Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Zusammensetzung mit einem Getreidemahlerzeugnis, die einen bestimmten Gehalt an Kohlehydraten, Fetten und Proteinen aufweist. Die Zusammensetzung weist einen Kohlenhydratanteil von weniger als 15 Gew.-% und einen Omega-3-Fettsäurengehalt von mindestens 2 Gew.-% auf. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung eine Backware, die eine solche Zusammensetzung aufweist.
