Abstract

L'invention concerne un circulateur monolithique, destiné à être relié à une antenne (2) pour émettre et recevoir des signaux haute fréquence, comprenant : un amplificateur différentiel (31) à deux entrées apte à fournir un signal sur une sortie (S) du circulateur, et deux coupleurs 3dB (A,B) comportant chacun des première, deuxième et troisième bornes d'accès, les deuxièmes bornes étant connectées à une entrée E du circulateur, chaque troisième borne étant connectée à une entrée de l'amplificateur, les premières bornes étant respectivement destinées à être reliées à l'antenne et à un élément de charge (30) présentant une impédance proche de celle de l'antenne.
