The invention provides a series of improvements and added functions of great utility to the audio-porter and video-porter systems, being also incorporated into the existing porter networks as an add-on, taking advantage of all the previous infrastructure. Currently almost all homes are equipped with an audio-porter system or electronic video-porter. However, despite the existence of several inventions that deal with the use and implementation of wireless terminals for the electronic door entry application, its use has not been extended, either because of the cost involved, because of the limited functionality they provide or because of the need of replacing one or more equipment of the goal system. The terminals of the traditional goal systems have three functions: doorbell, communication with the entrance panel and door opening. There is no background on a Bluetooth or ZigBee wireless module added to the doorphone for the use of the mobile phone as a user interface and with an answering machine, voicemail and presence simulation. There are a number of inventions that deal with some improvements to the basic goal service.
Dicho modelo de utilidad no contempla la posibilidad de redirigir llamadas a terminales telefónicos externos a la vivienda .Document ES270915 is about an electronic door entry operated by telephone line. It consists of using the internal user telephone network and the home phones as infrastructure to replace the electronic door entry terminal. Said utility model does not contemplate the possibility of redirecting calls to telephone terminals outside the home.
Document DE19739393 refers to a conventional analog wireless intercom, while document DE19739392 is about a wireless intercom based on digital DECT communications technology. The DECT, however, is a band with license, unlike Bluetooth or ZigBee. In addition, DECT is not compatible with current mobiles, so applications could be developed on it.
Document ES2126532 refers to an intercom system via telephone line that does allow redirecting calls to external telephones to the house, although said function or said call forwarding implies the cost of a typical telephone call, an expense that is not contemplated with the use of wireless technologies contemplated in the present invention.
Document ES2133125 describes an analog wireless video intercom with connection to the telephone network and similar limitations as the aforementioned document regarding the redirection of communications outside the home or similar.
Document ES2170682 deals with a video-port network with capacity for wireless transmission and storage of audiovisual information as well as remote location modules and home automation control. However, it deals with radio or infrared technology. While infrared would be limited to the interior of the house and have a short range, the proposed radio technology does not guarantee compatibility with current mobiles, so special terminals or adhesion to specific telephone services would be necessary instead of a simple application in the mobile terminal.
Document GB2377582 is about an electronic doorphone with a built-in mobile phone to redirect calls to a preprogrammed phone number. The redirection is done through a conventional call and does not include free connections via Bluetooth or ZigBee within the scope of the technology.
Document ES2195745 discloses a wireless electronic doorphone with wireless digital voice and image communication between a street sign, a base for each dwelling and wireless terminals. The base of the house allows the connection to the telephone network to be able to receive calls in the mobile terminal or to redirect calls to the doorman towards an external telephone. However, it is necessary to replace the available technology instead of being able to use a simple device that can be attached to the user's terminal, as well as changing the street sign. In addition, it always uses the telephone network, while the proposed invention avoids the use of this network as long as there is an authorized mobile terminal within the range of the established free wireless network.
orientado a aplicaciones domóticas. In relation to the use of Bluetooth or ZigBee communications technologies for access to information or control of devices there are the following antecedents that, however, do not apply the mentioned technology to the object contemplated herein. An example is document DE10222408, which describes a remote control of an external device via Bluetooth Home automation oriented. Another example, document CN1449629 describing a multimedia access system via a mobile terminal, a Bluetooth wireless network converter to a wired network and a gateway to the Internet.
The current electronic doorman has the inconvenience of having to go several times to the fixed location of the house where the doorman terminal is located to meet the arrival of a visitor. The possibility of being able to speak from any room of the house within the wireless range of the module for the fixed electronic door entry terminal set forth in the present invention constitutes a great comfort, similar to that provided by the extended wireless fixed telephony terminals. The comparative advantage provided in this document is that the user uses his mobile phone with Bluetooth, ZigBee or other wireless technology as a wireless terminal of the goal system, without having to equip himself with a new wireless mobile terminal of proprietary design. Current mobile phones are equipped with the means to implement a high-quality user interface through the programming of an application, and also usually incorporate the ability of wireless communication with Bluetooth technology, with which voice, data and images can be transmitted. The use of the resources and capabilities of such a widely used device constitutes cost savings and great user comfort, avoiding the need to transport a new terminal with it. Other wireless devices can also be used as a user interface in addition to a mobile phone, such as a PDA, a laptop or any other Bluetooth device or equipped with other wireless technology with audio intercom capability.
The traditional doorman terminals do not have the capacity to store and / or notify the call event in the case of non-presence of the tenant of the house. It may happen that the arrival of a person with great interest is being expected and this prevents the tenant from leaving his home at any time. This problem is solved with the incorporation to the doorphone of the answering machine function with voicemail, which allows you to record a generic or personalized voice message for the visit you are waiting for, as well as that said visit can leave a voice message in The one to identify and communicate briefly. The electronic door entry terminal can be configured to switch from normal mode to voicemail mode by not detecting any tenant's mobile phone in its wireless coverage area. This same detection of Bluetooth or ZigBee devices registered in the system is used to notify users on the screen and by means of acoustic warning the existence of accumulated messages when they arrive at the house. In short, it is proposed to take advantage of the popular mobile phones as wireless terminals of the electronic doorman, avoiding the user the inconvenience of carrying other added equipment, as well as its cost and associated maintenance. As a result, a series of very useful functions can be concentrated in a mobile telephone terminal.
DIVULGACIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓNDISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION
The present invention introduces a novel solution to an application that has not been satisfactorily resolved at the present time being, at the same time, very economical. The user of this invention achieves a series of advanced functions, a total mobility in the entire wireless coverage area to communicate or manage the system, the possibility of using the mobile phone as a fixed telephone wireless terminal, the ability to redirect calls to the doorman towards an external telephone through the fixed or mobile telephone network and all this with a minimum cost and difficulty for the user, since the invention is based on the use of your mobile phone with Bluetooth, ZigBee or other wireless technology.
The described electronic door intercom terminal can be a complete equipment compatible with the pre-existing street sign and can be mounted in new buildings or as a replacement for traditional electronic doormen or, instead, it can take advantage of the pre-existing traditional electronic door intercom terminal and be mounted as a Wireless module added to the existing infrastructure, so that all the functionality of the invention is achieved with considerable savings, since it is not necessary to include a microphone, speaker, button or housings. In both cases the result is the same, a wireless improved electronic door entry terminal is achieved. The traditional functions of electronic door entry terminal are door bell, establish audio communication with the caller and open the door (s) of the building. In the wireless module for electronic door entry terminal (1), the functions of answering machine with voicemail, presence simulation and wireless communication with the user's mobile phone or wireless bridge / repeater device are implemented. The optional wireless bridge / repeater device (3) whose function is to add the ability to redirect a call to the electronic doorphone to the landlines in the house or to an outside telephone by connecting to the fixed telephone network it equips. In addition, the wireless bridge / repeater device serves to extend the wireless coverage of the electronic door intercom terminal, allowing communication between the electronic intercom terminal and the The user's mobile phone at a greater distance. The wireless bridge / repeater device is also used to provide the mobile phone with the function of a fixed telephone wireless terminal.
The answering machine with voicemail function is very useful both to know who has already been called and for what, as well as to avoid the loss of time associated with attending to unwanted callers. It is possible to activate the welcome message of the answering machine even if the user is in your home, asking that the caller identify himself and leave his message. In case you want to attend to that person, you can pick up the answering function, automatically inhibiting the answering function.
The presence simulation function allows to simulate the answer of the doorman by the tenant of the house to avoid the evidence of absence before possible thieves. Thieves often search homes for prolonged tenant absences, for example, a summer vacation, thus ensuring easy theft. Homes that show obvious signs of being empty are the priority objective of this kind of assault. In the described invention it is possible to record a series of messages that simulate a brief answer and that are reproduced upon receiving a call while the doorman is configured in the presence simulation mode to hang up after a few seconds. These are usual answers when picking up on goal applications, pronounced by several subjects and that can be pre-recorded or recorded personally by users.
In the mobile phone with Bluetooth or Zigbee of the user (2) a code is executed that implements all the traditional functions of electronic door entry terminal and also the listening of the stored voice messages, the recording of the messages for the answering machine and the presence simulation, the management of system functions, the function of a fixed telephone wireless terminal and the redirection of a call to an outside telephone through the mobile telephone network. From the mobile phone, the user can configure the operating mode he wants: normal, normal with the fixed intercom terminal muted, answering machine or presence simulation; You can also select to have the system switch from normal mode to answering mode by detecting that the user's mobile is out of the wireless coverage of the fixed intercom terminal and vice versa. By silencing the fixed terminal, only users who have the mobile phone activated to receive them receive the call from the entrance panel, increasing the privacy of those interested in said calls and eliminating the inconvenience to those not interested. Other controls that are carried out from the mobile phone are the volume, the duration and the tone or the melody of the mobile call, the default duration of the voice messages, the recording of the message of the answering machine and enabling new mobile phones in the system to connect wirelessly to the fixed terminal, which can only be done by a previously enabled mobile phone. The wireless module for fixed terminal is equipped with a general reset button after which the device accepts the connection of the first mobile that makes the connection request. Successive mobiles that want to be linked to the system must be enabled by this first mobile or by another previously enabled. When a call is received from the entrance panel, both the mobile terminal can be configured so that the call tone is several tens of seconds long as a usual telephone call, regardless of the duration of the press on the entrance panel . When picking up from a mobile phone, other users cannot access communication as a measure of privacy in the system. If one of the users answers the caller from his mobile phone but the call is for another tenant, it is possible to transfer the call from one mobile phone to another.

MANEEA(S) DE REALIZAR LA INVENCIÓNMANAGE (S) OF CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the invention of a non-limiting nature are explained below.
The present invention is conceived as a module for adding a pre-existing electronic doorphone (10) and a pre-existing goal network (9), so that the devices that implement said pre-existing electronic doorphone are not included in the preferred implementation, without implying a limitation on the mode of application of the invention, since it is also intended to cover the case of an electronic door entry that integrates all the functions of the invention and replaces the existing door entry system. In any case, the implementation of the traditional analog electronic doormen is well known, to which the door terminal module described here is connected. The interface between the porter terminal and the traditional analog system's goal network is usually 5-wire: audio input from the entrance panel (15), audio output from the microphone of the goal terminal (14), called (11), door opening (12) and mass (13). There may be another terminal, such as power supply or secret (to confer privacy on communications) but they are optional and their purpose is not essential. The electrical connection between the invention, the port network and the fixed porter terminal can be carried out by means of screws, connector (s) or by inserting the cables into a connection strip of the type used in fixed telephone networks. Just the thread of Call (11) must be interrupted (H ') to connect the module (1), so installation is very quick and easy.
The porter terminal module (1) is connected to the particular goal network (9) through an interface circuit (24) responsible for conditioning the analogue input (15) and output (14) audio signals. and of a microcontroller (20). A PCM encoder / decoder (codee) (23) converts between the conditioned analog signals and the digital audio signals in PCM format. The answering machine and presence simulation functions require the inclusion of a voice recording / playback circuitry (22) that connects to the PCM Encoder / Decoder. The signal conditioning, analog to digital conversion and voice recording / playback circuits can be integrated in the same audio block (25). There are on the market integrated circuits of several manufacturers that integrate the functions of signal conditioning, encoder / decoder PCM and the ability to record / reproduce voice, such as, for example, the integrated circuit 15216 of Winbond. The intercom terminal (1) also incorporates a Bluetooth transceiver module (16) with an antenna (17), which uses the 2.4 Ghz ISM band, in order to communicate with the optional Bluetooth bridge / repeater device (3) or directly with one or more mobile phones (2) that serve to implement the user interface.
La alimentación eléctrica se efectúa mediante una fuente de alimentación reguladaA microcontroller (20) is connected to all the aforementioned blocks communicating with them to carry out the functions of the apparatus. Through a serial interface (28) the audio block (25) controls the dynamic range of the audio input and output, configures the PCM codee and controls the parameters and recording / playback functions. In the preferred implementation, said serial interface (28) will be a standard I2C interface. The microcontroller (20) is connected to the Bluetooth module (16) through (27) in order to manage wireless communication: discover the Bluetooth devices within its coverage, connect to the Bluetooth devices registered in the system and exchange voice and data. The microcontroller is also connected to the call input (11) from the entrance panel and controls the electronic switch (29) that enables or disables the operation of the doorbell of the fixed electronic intercom terminal, implementing the mute function. This electronic switch (29) in the absence of power supply in the module (1) must allow the current to pass through so that the fixed door terminal (10) continues to operate in the event of a power failure for the door terminal module . The microcontroller is connected to an electronic relay or switch (21) whose function is to open the door when ordered from a mobile doorman terminal. The power is supplied by a regulated power supply
(18) que puede estar conectada (19) a la red eléctrica de la vivienda o al hilo de alimentación de la red de portería, en el caso de existir, siendo preferible esta segunda opción por su mayor facilidad y economía, siempre que la alimentación de la red de portería (9) soporte el consumo de corriente requerido.(18) which may be connected (19) to the electrical network of the dwelling or to the power line of the goal net, if it exists, this second option being preferable due to its greater ease and economy, provided that the power supply of the port network (9) support the required current consumption.
The bridge / repeater device (3) consists of a Bluetooth transceiver (31) with which it establishes wireless communication with the Bluetooth module for the porter terminal (1) and with the mobile terminals, an antenna (30) for the ISM band 2.4 Ghz, the interface circuit (33) with the fixed telephone network (5), a PCM digital signal codee to analog audio signals (32) and a microcontroller (37) responsible for governing the equipment and temporarily storing and transfer the bidirectional flow of digital audio associated with the conversation.
The Bluetooth module for the porter terminal (1) acts as the master of the Bluetooth network (piconet) that is formed in the user's home, so that it synchronizes and coordinates the other devices connected to the network. In order for Bluetooth devices to be used as mobile terminals (2) of the electronic doorphone, they must have activated Bluetooth communication by executing a program that must be previously installed on said devices. The user can register and unsubscribe in the wireless porter network of your home manually or, instead, you can let your Bluetooth device detect the Bluetooth module for the porter terminal (1) and connect to it when entering your coverage area. This process is implemented by searching for devices (inquiring) from time to time and making the connection (paging) to the Bluetooth network (piconet) when other Bluetooth devices are available.
Then the mobile terminal configures its Bluetooth transceiver in parked mode, which is characterized by its low power consumption and the maintenance of the wireless connection. When a call is made on the entrance panel for the home where the invention is located, the microcontroller (20) captures the event through (11) and manages the Bluetooth transceiver (16) through the serial port (27) so that Wireless communication is activated with the mobile terminals (2). Once the communication is activated, the call event is transmitted to the mobile terminals by means of an asynchronous non-connection-oriented connection (ACL) and the conversation is established with the first team that responds to the off-hook event.
When communication is established between a mobile terminal (2) and the module for electronic door entry terminal (1), the audio coming from the entrance panel is digitized in (25) and transmitted by (16) according to the control of (20) in the door terminal module (1). The mobile terminal (2) must receive this data and assemble it to get an audio stream in PCM digital format that, after converting to analog format, is played on your speaker or headset. The voice flow from the mobile terminal to the entrance panel is symmetrical to that described. The type of wireless connection used for voice is synchronous connection-oriented (SCO), with the Bluetooth standard defined as a PCM interface (26) and specific communication profiles for audio communication.
When wireless communication is established through the bridge / repeater device (3) your Bluetooth transceiver (31) receives the data and digital audio that flows in both directions and your microcontroller (37) temporarily stores them for transmission at a later time, since Bluetooth technology uses temporary multiplexing (TDD). The interface with the fixed telephone network (34) of the bridge / repeater unit (3) consists of an adaptation circuit of the analog signals (33) and a PCM codee (32), whose joint function is the conversion of bidirectional audio from analog telephone format to PCM digital format and vice versa. It also has the means to pick up the telephone line to make a call and to ring the telephones of the interior network of the house. The PCM codee (32) converts the audio coming from the entrance panel in PCM format to audio in analog format and performs the inverse conversion with the analog audio coming from the adaptation circuit (33) connected to the fixed telephone network (5) when a call is redirected to an outside telephone (4). In this preferred implementation of the bridge / repeater equipment (3) a DMTF tone generator is not included, necessary to carry out the dialing. As a simpler and more economical alternative, it is decided to take advantage of the audio playback circuit (22) of the Bluetooth module for electronic door entry terminal (1) with the factory pre-recorded tones, simplifying the bridge / repeater equipment. The door terminal module (1) to redirect a call to an outside telephone must send to the bridge / repeater device (3) the command to call outside via an ACL link, to pick up the telephone line and activate the audio conversion PCM received by Bluetooth to analog audio. The door terminal module (1) then reproduces the tones associated with the configured telephone number, sends them through an SCO link and waits to receive the accepted call command originated by the bridge / repeater device (3). At this moment, the door terminal module establishes the sound communication between the entrance panel of the goal net (9) and the remote telephone (4), because until the call is accepted the caller is not picked up to that the redirection is transparent to your opinion.
The activation of the redirection of calls to an outside telephone (4) is carried out from a mobile doorman terminal (2). The deactivation of this function is carried out when the Bluetooth module for electronic doorphone terminal (1) detects one of the mobile doorman terminals (2) within the coverage area.
When the Bluetooth mobile phone (2) is used as a wireless fixed telephone terminal, the same procedure is used as when a call is redirected to an external telephone, only in this case it is the mobile phone that controls the bridge equipment / repeater (3) instead of the door terminal module (1). The mobile phone (2) sends to the bridge / repeater equipment (3) the call-out command via an ACL link, then it must send the dial tone sequence via the SCO link used for audio and wait for the command to accept the call from the bridge / repeater equipment (3) to channel the two-way voice flow digitized by the SCO link.
