Description
Kältegerät mit Kaltluftvorhang Refrigerating appliance with cold air curtain
The present invention relates to a refrigerator having a body and a door enclosing a cooled interior, wherein in a front upper portion of the interior, a cold air outlet opening is arranged to produce a cold air curtain, more specifically, a cold air flow, on an inner side along the door. Refrigerators of this type have been proposed, on the one hand to limit the air exchange between inside and outside with the door open in a similar way as a curtain of rising warm air, which is familiar to the consumer, for example, from the Kaufhausingängen, and on the other hand, to refrigerated goods in a front Cool the area of the interior quickly and efficiently.
In conventional refrigerators of this type, the cold air outlet opening is fixedly arranged on the body, and a supply line extends in a wall of the body between a heat exchanger chamber and the cold air outlet opening. This supply line takes up space, which is lost as a usable volume of the interior, so that the ratio of the interior volume to the total volume of the device assumes an unfavorable value.
Figures 1 and 2 illustrate this with reference to schematic sections through two different types of refrigerators with cold air curtain. Fig. 1 shows a section through a refrigerator with a body 1, a door 2 and a refrigerated goods receiving interior 3. In a rear wall of the body 1, a heat exchanger chamber 4 is housed, the sake of clarity, not shown, flowed through by refrigerant heat exchanger and a Blower which drives an upward airflow in the heat exchanger chamber. Via a supply line 6 extending in the ceiling 5 of the carcass, the air cooled at the heat exchanger reaches an outlet opening 7 from which it exits into the interior 3 as a downwardly directed stream. The current runs along the inside of the door and over the bottom of the interior 3 to an inlet opening 8 of the heat exchanger chamber 4. The required space for the supply line 6 is the height of the interior space 3 lost. In particular, in combination refrigerators, it is known to accommodate a heat exchanger chamber between two interior spaces of the device, a freezer compartment and a normal refrigerator. In such a refrigeration device, it would generally be conceivable to provide a flow direction of the air in the heat exchanger chamber from the rear to the front, so that cold air could be fed in the shortest path from the front end of the heat exchanger chamber into one of the interiors to form a cold air curtain there. In such a case, however, it is difficult to achieve a uniform cooling of the entire, usually partitioned by flow-preventing shelves interior. Such uniform cooling can be achieved by, as shown in Fig. 2, a manifold 9 is guided along the rear wall of the normal cooling chamber 10 and a plurality of openings 12 each opening into the respective compartments separated by 11 shelves. In order to feed the distribution line 9 and the cold air curtain generating outlet opening 7 together, again along the ceiling of the normal cooling chamber 10 extending supply line 6 is required, and the space required for this supply line 6 is the height of the normal refrigerator 10 lost.
The object of the invention is therefore to provide a refrigeration device with cold air curtain, which achieves a favorable ratio of useful volume to total volume.
The object is achieved in that in a refrigerator with a body and a door which enclose a cooled interior, wherein in a front region of the interior, a cold air outlet opening is arranged and aligned, a sweeping along an inside of the door along the air flow to produce, the cold air outlet opening is formed in a refrigerated goods container arranged in the interior. This refrigerated goods can take over the function of the conventional supply line 6, but stands at the same time as a useful volume for the accommodation of refrigerated goods available, so that it can be turned off, if necessary, particularly quickly cooled.
In order to load and unload the refrigerated goods, this can be provided with a hinged front. Preferably, the refrigerated goods container as a whole in the manner of a drawer is pulled out. This refrigerated goods container is in turn preferably fed via a broken into a wall of the interior supply opening with cold air. In order to minimize the lengths of air ducts guided in the walls of the body 1, the supply opening is preferably arranged in a rear region of the interior space.
Bevorzugt ist die Luftaustrittsöffnung oberhalb eines an der Tür obersten Ablagefaches angeordnet: Hierdurch wird eine zumindest annähernd gleichmäßige Beaufschlagung der Türinnenseite mit Kaltluft erreichtIf the refrigerated goods container has on its front side facing the door an air outlet opening, which directs the air flow against the inside of the door, then at least in sections, a portion of the inside of the door can be mitgekühlt controlled. Preferably, the air outlet opening is arranged above an uppermost storage compartment on the door: This achieves an at least approximately even admission to the inside of the door with cold air
Es ist auch möglich, den Verteilerkasten insgesamt aus dem Innenraum 3 zu entnehmen, um das von ihm belegte Volumen anderweitig nutzen zu können.1 is a refrigerator with a body 1, a door 2, an interior 3 and a housed in a rear wall of the body 1, a heat exchanger and a fan containing heat exchanger chamber 4. Powered by the fan, air is sucked into the heat exchanger chamber 4 through an inlet 8 located near the bottom of the inner space 3, and air cooled at the heat exchanger passes through a supply hole 13 cut in the vicinity of the ceiling of the inner space 3 in the rear wall thereof; in a below the ceiling of the inner space 3 suspended distribution box 14. The distribution box 14 is a substantially cuboid box with open top, the side walls except for the supply opening 13 opposite cut-out portion 19 of the rear wall, to just below the ceiling 5 of the body 1 rich , The distribution box 14 rests on formed on the side walls of the inner space 3 horizontal ribs 15 and is on this from the interior 3 if necessary withdrawn to place refrigerated goods therein or to remove it again. It is also possible to remove the distribution box altogether from the interior 3 in order to be able to use the volume occupied by it in another way.
On one of the door 2 facing the front 16 of the distribution box 14 outlet openings 7 are provided. The outlet openings 7 are distributed over the entire width of the distribution box 14 in order to produce a uniform over the width of the interior 3 away cold air curtain.

In order to regulate the thickness of the cold air curtain or the cooling power available in the distribution box 14, the outlet openings 7 distributed on the front side 16 of the distribution box 14 can be made closable, for example by means of continuously adjustable, more or more with the outlet openings 7 less widely overlapping sliders.
The arranged in a horizontal partition wall of the body 1 between the freezer compartment 18 and normal cooling chamber 10 heat exchanger chamber 4 is traversed from front to back of air. Air from the normal cooling chamber 10 reaches the heat exchanger chamber 4 via a lying outside the cutting plane and therefore shown in phantom line 20, near the bottom of the normal refrigerator 10th begins and opens into the heat exchanger chamber 4 near the front end thereof. A distribution pipe 9 extends from the rear end of the heat exchanger chamber 4 along the rear side of the normal cooling space 10. On the distribution line 9 a plurality of openings are formed, near the ceiling of the normal cooling chamber 10, a supply opening 13, passes through the cold air in a pulled out on ribs 15 distribution box 14, and several openings 12, each of which shelves 11 delimited from each other compartments. Construction and function of the distribution box 14 are the same as described with reference to FIG. 3 and need not be explained again here. As can easily be seen, here leads a partial shut-off of the outlet openings 7 of the distribution box 14 only to a redistribution of air flows within the normal cooling chamber 10: It flows more cold air through the openings 12, the cold air curtain disappears along the inside of the door 2, and the interior of the Distribution box 14 is no longer more cooled than other areas of the normal cooling space 10th
Thus, the possibility of shutting off the outlet openings 7 or completely removing the distributor box 14 results in a variety of possible uses.
Notwithstanding the illustration of FIGS. 3 and 4, in order to produce a cold-air curtain, the outlet openings 7 could not be arranged on the front side 16 of the distributor box 14 but adjacent to the front side 16 on its bottom. The outlet openings 7 in the front 16, however, have the advantage that with them the risk of blockage by placed in the distribution box 14 refrigerated goods is lower.
