Abstract

 本発明は、(A)特定の含フッ素環状カーボネートを含有する溶媒、ならびに(B)環状4級オニウムカチオンと、PF6 -、(CF3SO2)2N-または(C2F5SO2)2N-とからなる環状4級オニウム塩を含む電解質塩を含む非水系電解液と、(C)分極性電極とを含むことにより、高い耐電圧を有し、かつ広範囲の電解質塩溶解用溶媒への溶解性に優れた電気二重層キャパシタを提供する。
