Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'espacement trans-épithélial pour implants dentaires qui comprend un pilier (2) dont la base (3) est fixée par l'intermédiaire de moyens de fixation (6) à un implant dentaire (4), et dont la zone supérieure (5) est reliée par l'intermédiaire de moyens de fixation (10) à une prothèse dentaire (6), ladite zone supérieure (5) comportant une surface d'appui (5a) sensiblement perpendiculaire à l'axe de rotation de la prothèse dentaire (6) ainsi qu'une surface de contact (5b) sensiblement parallèle à l'axe de rotation de la prothèse dentaire (6). L'invention se caractérise par le fait que ladite zone supérieure (5) comporte des moyens d'antirotation permettant d'éviter la rotation de la prothèse dentaire (6) par rapport au pilier (2). L'invention permet de réaliser des restaurations unitaire et multiples d'implants dentaires, sans qu'il y ait de mouvements de rotation indésirables entre le dispositif d'espacement et la prothèse dentaire.
