如图 1和 2的实施例所示,本发明的连镜外表壳包括一体的外表蒙部分 1和外表壳部分 2。 外表蒙部分 1位于外表壳部分 2的上部。 时计部分的结 构与现有技术中常见的结构类似, 包括表蒙 3、 表面 9、 用于显示时间或辅 助显示时间的时间显示器 4、 校表机构 5、 表机芯 7、 表壳 6、 表底 8。 时计 部分容纳在外表壳部分 2中 , 外表蒙部分 1的设计与表蒙 3对应。 当校表机 构 5为横向伸出的表或按键时,在外表壳部分的对应位置上形成开口 10, 以 使校表机构 5外露出来。 上述的开口 10可以是在外表壳部分 2侧壁上形成 的孔, 以允许校表机构 5穿过。 当然, 本领域的普通技术人员应该理解, 上 述实施例只是示例性的。 在现实中, 时计部分的结构多种多样, 可以带有或 不带有上述的表蒙、 表面、 表壳、 表底中的任何一个。 而本发明的连镜外表 壳同样适用于这些情况。
如图 2的底视图所示,本发明的连镜外表壳在对应侧面上具有成对的凸 耳部分 16,16'和 17,17,, 分別具有内孔 26,26,和 27,27', 用来安装耳轴 11 , 从而与表带 12或其它配件相连。
在图 3和 4所示的实施例中 , 校表机构 5位于表底 8的中心, 该实施例 与图 1和 2所示实施例的区别在于, 外表壳部分 2的侧面上不具有开口。 由于本发明的连镜外表壳是由人造水晶玻璃制成的, 当凸耳的内孔与系 耳配合时, 如耳轴受拉力, 则系耳抵靠内孔时在孔边缘形成应力集中, 很容 易使这部分人造水晶玻璃断裂或破碎。 为解决上述应力集中的问题, 本发明 图 8所示的实施例中, 内孔 27的直径加工成略大于系耳 14的直径, 且内孔 的边缘倒圆角, 从而在受力时使应力的分布均匀。 图 9示出了另一种解决应 力集中的实施例。 在该实施例中, 系耳 14在与内孔 27配合之前, 先在内孔 27上套上衬套 15 , 这样可能产生的应力集中就由衬套 15来承受, 而不会毁 坏内孔 27和凸耳 17并进一步损坏整个连镜外表壳。 该衬套 15可以为环形 或法兰形, 由金属或耐磨的塑料制成。
本发明的连镜外表壳可以通过先加工出如图 5和 6或图 5和 7的两个零 件部分, 再将两者结合在一起制成或以一体的形式加工制成。 图 6和图 7所 示外表蒙部分的区别在于, 在从上向下看时, 图 6的外表蒙部分与图 5的夕卜 表壳部分组合形成连镜外表壳看不到凸耳部分, 而图 7的外表蒙部分与图 5 的外表壳部分组合形成连镜外表壳则可以看到外露的凸耳部分。
在制造本发明人造水晶玻璃的连镜外表壳的方法的一个实施例中, 可以 先用人造水晶玻璃分别加工出单独的外表壳部分 2和外表蒙部分 1。 然后用 固化后呈透明状的粘结剂 (如紫外光胶水)将外表蒙部分 1和外表壳部分 2 精密地结合在一起, 并保证粘结剂中不产生气泡。 将其间涂敷粘结剂的外表 壳和外表蒙放在四面和底部都有反光物料的箱内, 用紫外线光照射加温使粘 结剂固化, 从而形成连镜外表壳。 当然也可以采用其它合适的方式使粘结剂 固化, 以达到本发明的要求。
在制造本发明人造水晶玻璃的连镜外表壳的方法的一个实施例中,可以 先制备形成一体的连镜外表壳的模具, 向模具中注入熔化的人造水晶玻璃材 料, 固化后形成连镜外表壳胚。 然后, 对连镜外表壳胚进行加工, 形成所需 的连镜外表壳壳体。
本发明的连镜外表壳在制造过程中还可以在表面施加涂层, 以增强其表 面硬度, 提高抗磨损性并减小破裂的可能。 施加涂层的方法包括 (但不限于) 电镀、 喷涂或沉积。
本发明的连镜外表壳可以设计成各种立体的形状, 并加工出多个反光的 切面, 或者釆用有色的人造水晶玻璃材料, 也可以在外表壳上刻字或镀金力口 工出各种图案。上述的人造水晶玻璃的连镜外表壳将会晶莹绚丽,光彩夺目, 既具有实用性还大大增强了装饰性, 为时计表本身增加了更多的附加价值。 尽管参照附图描述了本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明并不限于此, 本 领域的普通技术人员在不脱离本发明精神和范围的前提下, 可以对本发明进 行各种改进和变形。

Claims

权利要求
1. 一种连镜外表壳, 用于形成至少包括时间显示器、表机芯、校表机构 的时计部分的外壳, 其特征在于, 所述连镜外表壳由人造水晶玻璃制成, 包 括一体的外表蒙部分和外表壳部分, 外表蒙部分位于外表壳部分之上, 整个 时计部分容纳在外表壳部分中。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的连镜外表壳,其特征在于,所述时计部分的校表 机构位于侧面, 所述连镜外表壳在对应侧面具有容纳校表机构的开口。
3. 如权利要求 1所述的连镜外表壳,其特征在于,还包括相对的凸耳部 分, 凸耳部分在对应位置上形成容纳表带的系耳的内孔。
4. 如权利要求 3所述的连镜外表壳,其特征在于,所述内孔的直径大于 系耳的直径并倒圆角, 以减小与系耳配合时产生的应力集中。

8. 如权利要求 7所述的连镜外表壳制造方法,其特征在于,所述使粘结 剂固化的步骤包括将其间涂敷粘结'剂的外表壳和外表蒙放在四面和底部都 有反光物料的箱内, 用紫外线光照射而使粘结剂固化。
· 9. 如权利要求 1所述的连镜外表壳制造方法,其特征在于, 包括如下步 骤: 制备形成一体的连镜外表壳的模具; 向模具中注入熔化的人造水晶玻璃 材料, 固化后形成连镜外表壳胚; 对连镜外表壳胚进行加工, 形成连镜外表 壳壳体。
