Abstract

　本発明の課題は、大腸菌等で生産した高次構造未形成による不活性タンパク質、あるいはある種の原因で立体構造が変化し失活したタンパク質のリフォールディングすなわち機能賦活に対して効果的であるタンパク質リフォールディング用カラム充填剤、並びに該カラム充填剤を充填したカラムを提供することである。本発明によれば、粒子状に造粒されているＢＥＡ構造のゼオライト（ゼオライトベータ）を含む、タンパク質リフォールディング用カラム充填剤が提供される。
