Abstract

An amusement device (10) includes an outer shell (12) of transparent or semi-transparent plastic or elastomer having good bounce characteristics, a liquid (14), preferably water, and a light-up device (18) there within. The liquid is located outside said light-up device. Glitter (16) is also desirably contained within the liquid.
