[DESCRIPTION]
[Invention Title]
DRAINAGE SYSTEM USING WATER DRAINABLE AND PERMEABLE MEMBERS FOR SOIL IMPROVEMENT OF SOFT GROUND AND SOIL IMPROVEMENT METHOD FOR SOFT GROUND USING THE SAME
[Technical Field]
The present invention relates to a water drainable and permeable drainage system and method for treatment of soft ground, by which surface water and subsurface water can be drained simultaneously by installing open channels and collector wells of water drainable and permeable members, in order to remove surface water and subsurface water of soft ground created by dredging and filling.
[Background Art]
The soft ground of dredged and filled land is in slurry condition, so deformability is high, and because of that, soil has low load-bearing capacity.
In the case of installing conventional drainage structures, which are heavy objects, on soft ground, which has low load-bearing capacity, it is impossible to install and form drainage structures of heavy objects. And even if the conventional open channels and collector wells are to be installed, there is a limitation that only surface water is collected and drained and a problem that a large quantity of sludge flows in the drainage channel. In addition, although there are vertically and horizontally connected drainage materials made of tube body, there are problems that manufacturing cost increases when forming the drainage material due to its structure, and during the rainy season or heavy rain the quantity of water to be drained could be less than the open channel, and the construction cost could be high since the shallow layers of soft ground are to be improved.
[Disclosure]
[Technical Problem] The present invention is to solve such problems with an object to provide a water drainable and permeable drainage system for treatment of soft ground and a soft ground surface layer treatment method using the same, by which the installation depth can be adjusted by generating or controlling the buoyancy according to the condition of ground with reduced unit costs as it is easy to manufacture, and the drainage performance and workability of open channels and collector wells are further improved by simultaneously draining the surface water and subsurface water with the open channels and collector wells by installing this on the water, as well as in the water and the subsurface of soft ground, and the problems of dredged and filled land such as the leaving-alone period of soft ground, habitation of noxious insects, soil load-bearing capacity, etc. can be solved.
[Technical Solution]
To achieve the above objects, there is provided a drainage system constructed by forming drainage materials with coverless open channels and collector wells, covering a mesh frame structure with permeable filter material, and adding a plurality of surface water flow holes, styrofoam for buoyancy generation and heavy objects for buoyancy control.
[Advantageous Effects]
The water drainable and permeable drainage system according to the present invention and the soft ground surface layer treatment method with open channels and collector wells reduce manufacturing cost by covering water permeable filter material in a mesh frame structure of coverless open channels and collector wells and adding and forming a plurality of surface water flow holes, styrofoam for buoyancy generation and heavy objects for buoyancy control, so that easy installation is possible and surface water and subsurface water are drained simultaneously to make it possible to install even on ground in a soft sludge condition.

[Best Mode]
Below will be described in detail an embodiment of the present invention with reference to the accompanying Figs 1 to 5. Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing part of a drainable and permeable open channel according to the present invention, and Fig. 2 is a sectional view showing how a drainable and permeable open channel according to the present invention is installed. In the present invention, the open channel 1 is formed in a coverless form composed of side portions 2 and 2' and a floor portion 3 without a cover, and the collector well 4 is also formed in a coverless square body 4 composed of side portions 5 and 5' and a floor portion 6. The frame structure 7 is formed in mesh form and the outside of the frame structure 7 is covered with water permeable filter material 8, and surface water flow holes 9 and 9' are formed in the upper part of the open channel 1 and collector well 4. Styrofoam 10 for buoyancy generation according to the soil load-bearing capacity or heavy objects 10' for buoyancy control are added to the side or floor of the filter material .
Impermeable paper 15 is attached to the side portions 2 and 2' and 5 and 5' and a part of floor portions 3 and 6, so that reverse leakage of water collected in the open channel 1 and collector well 4 is prevented so as to increase the effects of drainage and catchment.
Now will be described the soft ground surface layer treatment method by open channels and collector wells of the present invention. As shown in Fig. 4 and Fig. 5, coverless open channels 1 of water drainable and permeable members are arrayed at a given interval on the surface layer of soft ground, and collector wells 4 are buried and connected to opposite end portions. At this time, the upper cross sections of the side portions 2 and 2' and 5 and 5' of the open channels 1 and the collector wells 4 are partly exposed above the ground surface 11. The surface water flow holes 9 and 9' are formed almost at the same level with the ground surface 11 by adjusting the height of styrofoam 10 for buoyancy generation or heavy objects 10' for buoyancy control according to the soil load-bearing capacity. Accordingly, the surface layer of soft ground can be improved by naturally draining or using a pump 14 to pump out the water collected in the collector well 4 after causing surface water 12, subsurface water, and surface moisture 13 to drain and permeate simultaneously.
Next will be described the action of the soft ground treatment method by drainable and permeable open channels and collector wells according to the present invention having such a configuration. ^
First, the open channels 1 and collector wells 4 of the present invention are constructed in a coverless type, so a large quantity of water can be disposed of in the rainy season and heavy rain and the surface layer of soft ground can be quickly improved. And since it is not constructed with vertical drainage material, etc., it is easy to manufacture, so manufacturing cost can be reduced.
If drainable and permeable open channels 1 and collector wells 4 according to the present invention with such a low cost are installed on water, in water and under ground, the surface water flows into open channels 1 and collector wells 4 through the mesh frame structure 7 and surface water flow holes 9 and 9'. The subsurface water that has passed through the mesh frame structure 7 and permeable filter material 8 also flows into the open channels 1 and collector wells 4. Namely, if moisture that flows in like this is collected in the collector wells 4 from the open channels 1, it can be discharged from the collector wells 4 by natural drainage or drain pump 14. The open channels 1 and collector wells 4 are provided with a plurality of surface water flow holes 9 and 9' and a mesh frame structure 7 and permeable filter material 8 so as to discharge surface water and subsurface water simultaneously. Also, since it is of such a structure that the extent of installation depth can be adjusted easily by adding styrofoam 10 for buoyancy generation or heavy objects 10' for buoyancy control according to the soil load-bearing capacity, it provides an outstanding workability even on ground in a soft sludge condition.
In addition, reverse leakage of water collected in the open channels 1 and collector wells 4 is prevented by attach-forming of impermeable paper 15, so the drainage and catchment effects can be enhanced.
In the present invention, in order to remove surface water and subsurface water of soft ground created by dredging and filling, etc., open channels and collector wells of drainable and permeable members are installed on soft ground to drain surface water and subsurface water simultaneously so as to accomplish surface layer treatment of soft ground. [Industrial Applicability]
Therefore, in the surface layer treatment of soft ground, the cost of manufacturing members for collecting and draining water is reduced, and it is possible to add a plurality of surface water flow holes and styrofoam for buoyancy generation and heavy objects for buoyancy control, and surface water and subsurface water can be drained simultaneously by easy installation of these, so outstanding installation is possible even on ground in a soft sludge condition.
Although the present invention has been described in connection with the exemplary embodiments illustrated in the drawings, it is only illustrative. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that various modifications and equivalents can be made to the present invention. Therefore, the true technical scope of the present invention should be defined by the appended claims.
