Abstract

A hot air generator according to one embodiment of this invention is used for heating air with extremely good efficiency and excellent response. The hot air generator comprises an induction coil made of a conductive material and at least one body to be heated disposed adjacent to the induction coil. The hot air generator further includes a power supply for supplying a high-frequency current to the induction coil for heating the body to be heated, an outer frame for forming at least one flow passage between itself and the body to be heated, and a blower for forming an air flow in the flow passage. With such a constitution, the air in the flow passage can be extremely efficiently heated with excellent response.
