Abstract

The invention relates to a three-dimensional support or module which can be assembled into a larger unit along with modules of the same kind. Said module is folded from a planar cardboard or plastic plate that has predetermined bending points and perforations. The module is stabilized by means of connecting elements. Additional connecting elements are provided for coupling several modules to each other. A recess into which a small module can be inserted is provided in the three-dimensional support. The surface of the small module curves slightly when the small module is inserted because the material of the small module is more resilient than the material of the support and the external dimensions of the small module are slightly greater than the internal dimensions of the recess in the support.
