Abstract

A protective garment having at least one pocket that may be releasably attached to a surface of the protective garment. An additional pocket may be disposed between an outer and inner surface of the protective garment, and may be accessed from an opening in the outer surface and the inner surface. Each pocket may be adapted to optionally receive a removable ballistic plate. The outer surface of the protective garment may be adapted to accept at least one accessory.
