Abstract

 ユーザ装置と下りリンクにおいて共有チャネルを用いて通信を行い、前記共有チャネルを受信するユーザ装置の識別情報、前記共有チャネルの送信フォーマットを通知する制御チャネルの送信電力を制御する基地局装置に、ユーザ装置から報告される下りリンクの無線品質情報と、前記制御チャネルの通信品質により決定されるオフセット値とに基づいて、前記制御チャネルの送信電力を制御する送信電力制御手段を備えることにより達成される。
