Abstract

Description
DEVICE OF ADORNMENT FOR NAVEL
Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to a device of adornment for navel, more particularly, to a device of adornment for navel being capable of getting rid of a risk of a conventional adornment piercing around the navel to be attached on the navel and providing a non-piercing method of attaching to and removing from the navel easily and freely. Background Art
[2] An adornment refers to accessaries such as an earing, a necklace, and a bracelet, and it has been used widely not only for women but also for men from ancient days up to present days due to its various design and utility.
[3] From ancient days to present, Such an adornment employed a method of surrounding or winding a particular area of a body such as a neck, a finger, and a wrist using a wire of a necklace, and a strap of a ring or a bracelet in order to be attached on the body. However, the piercing technique used for attaching a conventional earring is widely used for other part of the body such as a nose, a lip, and a navel.
[4] The piercing technique mainly refers to forming a hole with a small diameter on a part of the body to attach an adornment to a particular part of the body, and combining the adornment and a combining means through this hole. As an example, in a case of piercing through a navel, a pendant having a hook on the bottom is pushed through a navel and pierce through an area near the navel so that a combining means can be inserted through this hole to be combined with the bottom of the pendant and hooked for a firm attachment of a pendant on the navel. Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem
[5] Anyway, when the adornment is attached to the navel using such a piercing method, it is advantageous in that the adornment is attached to the navel firmly. However, it is disadvantageous in that there exits a risk that external bacteria may infiltrate into a pierced area during the operation to pierce the body. Besides, a place where the piercing is taking place is mostly a sales shop where does not have anything to do with a medical center. Accordingly, as the operation is done in an insanitary way, a lot of people complained about its side effects caused by such an operation.
[6] Additionally, although a lot of people wants to be stylish by attaching adornments of various designs onto their navel, it is true that the act of piercing the navel is still considered to be one of fearful and disgusting things to do, which becomes one of hinderance to spreading the navel adornment to the public.
[7] However, in case of attaching the adornment to the navel without piercing operation, the range of adornment to choose from gets too limited as the size of the adornment has to fit precisely to the size of the navel. Even if the size of the adornment fits exactly to the diameter of the navel, there still exists a problem that the adornment can deviate from the navel easily due to the structural problem that such an adornment has.
[8] Accordingly, there comes along a demand for a device of adornment for navel being capable of being attached to the navel without the fearful and disgusting piercing operation.
Technical Solution
[9] The present invention is devised to solve problems mentioned above. An objective of the present invention is achieved by providing a device of adornment for navel being capable of attaching the adornment firmly and safely to the navel without piercing the human body using a body being stuck to the navel in a vacuum state.
[10] An another objective of the present invention is achieved by providing a device of adornment for navel being provided on a body with a fixing means not to be deviated easily so that secondary attaching power can be provided in addition to the attaching power of the body.
[11] An another objective of the present invention is achieved by providing a device of adornment for navel that can be replaced or exchanged with other adornments by atta ching an adornment in a removable manner.
[12] An another objective of the present invention is achieved by providing a device for keeping an extra accessary such as a ring on a navel other than an accessary such as a cubit that is used for a navel.
[13] An another objective of the present invention is achieved by providing a human- friendly hygienic means by combining components using a structural property, not an adhesive.
[14] An another objective of the present invention is achieved by providing an additional means that can be universally compatible with any size of navel as each person has different size of navel. Advantageous Effects
[15] As described above, the device of adornment for navel according to the present invention provides various advantageous effects, such as:
[16] 1) the device according to the present invention can be used sanitarily as the adornment can be attached without piercing,
[17] 2) the device according to the present invention provides as good adhesive force and stability as the piercing, by using various means for firm attaching, [18] 3) the device according to the present invention offers excellent popularity as it can be utilized appropriately for those who reject to pierce the navel, but want to decorate their body, [19] 4) the device according to the present invention can offer excellent applicability by providing easy replacement and separation of the adornment without damaging or harming the body, [20] 5) the device according to the present invention can contain accessaries being attached on a portion other than the navel, such as an earring, [21] 6) the device according to the present invention keeps a sanitary state by not using a chemical adhesive contacting the human body such as navel, but using a structural combination, [22] 7) the device according to the present invention can be used for anyone regardless of the size of the navel.

[37] It is an aspect of the present invention to provide a device of adornment for navel, comprising: a body 20 of flexible material being provided with an absorption plate 23 on the bottom thereof to be compressed within a navel 100, and having a hollow inside to be extended and released; a cap 30 being combined to a top of the body 20 and provided with an air hole 32 controlling an air flow of the body 20; a stopper 40 opening/closing the air hole 32; and an adornment accommodation part 60 being combined on a top of the cap 30 and accommodating an adornment 70 in a removable manner.

[39] To achieve the purpose described above, a device of adornment for navel 10 according to the first embodiment of the present invention comprises: a body 20 of flexible material being provided with an absorption plate 23 on the bottom thereof to be compressed against a navel 100, and having a hollow inside to be extended and released; a cap 30 being combined to a top of the body 20 and provided with an air hole 32 controlling an air flow of the body 20; a stopper 40 opening/closing the air hole 32; an adornment accommodation part 60 being combined on a top of the cap 30 and accommodating an adornment 70 in a removable manner.
[40] Also, a device of adornment for navel 100 according to a second embodiment of the present invention comprises: a main body 110 being provided with an absorption plate 120 including a ventilation hole 121 on a bottom thereof to be compressed in a navel N, and having a hollow inside to be extended and released; a stopper combination part 111 formed on a top of the main body 110 with a diameter bigger than a diameter of other area of the main body 110 and being provided with a plurality of air ventilation holes 113 formed by being depressed toward the outside of a groove 112 and a plurality of stoppers 114 formed by protruding downwardly; a plug 140 being coupled to the stopper combination part 111 and being provided with a groove 141 formed on an area on a top; and an accommodation part 170 being coupled to the main body 110 while accommodating the adornment 180, and being provided with a plurality of combination grooves 172 provided on a bottom peripheral 174 on the bottom to be coupled to the stopper 114, and provided with a plurality of air ventilation holes 173 positioned on an upper side wall of the bottom peripheral 174 to correspond to the air ventilation hole 113.
[41] Hereinbelow, a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in reference with the attached drawings. However, the attached drawings are not in accordance with the scale, and the same components in each drawing are indicated by the same numerals.
[42] The device of adornment for navel according to the present invention is intended to provide a means for attaching an adornment using a compressing body without piercing, and it can be distinguished into a device 10 according to a first embodiment of the present invention utilizing adhesive for combining each component and a device 100 according to a second embodiment of the present invention not utilizing adhesive. The first embodiment is shown in Figs. 1 through 5, and the second embodiment is shown in Figs. 6 through 14.
[43] First of all, a configuration of the device of adornment for navel according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described.
[44] Fig. 1 is an exploded perspective view illustrating a schematic configuration of the device 10 of adornment for navel according to the first embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a cross sectional view illustrating a state of combination between the device 10 of adornment for navel according to the first embodiment and the navel N.
[45] Also, Figs. 3 and 4 are perspectives illustrating separated and combined states of the device 10 of adornment for navel according to the first embodiment of the present invention shown in Fig. 1 seen from various angles.
[46] As seen in Figs. 1 and 2, the device 10 of adornment for navel according to the first embodiment of the present invention comprises: a body 20 mounted on the navel N; a cap 30 attached on a top of the body 20; an adornment accommodation part 60 connected to the cap 30; and an adornment 70 accommodated in the adornment accommodation part 60.
[47] The body is made of an expandible/flexible material with an elasticity of rubber or silicon in order to minimize irritation or damage to a navel as it is mounted on the navel N. The body 20 is shaped as a cylinder having a hollow inside, and is formed with a plurality of wrinkles just like a small cymbals in order to provide expandability and flexibility in accordance with a force applying vertically, herein a side formed with wrinkles as the small cymbals is names as a wrinkle part 21.
[48] The body 20 formed as the small cymbals by the wrinkle part 21 is expandable and flexible in accordance with the force applied vertically from the outside.
[49] As mentioned above, although the body 20 is expandable and flexible due to the flexible material having own elasticity, a spring 22 may be provided within the body 20 in order to an additional elasticity.
[50] In reference with Figs. 1 and 2, due to the spring 22 provided vertically between an inner bottom of the body 20 and a bottom of the cap 30 which will be described later, the body 20 can be more expandable and flexible against the force from the outside. If the body 20 keeps a state of being contracted as the body 20 is mounted on the navel N due to the elasticity of the spring 22, it will be expanded easily, which will prevent a problem that the body 20 will not be removed from the navel N.
[51] It is most important for such body 20 to be mounted in a state to keep a secure and proper combination state, not to be removed from the navel N and not to do harm to an area around the navel N. For such purpose, the body 20 is provided with various and multiple supplementary attaching means.
[52] Firstly, a bottom of the body 20 is formed with the absorption plate 23 so that the bottom of the navel N and the absorption plate 23 contact each other and the absorption plate 23 is compressed on the navel N when a user presses the body 20. A diameter of the absorption plate 23 is bigger than a diameter of the body 20, so that the absorption plate 23 keeps stuck to an attaching area of the navel N tightly to prevent an unnecessary space in-between. The body 20 keeps a state of being distant a little bit to the side of the navel N so that the body 20 can be removed from the navel N easily later.
[53] The compression and separation between the absorption plate 23 and the navel N is facilitated when the air of the absorption plate 23 flows in and out properly through a connection part between the absorption plate 23 and the body 20. Accordingly, a ventilation hole 24 is formed between the absorption plate 23 and a bottom plate of the body 20 so that the inside of the body 20 and the absorption plate 23 can communicate with each other.
[54] If the absorption plate 23 has to work by the air compression in accordance with the basic principle, following conditions have to be met. Firstly, the air within the absorption plate 23 has to flow into the body 20 through the ventilation hole 24 in a state that the absorption plate 23 is compressed against the navel N, and, at the same time, the whole air including air held inside the body 20 have to be extracted to outside, so that unnecessary flows of air can be prevented after the absorption plate 23 is compressed. Secondly, the air within the body 20 has to be extracted to outside so that the body 20 can expand or contract properly. Accordingly, the cap 30 is provided on a top of the body 20 to control the flow of the air.
[55] Although the cap 30 primarily functions as a communicating means connecting the body 20 and the adornment accommodation part 60, it also functions to control the flow of the air within the body 20.
[56] The cap 30 will be described first. The cap 30 is preferably made of magnetic material having magnetism such as a magnet. It has a diameter same as or slightly smaller than a diameter of the top of the body 20, and fixed on an inner side of the top. Accordingly, as an external force is applied, the cap 30 moves downwardly with the expansion and contract of the body 20, in order to function to compress the spring 22 being attached on a bottom of the cap 30 and being positioned inside of the body 20. Also, a middle part of the cap 30 protrudes with a certain length, and is provided with a protrusion connection hole 31 where the adornment accommodation part 60 is combined to. Meanwhile, a side of a peripheral of the protrusion connection hole 31 is formed with the air hole 32 of a certain size.
[57] The air hole 32 of the cap 30 functions as a path through which the air within the body 20 flows, and can be opened/closed by the stopper 40 attached on a side wall of the top of the body 20.
[58] The stopper 40 has a shape extending with a certain length along a direction of the top surface of the cap 30, which is a horizontal direction. The stopper 40 comprises a handle 41 on the outside and an opening/closing part 42 on the inside, and is combined to a side wall of the top of the body 20 by a body connection part 43 formed on a bottom of a middle area of the stopper 40.
[59] The body connection part 43 functions as a center point of a seesaw or a leverage.
Due to the body connection part 43 functioning as such center point, the opening/ closing part 42 will move downward to close the air hole 32 as the handle 41 is raised upward, meanwhile, the opening/closing part 42 will move upward to open the air hole 32 as the handle 41 is lowered or pressed down. A combining area of the body connection part 43 and the body 20 is additionally provided with a spring so that it can be hinge-combined using a spring for providing an elasticity of a spring on a side to close the air hole 32. Accordingly, it is preferable that tension caused by the elasticity of the handle 41 is provided to prevent unnecessary and frequent movements of the handle 41.
[60] The mutual operation principle between the stopper 40 and the body 20 will be described. If a user positions the body 20 on the navel N and presses a top area of the cap to extend the body 20, in an initial state where the air hole opening/closing part 42 of the stopper 40 is closing tightly the air hole 32, the absorption plate 23 attached on a bottom of the body 20 is compressed against the navel N to let out the held air into the body 20 through the ventilation hole 24, and, at the same time, the air inside the body 20 will be extracted to outside according to a reaction to the force applied to the cap 30. By such a tendency, the air within the body 20 will push the opening/closing part 42 covering the air hole 32 to the outside and open the air hole 32, so that the air within the body 20 can be extracted to outside through the air hole 32.
[61] If all of the air within the body 20 is extracted to outside as the body 20 is pushed all the way, the inside of the body 20 is vacuumized. Accordingly, the opening/closing part 42 moves downward automatically to close the air hole 32 by the pressure difference between the inside and the outside of the body 20. As long as the handle 41 is not pressed down, the opening/closing part 42 will keep the vacuum state of the body 20 as the external air is prevented from infiltrating through the air hole 32. Accordingly, the vacuum state will be guaranteed, and the body 20 can be combined to the navel firmly in a state of contracted by the guaranteed vacuum state within the absorption plate 23 and the body 20. Herein, the spring 22 within the body 20 is kept in a state of being contracted. The resilience of the compressing spring 22 and the contracting force of the body 20 caused by the vacuum state will compensate each other, thereby a proper state of tension or equilibrium of force will be formed within the body 20 according to such compensating force.
[62] Contrarily, when the user tries to separate the body 20 from the navel N, the user presses the handle 41 of the stopper 40 in order to separate the opening/closing part 42 from the air hole 32, thereby letting in the air through the air hole 32. Due to the induced air, the body 20 begins to extend, and, at the same time, the spring 22 turns back. Accordingly, the resilience of the spring 22 helps the extension of the body 20 properly. The induced air infiltrate to the absorption plate 23 through the air hole 24, leaving a space caused by the filled air between the absorption plate 23 and the navel N. Accordingly, the body 20 can be separated easily from the navel N.
[63] The handle 41 of the stopper 40 should be in a state of extending outward further than a peripheral of the adornment accommodation part 60, that is, a state of protruding outward most. Accordingly, the user can push his/her finger into the navel N and operate the handle 41 in a state that the adornment accommodation part 60 is not covering the handle 41. Meanwhile, considering a small space within the navel N, the handle 41 does not necessarily have to be extending horizontally to correspond an extending portion of the stopper 40, but it is bent in multiple stages upward beginning from a peripheral of the body connection part 43. Or, the handle 41 may have various structures such as an end thereof is protruding outside the adornment accommodation part 60, so that the handle 41 is not covered by the adornment accommodation part 60.
[64] Also, in order to solve the problem that the absorption plate 23 may not be attached efficiently against a wall within the navel N having various curvatures, a side of the body 20 is attached with at least a pair of wings 50.
[65] Fig. 5 is a perspective view illustrating a combination of a portion, a wing 50, and a body 20 of the device 10 of adornment for navel according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
[66] In reference with Figs. 1, 2, and 5, the wing 50 is made of a flexible material as the body 20, and has a structure of having a top portion being spreading outward compared to a side wall of the body 20. Additionally, a body of the wing 50 is provided with a plurality of protrusions 51.
[67] The wing 50 and the body 20 are hinge-combined by a pin 53 comprising a spring
52. An end of the pin 53 is combined with a pin cap 54 in order to avoid deviation of the spring 52. According to the hinge-combining of the pin 53, the wing 50 can rotate in a manner of folding/unfolding centered on a combining area of the body 20. The spring 52 provided in the pin 53 is attached on the pin 53 and the body 20 to give the wing 50 a resilient force. With such configuration, as the wing 50 contacts the side wall of the navel N when the body 20 is mounted on the navel N, the wing 50 is folded inwardly. In a state that the body 20 is mounted on the navel N, the wing 50 will be unfolded and contact the side wall of the navel N closely due to the resilience of the spring 52.
[68] Also, the wing 50 has a shape in which the top thereof has a broader gap with the body 20. As a result, even though the body 20 is folded easily without additional contact between the wing 50 and the navel N when the body 20 is inserted into the navel N, the wing 50 can effectively prevent the body 20 from deviating easily from the navel N regardless of the shape of the navel N, because the wing 50 contacts the side wall of the navel N closely when the body 20 is pulled from the navel N.
[69] If the user tries to pull the body 20 from the navel N, he/she can pull the body 20 to outside easily by pushing an end of the wing 50 or pressing slightly the side wall of the navel N, in order to make a gap between the wing 50 and the side wall of the navel N.
[70] As a result, the body 10 according to the present invention provides a means of strong attachment on the body 20 within the navel N shaped with complex curvature by utilizing a first function of the absorption plate 23, a second function of ensuring a vacuum state within the body 20 using the stopper 40, and a third function of the wing 50. Accordingly, the device 10 can provide the attaching force on the navel N that can be matched by the attaching force provided by the conventional piercing operation.
[71] The adornment accommodation part 60 is combined on a top of the cap 30, and basically functions to accommodate the adornment 70.
[72] Although the adornment accommodation part 60 is basically made of magnetic substance to be magnetically combined with the cap 30 being made of magnetic substance, a middle portion of a bottom of the adornment accommodation part 60 is vertically extended with a certain length to provide a combination part 61 being inserted and combined to the protrusion connection hole 31 of the cap 30, in order to ensure an operation space of the stopper 40 and close combination. Although it is not shown in the drawings, an inner wall of the protrusion connection hole 31 of the cap 30 and an outer wall of the combination part 61 of the adornment accommodation part 60 are additionally formed as screw thread to be screw-combined to each other.
[73] A top surface of the adornment accommodation part 60 is combined with the adornment 70 such as cubic having various designs and colors. A bottom of the adornment 70 is formed with a magnetic layer to be magnetically combined with the top of the adornment accommodation part 60.
[74] Additionally, at least one support 62 is provided along the peripheral of the adornment accommodation part 60 to accommodate the adornment 70 within the adornment accommodation part 60 more securely and firmly.
[75] The support 62 is shaped to have a top protruding and being bent inward, so that it can hold the adornment 70. Also, the support 62 is made of flexible material to enable the adornment 70 to combined with and separated from the adornment accommodation part 60. Preferably, combining portions of the support 62 and the adornment accommodation part 60 are provided with a pin and a spring in a manner similar to the combination of the body 20 and the wing 50 using the hinge-combining by the pin and the spring. Accordingly, the support 62 is configured to rotated centered on the combining portion on the adornment accommodation part 60. Herein, the spring is installed to allow the support 62 to have a resilience toward the inside of the adornment accommodation part 60.
[76] Also, at least one of the support 62 is formed with a supplementary adornment combining hole 63 passing through along the horizontal direction.
[77] The supplementary adornment combining hole 63 is combined with a supplementary adornment 80 having a shape of a hook and a portion thereof open. The supplementary adornment 80 is combined with the supplementary adornment combining hole 63 of the support 62 and functions as an additional adornment to enhance the decorating function of the adornment 70 having a shape such as the cubic, so that various characteristic designs can be available. Besides, the supplementary adornment 80 can be separated from the supplementary adornment combining hole 63 to be used as an earring. As a result, the supplementary adornment combining hole 63 can provide a space to keep the supplementary adornment 80 used for areas other than the navel N, which help the device 10 of adornment for navel according to the present invention to be used for various purposes. The supplementary adornment 80 is particularly used as the earring. As the supplementary adornment 80 has a shape of a hook having a portion thereof open, it can be used as the earring without piercing. Accordingly, it can provide an alternative method for the conventional method of mounting an earring by piercing an ear, so that the earring can be used in a more secured and sanitary way.
[78] The first embodiment according to the present invention has been described so far.
The first embodiment employs a principle that the absorption plate 23 of the body 20 is compressed against the navel in a manner of opening/closing the air hole opening/ closing part 42 of the stopper 40. However, the first embodiment may have a disadvantage of having a complex configuration because the handle 41 of the stopper 40 has to be formed by protruding along a side direction in order to be functioning properly. Also, in case of combining each components using adhesive comprising general chemical components, the human body may be inflicted with harm. Additionally, there could be a problem that it cannot offer a configuration that can be compatible with various size of navel as the people have different size of navel.
[79] Hereinbelow, the second embodiment according to the present invention will be described in reference with Figs. 6 through 13, as the second embodiment is devised to solve problems mentioned above.

[82] As shown in Figs. 6 through 11, the device 100 of adornment for navel of the second embodiment according to the present invention comprises: a main body 110 provided with an absorption plate 120; a bottom supporting part 130 additionally attachable to fortify a support of the absorption plate; a stopper 140 controlling a flow of air within the main body 110; a pin 150 installed vertically on a top of the stopper 140; a spring 160 installed on the top of the stopper 140; an accommodation part 170 accommodating the adornment 180 and combining with the main body 110; and the adornment supported on the accommodation part 170. Also, it comprises additionally a magnet 190 providing magnetic force to the pin 150, in order to help the device according to the present invention with being removed easily from the navel N.
[83] The main body 110 is made of the material used for the first embodiment, and is taking a cylindrical structure having a hollow in the middle. A diameter on the top and bottom thereof is made to be larger than a diameter of other area of the main body 110. The portion having a large diameter on the top of the main body 110 will be called as a stopper combining part 111. Also, the bottom of the main body 110 corresponding to the portion is formed with the absorption plate 120.
[84] A middle area of the stopper combining part 111 is provided with a groove 112 having a shape of a cone functioning as a passing hole for the top of the main body 110. A top of the stopper combining part 111 includes the air ventilation holes 113 formed by being depressed horizontally with a certain depth. Also, a bottom of the stopper combining part 111 is provided with the stopper 114 extending downward with a certain length. The stopper 114 is formed in a plurality, preferably 2 or 4, along the peripheral with a certain gap between each other.
[85] The absorption plate 120 also has the same function with the absorption plate 23 of the first embodiment. A middle portion of the absorption plate 120 is formed with the ventilation hole 121, so that the remaining air between the device 100 according to the present invention 100 and the navel N will be absorbed into the main body 110 through the ventilation hole 121 when the device 100 according to the present invention is compressed within the navel N.
[86] Also, in reference with Fig.9, a bottom plate of the absorption plate 120 is provided with the ventilation hole 121 in the middle and a wrinkle part 122 formed by a plurality of protrusions with different radius according to a circular shape of a peripheral.
[87] Particularly, the wrinkle part 122 is provided with a depression and a protrusion according to the protruding shape. The depression is an area where the thickness of the bottom plate of the absorption plate 120 gets thin. The user may tear by grabbing the depression or cut it using a scissor in order to make the radius of the absorption plate 120 fit to the size of the user's navel N. That is, the wrinkle part 122 functions as a means to control the size of the absorption plate 120 to be fit tightly to the shape of the navel N.
[88] However, due to the shaping of the wrinkle part 122, the bottom plate of the absorption plate 120 gets so flexible that it may not provide the attaching force properly to the navel N. In order to prevent such problem, the wrinkle part 122 is formed with a plurality of supports 123 extending straight as a line from the peripheral of the absorption plate 120 to the center of the ventilation hole 121. That is, the support 123 is an area where the protrusion and the depression are not formed on, and functions to keep the bottom plate of the absorption plate 120 firm and preserve the attaching force against the navel N at the same time. The support 123 is preferably formed in radial shape in 4 or 6 units.
[89] The device 100 of adornment of the second embodiment according to the present invention is additionally provided with the bottom supporting part 130 having a diameter corresponding to the diameter of the ventilation hole 121 to fortify the bottom supporting force. The bottom supporting part 130 takes a saw-toothed shape by the plurality of wings 132. The center thereof is formed with an orifice 131 for flow of the air within the navel N.
[90] The bottom supporting part 130 is inserted into the ventilation hole 121 of the absorption plate 120, wherein the wing 132 is inserted between the support 123 respectively. That is, as the peripheral of the ventilation hole 121 is not formed with the wrinkle part 122, a certain space is formed, wherein the wing 132 can be inserted/ combined in the space.
[91] As the bottom supporting part 130 is combined to the bottom surface of the absorption plate 120, it prevent the bottom surface of the absorption plate 120 from getting flabby and provides the attaching force against the navel N and the endurance to bear a reactive force according to the air absorption.
[92] The stopper 140 is to control the flows of the air absorbed into the main body 110 and the air within the main body 110 as the stopper of the first embodiment. It functions to control, so that the main body 110 keeps a vacuum state to get stuck on the navel N and that the main body 110 is not separated from the navel N by inducing the air into the main body 110.
[93] The stopper 140 is shaped like a funnel and combined to a groove 112 having a shape of a cone of the stopper combination part 111. The stopper 140 is made of rubber or silicon.
[94] The stopper 140 is provided with a groove 141 having a shape of cone(particularly, a reversed cone) on a middle of a top thereof. Herein, the diameter of the groove 141 in a shape of reversed cone gets smaller as the groove 141 depresses into the main body of the stopper 140, and the groove 141 is formed with a certain depth into the stopper 140.
[95] A peripheral of a bottom of the stopper 140 is formed with a plurality of protrusions
142 extending downward slightly along the peripheral. The protrusion 142 functions to allow the stopper 140 to react upward easily by increasing the pressure transferred to the stopper 140 corresponding to the area of the protrusion 142, when contacting the bottom surface of the main body 110.
[96] In an initial combining state of the stopper 140 and the stopper combination part
111, a top area of the stopper 14o keeps a state of being depressed inside the groove 112 having a shape of a cone shape of the stopper combination part 111, and, at the same time, it takes a structure of closing tightly the air ventilation hole 113 of the stopper combination part 111.
[97] A pin 150 made of metal is provided along a vertical extension line inside the groove 141 having a shape of a cone of the stopper 140. The pin 150 is fixed on a portion of the inside of the groove 141 having a shape of a cone, and has a diameter smaller than the diameter of the groove 141 of the stopper 140. It functions to allow the device 100 of adornment according to the present invention to be removed easily from the navel N as the stopper 140 is moved up and down corresponding to the contact with the magnet 190.
[98] The top of the stopper 140 is wound with a spring 160 having a shape of a cone, centered on the pin 150. The spring 160 provides a resilience enabling the stopper 140 to return to the original position of the stopper 140 when the stopper 140 is moved upward to be contacting the bottom of the adornment 180 inside the accommodation part 170. Herein, the reason why the diameter of the bottom of the spring 160 is made smaller than the diameter of the top thereof to form a reversed cone is to receive an outer force properly by increasing an area of the top of the spring 160 contacting the bottom of the adornment 180 and to properly position the bottom of the spring 160 inside the groove 141 having a shape of a cone with bottom of a small diameter.
[99] The accommodation part 170 according to the present invention, so called as "Nan- zip", which has an accommodation structure for jewels by surrounding jewel or cubic, is made of a hard material such as plastic. Accordingly, it basically functions to provide a space accommodating the adornment 180 securely. The accommodation part 170 is formed with a plurality of legs 171 to hold properly the adornment 180 on the top thereof, and with the bottom peripheral 174 having a certain width along the peripheral centered on the accommodating space of the adornment 180 on the bottom thereof.
[100] The bottom peripheral 174 is formed with the combination grooves 172 depressed inwardly in the number corresponding to the number of the stoppers 114. Also, the diameter of the bottom of the accommodation part 170 is made to correspond the diameter of the stopper combination part 111. Additionally, the top wall of the bottom peripheral 174 is formed with the air ventilation holes 173 in the number and the position corresponding to the air ventilation holes 113 of the main body 110.
[101] The accommodation part 170 is inserted to the stopper combination part 111, so that the bottom of the accommodation part 170 reaches the bottom of the stopper combination part 111 of the main body 110 when it is positioned on the main body 110 to be combined with the main body 110. Accordingly, when the bottom of the stopper combination part 11 contacts the bottom of the accommodation part 170, or the top of the bottom peripheral 174, the combination grooves 172 formed on the bottom peripheral 174 and the stopper 114 formed on the bottom of the stopper combination part 111 are combined to each other. Then, an end of the stopper 114 passes through the combination grooves 172 and gets bent so that the main body 110 and the ac- commodation part 170 form a secure combination.
[102] Instead, the bottom of the adornment 180 accommodated within the accommodation part 170 and the stopper combination part 111 do not contact each other tightly, but there exits a certain gap in-between. This gap becomes a space enabling the stopper 140 to move up and down. Also, the gap may be optionally chosen to be provided by the manufacturer, as the bottom of the adornment 180 and the top of the stopper combination part 111 can contact each other closely and the stopper 140 is positioned slightly below the top of the stopper combination part 111 in order to move the stopper 140 and to prevent the adornment 180 from moving within the accommodation part 170.
[103] Also, when the main body 110 and the accommodation part 170 combine each other, the air ventilation holes 113 and 173 are combined to correspond each other to be utilized as a means for ventilating air inside and outside of the main body 110.
[104] In reference with Figs. 6 through 11, it can be noted that the adornment 180 is accommodated on the top of the accommodation part 170. The adornment 180 is made of an artificial or natural jewel such as cubic, and functions as a decoration, which is a major function of the device 100 according to the present invention, as it is distinguishable externally.
[105] In reference with Figs. 6 and 9, the device 100 of the second embodiment according to the present invention is provided with a magnet 190 additionally provided in separate way.
[106] The magnet 190 is preferably shaped as a circular plate, and forms a magnetic relation with the pin 150 within the device 100 of adornment 100 according to the present invention.
[107] That is, the pin 150 is moved along a direction of the magnet 190 by the magnetic force as the magnet 190 is placed close to the top of the adornment 180. As the pin 150 is attached on a portion of the stopper 140, the stopper 140 is moved along the direction of the magnet 190 or upward.
[108] Hereinbelow, the operation of the device 100 of the second embodiment according to the present invention will be described.
[109] Fig. 12 is a cross sectional view illustrating a state that the device 100 of adornment of the second embodiment according to the present invention is attached on the navel N. Fig. 13 illustrates a state of flowing of the air in the device 100 of adornment of the second embodiment according to the present invention.
[110] In reference with Fig. it is noted that the device 100 of adornment of the second embodiment according to the present invention can be combined within the navel N tightly, and particularly, that as the absorption plate 120 contacts sidewall of the bottom of the navel N or the bottom surface so that it is primarily combined with the navel N by being partially covered with flesh of the navel N.
[Ill] Herein, in case that the absorption plate 120 cannot be inserted onto the navel N as the diameter of the absorption plate 120 is bigger than the diameter of the user's navel N, the diameter of the absorption plate 120 can be modified by tearing off a portion of the absorption plate 120 along the wrinkle part 122 formed on the absorption plate 120.
[112] If the user places the device 100 of adornment of the second embodiment according to the present invention on the navel N as shown in Fig. 12 and pushes the top of the device 100 of adornment according to the present invention, or the area on the adornment 180 using the user's finger, the main body 110 made of flexible material such as rubber or silicon begins to be contracted. The contraction of the main body 110 can be implemented easily by the wrinkles that can be formed on a side wall of the main body.
[113] Herein, because the absorption plate 120 is combined with the bottom supporting part 130 for preventing the absorption plate 120 from being bent or wrinkled, the bottom supporting part 130 can prevent a phenomenon that the absorption plate 120 does not touch the bottom surface of the navel N as it gets flipped over or get wrinkled when contacting the inner wall of the navel N, which is a phenomenon caused by reduced strength of the absorption plate 120 due to the wrinkle part 122.
[114] The stopper 140 is combined by a close combination with the main combination part 111 on the top of the main body 110. Basically, it takes a shape that a top of the stopper 140 is slightly lower than the top surface of the stopper combination part 11 in an initial state. However, as the side wall of the stopper 140 contacts the air ventilation holes 113, the stopper 140 keeps the main body 110 in a tightly-closed state, and such a combination relation is kept until the bottom of the stopper 140 touches the top surface of the absorption plate 120 during a process of compression of the main body 110.
[115] During the process of compression of the main body 110, the air between the absorption plate 120 and the navel N flows into the main body 110 through the ventilation hole 121 of the absorption plate 120 and the orifice 131 of the bottom supporting part 130, so that the remaining air between the absorption plate 120 and the navel N is removed to form a vacuum state. Accordingly, the bottom part of the absorption plate 120 moves slightly upward in a state contacting the navel N, due to the pressure difference.
[116] When the compression of the main body 110 is implemented substantially, the bottom of the stopper 140 within the main body 110 touches the top surface of the absorption plate 120. Accordingly, vertical resistance of reactive force, or an inertia is generated, which is concentrated on a portion of the protrusion 142 formed on the bottom of the stopper 140. The inertia applied to the bottom of the stopper 140 is not spread wide on the bottom portion of the stopper 140, but is concentrated on the protrusion 142 protruding downward, generating a pressure. Accordingly, an inertia enabling the stopper 140 to move upward in a certain level, thereby, the stopper 140 moves upward in a certain range from the horizontal level with the stopper combination part 111.
[117] As mentioned above, when the stopper 140 moves upward, the side wall closing the air ventilation holes 113 from the stopper 140 also moves upward so that the air ventilation holes 113 form an open state. Herein, the air within the main body 110 induced through the ventilation hole 121 of the absorption plate 120 and the air the main body 110 containing flow out of the main body 110. As the air ventilation holes 113 of the main body 110 touches the air ventilation holes 173 of the accommodation part 170 to correspond each other, the air flowing out of the main body 110 goes through the air ventilation holes 173 of the accommodation part 170 to the outside.
[118] The groove 112 of a cone shape of the stopper combination part 111 is made in a shape of a cone, or a reversed cone shape. Accordingly, because the diameter of the top thereof is bigger than a lower peripheral, if the top of the stopper 140 goes upward with a certain height, it makes the stopper 140 being open from the main body 110. Accordingly, the main body 110 forms a vacuum state so that the absorption plate 120 and the navel N contact closely each other.
[119] When the stopper 140 moves upward, the spring 160 positioned on the top of the stopper 140 contacts the bottom of the adornment 180 accommodated in the accommodation part 170 to begin compression, the stopper 140 overcomes the inertia transferred from the absorption plate 120 with the resilience caused by the compression of the spring 160 and the pressure difference caused by the vacuum state within the main body 110, and returns to its original position to close the main body 110 again and keep the vacuum state of the main body 110.
[120] That is, as the stopper 140 moves upward, the air within the main body 110 is extracted to the outside, causing the pressure difference between inside and outside of the main body 110. To reduce such pressure difference, the stopper 140 is inserted to the stopper combination part 111 again by the returning force of the stopper 140 and the resilience of the compressed spring 160, so that it turns to the tightly-closed state.
[121] According to such process, all the air within the main body 110 is extracted to the outside, so that the compression state between the navel N and the absorption plate 120 can be kept strong due to the vacuum state within the main body 110.
[122] Also, when the user tries to separate the device 100 of adornment according to the present invention from the navel N, the user can move the pin 150 along a direction of the magnet and the stopper 140 upward again by contacting the magnet 190 with the top of the adornment 180 and transferring the magnetic force to the pin 150 attached within the groove 141 of the stopper 140.
[123] Accordingly, as the stopper 140 makes the main body 110 in an open state, the external air flows into the main body 110 through the open air ventilation holes 113 and 173. Then, the external air infiltrate between the navel N and the absorption plate 120 to break the vacuum state. Accordingly, the absorption plate 120 is separated from the bottom surface of the navel N smoothly, and, at the same time, the main body 110 is released. As a result, the device 100 of adornment according to the present invention can be separated from the navel N with ease.
[124] Although a few embodiments of the device of adornment for navel according to the present invention have been shown and described, the preferred embodiments described so far should be understood as an examples. In other words, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes may be made in these aspects without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.

Claims
[ 1 ] A device of adornment for navel, comprising : a body 20 of flexible material being provided with an absorption plate 23 on the bottom thereof to be compressed within a navel 100, and having a hollow inside to be extended and released; a cap 30 being combined to a top of the body 20 and provided with an air hole 32 controlling an air flow of the body 20; a stopper 40 opening/closing the air hole 32; and an adornment accommodation part 60 being combined on a top of the cap 30 and accommodating an adornment 70 in a removable manner. [2] The device of adornment for navel according to claim 1, further comprising a wrinkle part 21 formed in a shape of a small cymbals provided in plurality. [3] The device of adornment for navel according to claim 1, wherein the stopper 40 comprises: an air hole opening/closing part 42 opening/closing the air hole 32 on one end, centered on a body connection part 43 connected to a side wall of a top of the body 20; and a handle 41 on the other end. [4] The device of adornment for navel according to claim 1, wherein a spring 22 is provided between the body 20 and the cap 30. [5] The device of adornment for navel according to claim 1, wherein a ventilation hole 24 is formed between the absorption plate 23 and a bottom plate of the body
20. [6] The device of adornment for navel according to claim 1, wherein a side wall of the body 20 is attached with at least one pair of wings 50, wherein the wings 50 are provided with a plurality of protrusions 51 and being capable of folding within a certain range by hinge-combining with the body 20. [7] The device of adornment for navel according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of supports 62 are provided along the peripheral of the top surface of the adornment accommodation part 60 to support the adornment 70. [8] The device of adornment for navel according to claim 7, wherein at least one of the supports 62 is formed with a supplementary adornment combining hole 63 accommodating a supplementary adornment 80 in a removable manner. [9] A device 100 of adornment for navel, comprising: a main body 110 being provided with an absorption plate 120 including a ventilation hole 121 on a bottom thereof to be compressed in a navel N, and having a hollow inside to be extended and released; a stopper combination part 111 formed on a top of the main body 110 with a diameter bigger than a diameter of other area of the main body 110 and being provided with a plurality of air ventilation holes 113 formed by being depressed toward the outside of a groove 112 and a plurality of stoppers 114 formed by protruding downwardly; a plug 140 being coupled to the stopper combination part 111 and being provided with a groove 141 formed on an area on a top; and an accommodation part 170 being coupled to the main body 110 while accommodating the adornment 180, and being provided with a plurality of combination grooves 172 provided on a bottom peripheral 174 on the bottom to be coupled to the stopper 114, and provided with a plurality of air ventilation holes 173 positioned on an upper side wall of the bottom peripheral 174 to correspond to the air ventilation hole 119.
