Abstract

 本発明は、結晶シリコン系太陽電池20と、樹脂層42と、カバーガラス30とを備えた太陽電池モジュール100を提供する。カバーガラス30は、質量%で表示して、実質的に、65≦SiO2≦80、0≦Al2O3≦5、0≦Li2O≦5、5≦Na2O≦18、0≦K2O≦10、10≦(Li2O+Na2O+K2O)≦20、0≦MgO≦10、5<CaO≦15、0≦(SrO+ZnO)≦5、5<(MgO+CaO+SrO)≦15、0≦ZrO2≦5、0.05≦SO3≦0.5、0≦酸化アンチモン≦1、0.001≦全酸化鉄(Fe2O3換算値)≦0.04、0.075≦全酸化チタン(TiO2換算値)≦1、からなる。カバーガラス30の主面31は、粗面化された状態にあり、樹脂層42に接触している。カバーガラス30は、紫外線波長域の光の照射によって、太陽電池において高い光電変換効率が得られる波長を有する光線の透過率が増加する。
