Abstract

 正の電荷、特にポリアルギニンペプチドを表面に有するリポソームに対し、血液中の蛋白質などのような負の荷電を有する生体成分に対する抵抗性を増強させ、血液中にリポソームが投入された場合でも高い封入物輸送能を維持することのできるリポソームを提供することを目的とし、(a)配列番号1又は2に記載のアミノ酸配列からなるペプチド、及び/又は(b)該アミノ酸配列において1又は数個のアミノ酸が欠失又は付加されたアミノ酸配列からなり、酸性条件下において脂質膜融合を促進する活性を有するペプチド、を有効成分とする、リポソーム用生体成分抵抗性増強剤を提供する。当該リポソーム用生体成分抵抗性増強剤は、リポソームに含ませることで、血液中の蛋白質などのような負の荷電を有する生体成分に対する抵抗性を増強させ、血液中にリポソームが投入された場合でも高い封入物輸送能を維持させることができる。
