Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un système de facturation dans un environnement de protocoles de données de paquets multiples (multi-PDP). Ce procédé, qui est mis en oeuvre dans un noeud support de service général de paquets radio (GGSN) connecté à un noeud support SGSN serveur et un serveur AAA (Authentification Authorizatzion Accounting) via un réseau, englobe les opérations suivantes: (a) réception d'un message de demande de création d'un contexte PDP émanant d'un SGSN s'il existe une demande d'activation d'un contexte PDP supplémentaire provenant d'un terminal d'abonné créé avec au moins un contexte PDP; (b) établissement d'une liaison avec un serveur AAA afin d'authentifier un abonné et de générer une ID de facturation: (c) création d'une ID pour session de comptabilité du contexte PDP supplémentaire si le processus d'identification aboutit, et création d'une première ID de session de comptabilité de la même valeur que l'ID de session de comptabilité du premier contexte PDP, et (d) transfert d'une demande de départ de compte avec ID de session de comptabilité et l'ID de la première multi-session au serveur AAA, ce serveur AAA reconnaissant la réception de la demande de départ de compte du contexte PDP supplémentaire comme facturation dans le même appel d'accès. Avec la présente invention, les facturations de données d'une pluralité de contextes PDP peuvent être corrélées entre elles dans un environnement de contextes PDP multiples.
