Abstract

 脂肪組織の個体差によらず、一定品質の脂肪由来幹細胞群を得ることを可能にする。容器内に脂肪組織と酵素を含む生理食塩水、乳酸リンゲル液または緩衝液とを投入し、攪拌することにより脂肪組織を分解する脂肪組織消化装置に用いられ、攪拌後に静置されることにより容器内に形成される脂肪組織層と該脂肪組織層の下方に配される細胞懸濁液層との境界を、容器の外部から検出する境界検出部(8)と、該境界検出部(8)により検出された境界位置に基づいて、脂肪組織層の厚さを測定する層厚測定部(10)と、測定された脂肪組織層の厚さと容器の横断面積とを乗算して脂肪組織層の容積を算出する脂肪容積算出部(12)と、算出された脂肪組織層の容積に基づいて、消化の終了を判定する終了判定部(13)とを備える脂肪消化終了判定装置(1)を提供する。
