Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a building decoration or decorative material, and more particularly to a flat strip-shaped sheet material, and more particularly to a sheet material that can be interlocked by fasteners for use in various flat surfaces. Background technique
  • Strip panels are widely used in building decoration materials. Especially in recent years, flooring has generally entered households and various public places. Early floors are mainly solid wood flooring. With the development of technology, high-density or medium-density laminate flooring Also entering the home, laminate flooring has obvious advantages over solid wood flooring, such as uniform texture, no bending, no shrinkage, etc., and is easy to install, no need to install keel. At present, the assembly of the laminate flooring is basically carried out by a locking structure, such as CN1419625A and CN1087056C.
  • the former is a connection method in which the tongue structure of the horizontally inserted end of the floor block is combined with the fastener, and
  • the tongue structure limits the vertical movement of the two floors that are plugged in, and the connection between the fastener and the floorboard mainly restricts the horizontal disengagement or displacement of the two floors, and the disadvantage is that the floor and the fastener of the material are shielded. Differently, the stiffness and the expansion coefficient are different, and the gap between the floorboards cannot be completely avoided during use.
  • CN1087056C is an improvement over CN1419625A, which is to add a mutual restraining structure for restricting the horizontal disengagement of the two floor blocks on the horizontally inserted tongue structure.
  • the installation is relatively simple, but it is easy to be deformed during use.
  • the manufacturing precision of the floorboard is high and the density, strength and uniformity between different floorboards are required to be 4 ⁇ , which undoubtedly increases the cost.
  • the horizontally-shaped tongue-locking structure occupies the total width of the two floorboards.
  • the superposition of 6% to 8% of the amount is a waste of 6% to 8% of the material from the viewpoint of utilization of the sheet.
