Abstract

Ce serveur de domaine comporte un fichier de zone comportant des règles de répartition qui définissent une partition de l'ensemble des sous-dossiers de ce domaine en une pluralité de sous-zones. Les données DNS de chacune de ces sous-zones sont hébergées par un serveur de partition, Ce serveur de domaine est apte à obtenir, à partir de fichiers de zone, une information permettant d'identifier Ie serveur de partition capable de répondre à une requête, émise par un client, en vue d'obtenir un dossier DNS.
