Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'alimentation de matière d'un broyeur planétaire à boulets de grande dimension comprenant une trémie, une structure d'alimentation à plusieurs coins supérieurs et un tonneau de désagrégation. Un conduit de guidage de la matière est placé sur chaque coin supérieur de la structure d'alimentation et à l'extérieur de l'orifice de décharge; un arbre rotatif est placé horizontalement à l'intérieur du conduit de guidage de la matière et de la structure d'alimentation pourvue d'une extrémité supportée par un palier et l'autre extrémité étant placée à l'extérieur de l'orifice de décharge du conduit de guidage de la matière. L'autre extrémité de l'arbre rotatif est raccordée à une crémaillère à spirale formée dans le tonneau de désagrégation, et certaines ailettes spirales sont formées sur la partie de l'arbre rotatif à l'intérieur de la structure d'alimentation. Lors de l'entraînement des ailettes spirales, la matière est d'abord amenée, de manière homogène, dans le conduit de guidage, qui ne comporte pas d'ailettes spirales, puis dans le tonneau de désagrégation.
