Abstract

An increase in traffic is prevented and an efficient system architecture is promoted in an ad-hoc network system. In the ad-hoc network system to which an On-Demand ad-hoc routing protocol is applied in order for a plurality of nodes to autonomously constitute the network, when a node (transmission source) constituting the ad-hoc network establishes/maintains a route to a node which is the transmission destination thereof, a route search request message is transferred to the node which is the transmission destination capable of being arrived through a specific relay node to the specific relay node in unicast and the route search request message is flooded from the specific relay node.
