Description

ADVERTISEMENT PANEL TENSIONING SYSTEM
THE RELATED ART
The invention relates to an embodiment wherein the advertisement material is located and tightened, in order to dismantle and hang the advertisement materials on fixed locations (billboards) or in portable manner (particularly on both sides of vehicles such as trucks) easily and replaceable at certain time intervals and to ensure tight position of the advertisement material.
DISADVANTAGES OF THE RELATED ART Advertisement is a concept used to keep the product in the mind of consumers today when trade and consumption has spread fast. Visible locations are preferred for advertisement. Such locations are usually city squares where public is intensively. Two-dimensioned advertisements are displayed sometimes on the ground or sometimes on LCD monitors in such squares. The purpose is to provide effect on the person seeing the material visually. Billboards are located in city squares for such purposes. Visual materials replaceable in time are tightened on such billboards. There are also billboards where advertisements of more than one firms or products are located, in such manner that first. One advertisement is displayed and then the second one automatically. The subject of this invention relates to tightened advertisement materials stay in fixed manner where they are hung.
The patent numbered TR 2006 00239 relates to an embodiment for advertisement material display enabling fixing and tightening and changing it when required. This embodiment consists of one axis, a tightening part capable to move located on the said axis, a force applicator connected to the said tightening part for driving the said motion to the said tightening part.
The action of staying in a fixed manner can be on the billboard installed in a square as well as applied on a moving motor vehicle such as truck, lorry etc. consisting of a side surface in the moving form. In such case, advertisement material is displayed on the locations when the vehicle moves. There are fixed advertisement materials on both billboards and side surfaces of the vehicles. The advertisement information on the advertisement materials (firm's details, product' details) are presented in a manner impressing people. The details are mostly printed on the advertisement materials fixed onto the vehicles and billboards.
The patent applications numbered US 5,845,423 and US 5,657,566 deal with the problem of advertisement material fixing on the vehicle, advertisement on side surfaces of the load carrying road vehicles but the effectiveness of the solutions are shadowed by the fact that modifications such as installing rails, mounting support and fixing means are required to be made on the vehicles in order to enable installation and removal of the advertisement boards. In addition, the advertisement boards themselves are complicated and expensive. Moreover, advertisement boards can only be used with vehicles having rigid sides because advertisement boards are difficult to be accessed from side covers of the vehicles having flexible sides, which is the flexible side covers installed on the vehicles are to be removed or rolled up so as to access the load area. The invention numbered EP-A-O 382 478 employs a covering material whereon a removable demonstration layer is located by use of cloth material.
Similarly, the invention numbered EP1399908B1 relates to an advertisement material particularly which can be removed and installed on a vehicle. The costs are decreased considerably when compared to other inventions mentioned above. Practicality has been provided by means of quick removing and installing. However, the materials fighting against outdoor weather conditions, moving inter- countries, inter-continents will lose the tightness due to wearing. The lack of an embodiment eliminating tightening problems occurring on the advertisement material in time is the biggest disadvantage of the said invention.
ADVANTAGES AND BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The purpose of the invention is to obtain an embodiment ensuring tight stand of advertisement material on billboards or side surface of vehicle changeable in an economical manner and very short time and particularly ensuring tight standing even under severe weather conditions. In order to realize this purpose, in the most general way, one hanging apparatus, one channel where the hanging apparatus is located, capable of two direction movement (x, -x), one spring located between the hanging apparatus and advertisement material and connected to both of them have been used. Constant tightening is ensured by means of the spring. The negative aspects of the structure of the advertisement material changing according to external factors (increase in size, loosing etc.) are absorbed by means of the spring. Driving motion of the spring by hanging apparatus ensures quick adjustment without losing time. A smooth tightening is realized by means of holes (21 ) distributed on the advertisement material. The holes having washers of metal or different material enables long time use of the advertisement material.
The image pollution after tightening is prevented by means of a plate spring supported cover realizing opening and closing functions from a centre on rotating point of the front parts of the carcass edges, of which one end is connected to carcass edge and one to cover. Spring, carcass and hanging apparatus are hidden by means of cover after tightening, and only carcass and advertisement material are left visible.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION
Figure 1 is two dimensioned schematic front view indicating the mounting on one corner of the carcass (10) that can be arranged in manner forming a billboard or connection on vehicle. Carcass (10) can be arranged in various geometries. However, ordinary rectangular embodiments (square, rectangular mostly) are obtained. Carcass (10) consists of carcass edges (11 ). Carcass edges (11 ) are usually made of aluminum material.
Advertisement material (20) is located on the centre of the carcass (10). Advertisement material (20) contains holes (21 ) called bird eyes. Advertisement material (20) is in the form of carcass (10) geometry, and holes (21 ) are formed in the sections close to carcass edges (11 ). Holes (21 ) are distributed close to edges of advertisement material (21) at fixed certain intervals in order to enable an orderly tightening. Washers of metal or different materials can be located around the holes (21 ). The connection between the advertisement material (20) and carcass edges (11 ) is provided by means of hanging apparatus (30) capable to move linearly in two directions (x, -x) on the carcass edges (11 ) and a spring (40) . Hanging apparatus (30) is located on the carcass edge (11 ) at the level of the hole (21 ) on the advertisement material. One end of the spring (40) is connected to carcass edge (11 ) and other end to the advertisement material (20).
Figure 2 indicates the details of the connection between the carcass edge (11 ) and advertisement material (20). Carcass edge (11 ) is in L shape and connection houses (12, 13) are formed on long edge of the L shape. The connection houses
(12, 13) provide fixing the carcass (10) onto a flat ground. A moving channel (14) enabling movement of the hanging apparatus (30) is formed on the short edge of the L shape. Moving channel (14) is narrowed with extensions from front part. The said extensions (15) prevents exit of the hanging apparatus (30) from the moving channel (14). Hanging apparatus (30) is only able to move linearly in two directions. (See figure 1 ).
After the tightening of the advertisement material (20) is provided on the centre of the carcass (10) by means of springs (40), the cover (50) covers particularly the image of spring (40) and hanging apparatus (30) and provides a nice view. (See Figure 3 and Figure 2).
The cover (50) is opened when desired and spring (40) and holes (21 ) on the advertisement material (20) are accessed. The cover (50) performs a rotating motion (θ) in a manner realizing opening and closing functions, where rotation point (51 ) is centre. A plate spring (52) of which one end is connected to carcass edge (11 ) and other to cover (50) is used in order to provide easy performance of opening and closing functions is used.
The spring (40) contains a constant tightening force. In other words, the spring (40) constantly pulls the advertisement material (20) from the moment it is fixed until removal, towards itself, that is, short arm of the L shape forming the carcass edge (11 ). This constant force absorbs the elongation and shortening arising due to weather conditions in time and ensures constant tightening position of the advertisement material (20).
Figure 4 is two dimensioned figure indicating front and side views of the hanging apparatus (30). Hanging apparatus (30) consists of two parts. One of them is the part (31 ) located in the two direction motion channel (14) and the other is the part
(32) outside the channel (14). The part (32) outside the channel has a hole (33) and the one end of the spring (40) passes into that hole. Two stopping walls (34) are formed preferably on the right and left side of the point where the part (31 ) in the channel the part (32) outside the channel combine.
The stopping walls (34) are in contact with the extensions (15) formed on the carcass edges (11 ). In case of pulling of the hanging apparatus (30) by the spring (40), the force thereof is resisted by means of the stopping walls (34) and extensions (15).
The invention cannot be limited to the descriptions given in this part. The protection scope of the invention should be described by the claims.
