Abstract

 銅合金と炭素繊維プリプレグの両者間の接合力が極限まで強い一体化物を作成する。特殊で一定の表面形状をした銅合金はエポキシ樹脂接着剤との相性で強烈な接着力を生むことが分かった。この技術を利用して銅合金部材をカバー材としてCFRP材と一体化した複合部品は、その強烈な接合力の存在故に銅合金とFRPの有する各々の特徴の双方をそのまま獲得することができる。FRPプリプレグを型内に入れて加熱硬化する工程に於いて、金型からの離型を円滑にするために当初に金型に離型剤を塗っておくのが普通だが、高度利用するCFRPでは離型剤が染み込んだことで物性が低下することがよくある。銅合金板21をカバー材として使用して、CFRP22を硬化すれば、前記の問題が解消し、且つ外装部分が銅である重要部品が容易に製造できる。
