Abstract
Heating element for apparatuses for injection moulding of plastic material, comprising a plate (1) made of thermally conductive material and characterized by an improved treatment of preparation of the surface of the plate, for neutralizing phenomena of corrosion. Provided on said plate is an integrated heating system (based on the Italian patent application No. IT-A-TO2004A000253 and U.S. patent application No. US-A-2005/0257367), thus rendering the heating element capable of operating at up to 600°C, as well as a possible glazing for sealing the insulating final layer of Al2O3 and by final anti-emissive gold flash. The heating element is likewise equipped with electrical connections that are reliable at high temperatures and with systems of clamping to a hot runner (H) also in the case where the base materials of the plate and the hot runner are different.
