formed in such a manner that incombustible resin is partially coated on the upper plate 110 and the lower plate 120, and a woven net is attached on the upper surface of the same, and then an incombustible resin is coated thereon again.
[32] As shown in Figure 5, a decoration layer 40, in which a metal, synthetic resin decoration material, tile, etc. is attached, may be formed on the surface of the incombustible region layer 11.
[33] As shown in Figure 6, in the embodiment of the present invention, a side support part
30 may be formed in such a manner that resin is filled into a hollow part 140 exposed toward both ends of the corrugated cardboard for thereby enhancing a support force.
[34] As shown in Figures 7 through 9, in the embodiment of the present invention, an overlapping rib 21 is extended from one side of the upper plate 110 and is overlapped and constructed so that the engaging portions are not exposed to the outside during the construction. As shown in Figure 9, the overlapping rib 21 may be formed in a certain direction during the construction. The overlapping rib 21 may be formed symmetrically with respect to the overlapping rib 21 of the upper plate 110. The overlapping rib 21 may be formed at the lower plate 120.
[35] As shown in Figures 7 and 8, only the incombustible resin layer 11 is extended so that it is possible to prevent any protrusion owing to the overlapping rib 21, and a resin non-coated part 22 is formed at the portion opposite to the overlapping rib 21 with the same width as the overlapping rib.
[36] As shown in Figure 1, the corrugated cardboard 130 having one corrugation may be provided. As shown in Figure 2, the corrugated cardboard 130 may be formed with multiple corrugations.
[37] The manufacturing process and construction of the present invention will be described.
[38] In the present invention, an incombustible resin layer 11 is formed in such a manner that an incombustible resin liquid having incombustible agent of 5~20weight% is coated on the surfaces of the upper plate 110 and the lower plate 120 of the corrugated cardboard with a constant thickness, with the corrugated cardboard being formed of a wrinkle plate 130 and the upper and lower plates 110 and 120 engaged at an outer side of the same. The corrugated cardboard 100 is supplied with the help of a transfer member 210 at a constant speed. Incombustible resin having incombustible agent is coated on the upper surface 110 of the corrugated cardboard 100 and the lower plate 120 with the help of a coating unit 220 such as a spray unit and a coating roller, and the resultant structure is manufactured by means of a drying unit 230 during the drying process.
[39] According to another embodiment of the present invention, when it is considered to form the net woven layer 12, as shown in Figure 11, incombustible resin is first partially coated on the corrugated cardboard 100 with the help of the coating unit 220. The net woven member 201, the upper plate 110 and the lower plate 120 are engaged with certain engaging force, and incombustible resin is second coated with the help of the coating unit 220. As shown in Figure 10, the net woven member 201 is covered on the upper plate 110 and the lower plate, and incombustible resin is coated with the help of the coating unit 220.
[40] The present invention implemented through the above manufacturing process has incombustibility with the help of the incombustible resin layer 11 and has durability and light weight. The present invention is used as interior and exterior decoration materials for architecture.
[41] In addition, according to another embodiment of the present invention, a side support part 30 is formed at the hollow part 140 of the corrugated cardboard 100, so that the support force is enhanced, and the connection parts are prevented from being pressed and damaged.
[42] According to another embodiment of the present invention, the overlapping rib 21 is formed, so that the connection portions are not exposed during the construction process. So, the outer look is good, and the gap-forming phenomenon is prevented, so that flame is not spread into the connection portion during fire. Industrial Applicability
[43] In the present invention, since resin having incombustible agent is sprayed and coated on the corrugated cardboard using a coating member such as a spray unit for thereby forming an incombustible resin layer, so that it is possible to manufacture an incombustible board having an excellent incombustibility and strength and light weight.
[44] In addition, a net woven layer formed of a net woven member is formed at the surfaces of the upper and lower plates of the corrugated cardboard, so that the engaging force of the incombustible resin layer is enhanced, and a shearing force and durability of the incombustible board are enhanced.
[45] The side support part filled with resin is formed at the hollow portion of the corrugated cardboard, so that the support force is enhanced, and the connection portion is prevented from being pressed and damaged during the construction process.

Claims
[1] An incombustible board made of a corrugated cardboard, comprising: an incombustible resin layer 11 which is formed in such a manner that an incombustible resin liquid having incombustible agent of 5~20weight% is coated with a constant thickness on the surfaces of the upper plate 110 and the lower plate 120 of the corrugated cardboard formed of a wrinkle corrugated plate 130 and the upper and lower plates 110 and 120 engaged at an outer side of the same and is dried.
[2] The board of claim 1, wherein a net woven layer 12 formed of a net woven member is provided at the incombustible resin layer 11 for enhancing a tensional strength and durability by increasing engaging force.
[3] The board of claim 1, wherein there is provided a side support part 30 formed in such a manner that resin is filled into a hollow part 140 exposed to both ends of the corrugated cardboard for thereby enhancing support force.
[4] The board of claim 1, wherein a decoration layer 40 having a decoration material attached thereto is formed on a surface of the incombustible resin layer 11.
[5] The board of claim 1, wherein an overlapping rib 21 is extended from one side of the upper plate 110 and is overlapped so that the engaging part is not exposed during the construction.
[6] The board of claim 5, wherein said overlapping rib 21 extends and forms only the incombustible resin layer 11 so as to prevent protrusion owing to the overlapping rib 21, and a resin non-coated part 22 is formed at a portion opposite to the overlapping rib 21 with the same width as the overlapping rib.
[7] A method for manufacturing an incombustible board using a corrugated cardboard characterized in that a corrugated cardboard is supplied at a certain speed with the help of a transfer means 210, and a net woven layer 12 is formed by covering a net woven member 201 on the upper and lower plates 110 and 120 of the corrugated cardboard 100, and an incombustible resin layer 11 is formed by coating incombustible resin having incombustible agent of 5~20weight% with the help of a coating means 220 and is dried with the help of a drying means 230 during a drying process.
