Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet un ventilateur sirocco dont le niveau de bruit et la vitesse de rotation, lorsque le ventilateur atteint un volume d'air prédéterminé, sont réduits et un conditionneur d'air comportant le ventilateur sirocco. Le ventilateur sirocco comporte une spirale (6), un corps de ventilateur placé de manière rotative dans la spirale (6) et comportant un grand nombre de pales agencées sous la forme d'un tube circulaire, et un moteur destiné à entraîner le corps de ventilateur de manière rotative. La spirale (6) comporte deux sections linéaires sensiblement parallèles (12, 13) sur la forme extérieure tourbillonnante de la spirale. L'arbre de rotation du moteur est placé près de la section linéaire (12) qui est proche d'une section languette (8) de la spirale.
