Abstract

The present invention relates to a method of preparing denim clothes, which comprises: an output step of outputting a film for silk screen on which an image is printed after transforming a picture to be expressed on the denim clothes into the image; a masking step of masking the image of the film on a denim fabric which is not processed, using a soluble masking solution; a bleaching step of minutely peeling out a surface of the denim fabric by performing a laser sanding on the masked denim fabric; and a washing step of removing the masking solution on the surface of the denim fabric by means of a win- washing.

PREPARING THE SAME
Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to a method of preparing denim clothes, which comprises the steps of: outputting a film for silk screen on which an image is printed after transforming a picture to be expressed on the denim clothes into the image; masking the image of the film on a denim fabric which is not processed, using a soluble masking solution; bleaching for minutely peeling out a surface of the denim fabric by performing a laser sanding on the masked denim fabric; and separating the masking solution on the surface of the denim fabric by a win washing.

Background Art
[3] In general, denim is a name of a twill fabric dyed with an indigo dye, which has been applied to blue jeans. The blue jeans originating from a work clothes put on by frontiers of America become one of the best-known simple clothes, which is nowadays put on most pleasantly by all the people including the old and the young all over the world,.
[4] Dissimilarly to clothes made of other materials, denim clothes is used to produce diversely shaped clothes with small change of a basic fabric and diversity of processing method and design.
[5] Also, it is made of cheap thick cotton yarn fabric, and become shabby through bleaching due to several factors such as friction, sun-beams, and washing during the work. Nowadays, there has been developed a washing, which is one of diverse processing methods, after a fashion is introduced.
[6] However, a conventional washing method is performed substantially by using a manual work requiring several processes to thereby bring about differences of results, so that a standardized product cannot be produced and minute design cannot be expressed.
[7] In addition, the basic process of preparing the denim clothes including the jeans and the like, includes designing, cutting, sewing, washing for decorating the prepared denim clothes, and additional processes, in which the washing process is divided into several methods such as stone washing, chemical washing, bio- washing and the like.
[8] The stone washing method is to wash clothes by using a volcanic rock. However, there occurs a problem associated with a large amount of the volcanic rock consumed, complexity of work, increase of manufacturing cost and the like. In case of chemical methods such as the chemical washing method, the bio-washing method and the like, there occurs a problem associated with minute bleaching in the process of bleaching, washing or the like due to chemical reaction, and a uniform work is difficult because of repeated works.
[9] In addition, recently, various processing methods such as printing, embroidery and the like, have been employed to overcome limitations of the above washing method and achieve various effects. However, the printing and embroidery also entail several problems including damage of the original fabric, and the like at the time of the processing, and thus there is a need for improvement.
[10] Moreover, Korean Patent Laid Open Publication No. 10-2006-0039097 discloses an invention entitled with a method of preparing a product label device by using natural nacre and product label device using the same. However, this conventional art is different from the present invention in terms of the field of a subject to be invented, and does not include a step of outputting a film for silk screen on which an image is printed, so that there are problems in that a large difference exists in the automation of preparing the clothes, and an epoxy resin should be filled in a negatively engraved portion on the denim fabric after the laser work.

Technical Problem
[13] Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above conventional problems, and an object of the present invention is to overcome problems associated with an existing bleaching and washing method, which is post-treatment of the conventional denim clothes, i.e., problems in that it was difficult to produce products of the same quality, in that it was difficult to achieve a bleaching effect of a complicated shape, in that different feeling was produced due to disharmony of materials in relation to an original fabric after the printing, in that the printed surface was peeled off due to a decrease of an adhesive strength between the paint and a surface of the fabric after the printing, and in that the original fabric was damaged due to the needle openings formed at the time of performing the embroidery, and the like.
[14] Another object of the present invention is to secure a more minute and accurate product image obtained by the film for the silk screen printing than that obtained by the conventional molding frame. [15] Still another object is to provide a method of preparing denim clothes, which is capable of performing uniform work in repetitive bleaching by means of a laser sanding, preventing damage of the original fabric, and perform a bleaching process minutely, and the like.
[16] Yet another object is to provide a method of preparing denim clothes, which prevents a dying layer of an unnecessary portion from being peeled out in a following laser sanding by employing a soluble masking solution, and can achieve a minute image bleaching effect.
[17] A further object is to provide a method of preparing denim clothes, which can express both a complicated photograph and a simple image.

Technical Solution
[19] To achieve the above objects, the present invention provides a method of preparing denim clothes, comprising: an output step of outputting a film for silk screen on which an image is printed after transforming a picture to be expressed on the denim clothes into the image; a masking step of masking the image of the film on a denim fabric which is not processed, using a soluble masking solution; a bleaching step of minutely peeling out a surface of the denim fabric by performing a laser sanding on the masked denim fabric; and a washing step of removing the masking solution on the surface of the denim fabric by means of a win- washing.
[20] Therefore, according to the method of preparing denim clothes of the present invention, it is possible to remove a deviation between products, which may occur in a method of processing the conventional denim clothes, in particular, blue jeans, and achieve minute bleaching with a resolution of above 1000dpi.
[21] In addition, as another advantage of the present invention, it is possible to overcome problems, which may occur in the post- treatment, to thereby achieve affirmative effect of maximizing productivity by performing most of the machinery works.

Mode for the Invention
[33] Hereinafter, the method of preparing denim clothes and denim clothes prepared using the same of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the appended drawings, so that those people skilled in the art can easily carry out it.
[34] In the present invention, FIG. 1 is a flow chart showing a method of preparing denim clothes according to the present invention, in which a preparing method SlOO of denim clothes according to the present invention comprises a step (process) (Sl 10) of outputting a film for silk screen printing a transformed image, after preparing a denim fabric for preparing denim clothes, sensing a picture to be expressed on the denim clothes, and transforming the picture into the image. Furthermore, it comprises a step (process) (S 120) of performing a masking on the denim clothes by using a soluble masking solution after passing through the outputting step, a step (process) (S 130) of performing a laser sanding of the masked denim clothes after the masking work, and a step (process) (S 140) of removing the masking solution from the obtained denim clothes by a win washing.
[35] The step of outputting a film is characterized by performing an engraving for silk screen printing by outputting an image on the film in a vector or bitmap manner as a preparing process of the masking work to cover a portion unnecessary for the laser sanding process (a portion for maintaining original color of denim).
[36] Also, it is featured that a desired shape can be outputted on the film for silk screen printing without separate dyeing treatment.
[37] The masking step is to form a masking film on a work-piece by silk screen printing using a soluble masking solution by using the film. It is possible to prevent the dyeing layer of the unnecessary portion, which may be produced in the following laser sanding process, from being peeled out and to achieve an image bleaching effect of the most minute level by means of the above process.
[38] Also, it is featured to bring about a higher degree of minuteness than an existing bleaching process by performing a pre-masking process using a soluble paint to achieve more minute expression than what is obtained by the sanding with manual work, and the masking method is featured to be possible to prepare denim clothes of a new image by minimizing damages of the fabric by means of engraving the original fabric into a minimum depth (below 0.010), and by completely removing the feeling of foreign substance by completely separating the soluble paint used in the masking through the following win washing (water washing) process.
[39] By the performing of the laser sanding, it is possible to produce effect of more minute sanding in comparison with the sanding method using an existing abrasive material, after performing the masking process. Also, it is featured that the laser sanding method can induce more effective bleaching than any other processing method by then, by effectively removing the upper-most dyeing layer, with maintaining the weft and the warp of the original fabric in comparison with the cutting, which is the existing laser processing method.
[40] The step of separating the masking solution by way of the win washing is featured by removing the remaining masking solution and the dyeing substance, which can be remained after the laser sanding by way of the win washing.
[41] FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing a difference between a laser sanding method according to the present invention and a conventional method of using chemical resin.

Then, the chemical resin is permeated into a portion 240 for performing the bleaching to thereby produce a positive engraving effect of a desired color, however, there is produced a problem of the degree of minuteness because the bleaching is produced at a portion 250 where is not required of the dyeing, by the reaction of the chemical resin with the denim clothes.
[43] In the present invention, the masking solution is sprayed on the denim clothes 210 of the silk screen printing film, and the laser 232 is permeated into the denim clothes at the upper end to thereby perform the bleaching, however, it is featured that the portion 240 to be bleached can express diverse designs and minute bleaching effect by way of physical sanding and not the chemical reaction.
[44] FIG. 3 is a diagrammatic cross-sectional view showing an embodiment of a bleaching step by using a laser sanding according to the present invention.
[45] The bleaching step of the present invention by using a laser sanding is performed by masking a dyeing layer 330a formed on an upper end of the denim fabric 340 using a masking solution to thereby form a masking portion 320a of the silk screen printing, and engraving a portion for expressing the positive engraving effect of color by using a laser sanding beam 310 to thereby express the bleaching effect. Thus, it is featured that desired color and shape can be minutely formed by way of a portion 350 where the masking portion 320b and the dyeing layer 330b are cut out by the laser sanding. [46] FIG. 4 is a front enlarged view showing an embodiment of denim clothes prepared by the method according to the present invention.
[47] With regard to the denim clothes prepared according to the present invention, when the enlarged section 421 of an image bleaching portion of the denim clothes 420 is observed by way of an image, it is comprised of the dyeing layer 330b engraved out by the laser sanding and washing work of the upper end of the denim fabric 340, and is prevented from being peeled out of the dyeing layer by the work using the image film and the use of soluble masking solution.
[48] In addition, when a front view 431 enlarging a photograph bleaching portion of the denim clothes 420 is observed by way of a photograph, it is composed of a portion 340 of the denim fabric after the laser sanding and a remaining dyeing layer 330 after the laser sanding, and it is drastically more minute in the degree of minuteness than that obtained by the general method of preparing denim clothes.
[49] Comparing the denim clothes by way of an image and that expressed by way of a photograph, it is shown that a difference is existed between the color and design, and the like, which are expressed by the sanding performed continuously by the laser in case of the denim clothes by way of an image, and the sanding is performed by dotting of the laser in case of the denim clothes by way of a photograph.

Industrial Applicability
[51] As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to remove deviations, which may occur for the conventional denim clothes, in particular, for the method of processing blue jeans, and achieve a minute bleaching with a resolution of above 1000dpi.
[52] In addition, as another advantage of the present invention, it is possible to overcome problems, which may occur in the post- treatment, to thereby achieve affirmative effect of maximizing the productivity through performing most of mechanical works.
[53] As described above, it should be understood that various changes and modifications can be carried out by those people skilled in the art without departing from the technical scope of the present invention. Accordingly, the technical scope of the present invention should not be limited by the description of the embodiment but defined by the description of claims.

[1] A method of preparing denim clothes, comprising the steps of: an output step of outputting a film for silk screen on which an image is printed after transforming a picture to be expressed on the denim clothes into the image; a masking step of masking the image of the film on a denim fabric which is not processed, using a soluble masking solution; a bleaching step of minutely peeling out a surface of the denim fabric by performing a laser sanding on the masked denim fabric; and a washing step of removing the masking solution on the surface of the denim fabric by means of a win- washing.
[2] The method according to claim 1, wherein the output step of outputting the film comprises outputting an image of the film in a vector or bitmap manner so as to perform the engraving for a silk screen printing.
[3] The method according to claim 1, wherein the bleaching step comprises masking a dyeing layer formed on an upper end of the denim fabric using a masking solution to thereby form a silk-screen masking portion, and engraving a part of the masking portion and the dyeing layer of the obtained denim fabric to express a positive engraving effect by way of beams of the laser sanding to thereby achieve bleaching effect.
[4] Denim clothes prepared according to the method described in any one of claims
1 to 3, wherein the denim clothes for expressing the image is prepared by a continuous laser sanding.
[5] Denim clothes prepared according to the method described in any one of claims
1 to 3, wherein the denim clothes for expressing a photograph is prepared by a laser dotting.
