Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Heizelement (1) für eine Heißlufteinrichtung, mit einem in einem Luftstrom (L) angeordneten Heizwiderstand (3, 3'), der mindestens einen Luftkanal (14, 14', 14') für den Luftstrom (L) aufweist, mit einem Heizleiter (4, 4') zum Umwandeln elektrischer Energie in Wärme und mit einem Trägerteil (5, 5') aus temperaturbeständigem Material für den Heizleiter (4, 4'). Der Heizwiderstand (1) ist im Wesentlichen vollständig aus Keramik hergestellt. Das Trägerteil (5, 5') weist ein elektrisch isolierendes Keramikmaterial und der Heizleiter (4, 4') ein elektrisch leitendes Keramikmaterial auf. Die Keramikmaterialien des Trägerteils (5, 5') und des Heizleiters (4, 4') sind stoffschlüssig miteinander verbunden.
