Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un réseau de capillaires (12) d'une puce (10), ce procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à déposer au moins une couche d'un matériau de construction fusible ou polymérisable sur une plaque de support (14), focaliser et déplacer un faisceau laser sur cette couche pour entraîner respectivement la fusion ou la polymérisation du matériau de façon à former les parois latérales (18) des capillaires, puis fixer une plaque de fermeture (16) sur les parois latérales des capillaires. L'invention concerne également une puce comprenant un réseau de capillaires dans lesquels des molécules chimiques ou biologiques sont fixées, et une puce comprenant un réseau de capillaires de chromatographie et/ou d'électrophorèse.
