Abstract
半導体ナノ粒子蛍光体の集合体を標識試薬として一分子観察をする際、粒子ごとの発光波長、発光強度にバラツキがなく、安定した評価をすることができる半導体ナノ粒子蛍光体の集合体及びそれを用いた単一分子観察方法を提供する。当該半導体ナノ粒子蛍光体の集合体は、平均粒径が2~50nmの半導体ナノ粒子蛍光体の集合体であって、400~540nmの範囲で励起光を照射したときの発光スペクトルの極大発光波長の変化が2nm以下であり、かつ該発光スペクトルにおける極大発光波長の発光帯の半値幅が2~20nmであることを特徴とする。
