And these changes are to be implemented. Hence the new invention.
In order to block the unwanted SMS, MMS and other mode of communications and also to receive only the wanted SMS, MMS and other mode of communications which are sent to the mobile user there needs technological changes in the existing SMS server, MMS server and other communication servers in the SMS service centre, MMS service centre and other communication service centre and in the existing mobile phone handset, fixed wireless phone and other wireless phone. And these changes are to be implemented. Hence the new invention.
( I ) This invention provides means of blocking nuisance, unwanted SMS, MMS and other mode of communication
1 ) in SMS service centre, MMS service centre and other communication service centre
2 ) in Mobile phone handset, Fixed wireless phone and other wireless phone 1. This invention provides means of blocking unwanted SMS, MMS, Incoming phone calls, Voice mail and other mode of communication in SMS service centre, MMS service centre and other communication service centre
1. a ) Means of blocking unwanted SMS, MMS, E-mail, Fax
A mobile user is to send the server of the respective mobile service provider, any unwanted numbers that are related to SMS, MMS, E-mail and other mode of communication by using SMS or any other suitable settings from the mobile phone, fixed wireless phone and other wireless phone. Mobile user can send the unwanted mobile numbers ( country code and destination code ), fax numbers, E-mails using SMS or any other suitable settings from the mobile phone to the SMS service centre, MMS service centre and other communication service centre through the respestive mobile service provider. A mobile user can send more than one unwanted mobile number, Fax number, E-mail from the mobile phone to the SMS service centre, MMS service centre and other communication service centre. The unwanted mobile numbers, fax numbers, E-mails that are sent remain unchanged in the SMS service centre, MMS service centre and other communication service centre until the mobile user changes the already stored unwanted mobile numbers, fax numbers, E-mails. The SMS service centre, MMS service centre and other communication service centre sends the unwanted mobile numbers, fax numbers, E-mails to the servers of the SMS, MMS and other mode of communication. Then the unwanted mobile numbers, fax numbers, E-mail are stored in the memory of the respective servers.
The SMS, MMS, fax message receiver receives the SMS, MMS, fax message with sender mobile number ( country code and destination code ), fax number. Sender means a person who sends the SMS, MMS, fax, E-mail to a known or an unknown person. Then the sender mobile number ( country code and destination code ) or fax number are sent to the Code Comparer ( country code and destination code ) of the respective servers. The Code Comparer compares the mobile number ( country code and destination code ) or fax number of the received SMS or MMS or fax message sent by a sender, with the unwanted mobile number ( country code and destination code ), fax number that are already stored in the memory, which are sent by the mobile user. The numbers can be a mobile number, telephone number and so on. The unwanted mobile numbers ( country code and destination code ) sent by the mobile user are stored in the Code Comparer memory.
If the numbers that are compared by the code comparer are same, then the mobile number of the received SMS or MMS message is deleted in the server of the SMS or MMS, the message " Not delivered to " is sent to the sender. If the comparing numbers in the code comparer are different, then the received SMS or MMS message is sent to the respective mobile number, the message " Delivered to " is sent to the sender. The mobile user can remove the unwanted mobile number, fax number already stored in the memory of the SMS service centre, MMS service centre and other communication service centre, then the SMS, MMS and other mode of communication that are received with sender number related to that removed unwanted number in the SMS service centre, MMS service centre and other communication service centre can be sent to the mobile user. Every mobile user has the facility to block unwanted number ( mobile number, telephone number and so on ) of the respective mobile service provider.
The server is integrated into the SMGMSC and Code Comparer. The server is designed suitably to delete unwanted received SMS, MMS, fax, E-mail from the sender. The Code Comparer is designed suitably for comparing the mobile number, fax number of the sender with the unwanted mobile number, fax number already stored in the memory that are sent by the mobile user. The memory is designed suitably for storing huge numbers ( country code and destination code).
Further if a mobile user wants to block any unwanted mobile number the person can also contact the customer care operator or the network operator and inform them of blocking the unwanted SMS, MMS and other mode of communications.
In response to the contact and the information that are passed on to the network operator concerning blocking the unwanted SMS, MMS and other mode of communications of the mobile user the network operator can directly enter the entries of the unwanted mobile number, E-mail and so on to the respective service centre viz. the SMS service centre, MMS service centre and so on.
Also the network operator can enter more than one entry of the unwanted mobile number, E-mail LD. and so on to the respective server.
In addition, the network operator can delete the unwanted mobile number, E-mail LD. and so on which have been already stored in the respective SMS server, MMS server and so on.
Further the incoming messages which are blocked in the respective service centre cannot be sent to the mobile user. The unwanted numbers can be removed from the stored entries of the respective servers by the instructions of the mobile user to the network operator. Based on the removal of the blocked numbers the incoming message can be sent to the mobile user.
L b ) Means of blocking unwanted Voice mail
Whenever a caller of any telecommunication instrument attempts to contact a person who has a mobile handset with a facility of voice mail box the code comparer compares the number ( country code and destination code ) of any telecommunication instrument of the call received with the unwanted numbers that are stored by the user of the mobile phone handset in the memory of the code comparer of the voice mail server. In the common use of the mobile phone handset there is no facility to store the unwanted phone numbers specified by the user of mobile phone handset in the voice mail server and hence there is no option for comparing the unwanted numbers by the code comparer of the memory in the voice mail server.
In order to incorporate this feature of blocking the unwanted voice mail from any caller there is a dire need for implementing other arrangements to store the unwanted numbers in the memory as specified by the user of the mobile phone handset and also to compare the unwanted numbers in the memory of the code comparer in the voice mail server and to block the voice mail message that is sent to the mobile user.
When a caller attempts the option of sending the message by a voice mail the number of the caller is being compared at that moment in the code comparer of the memory. If the number of the caller is found the same of the numbers specified and stored in the code comparer memory by the mobile phone user, the message sent by the voice mail box is blocked. The message by the voice mail of the caller becomes dead ultimately. If the number of the caller is not found the same of the numbers specified and stored in the code comparer memory by the mobile phone user, the message sent by the voice mail box is sent to the mobile user. The message by the voice mail of the caller becomes active ultimately.
L c ) Means of blocking unwanted incoming phone calls
Whenever a caller of any telecommunication instrument attempts to contact a person the code comparer compares the number ( country code and destination code ) of any telecommunication instrument of the call received with the unwanted numbers that are stored by the user of the mobile phone handset in the memory of the code comparer of the server.
In the common use of the mobile phone handset there is no facility to store the unwanted phone numbers specified by the user of mobile phone handset in the server and hence there is no option for comparing the unwanted numbers by the code comparer of the memory in the server.
In order to incorporate this feature of blocking the unwanted incoming call from any caller there is a dire need for implementing other arrangements to store the unwanted numbers in the memory as specified by the user of the mobile phone handset and also to compare the unwanted numbers in the memory of the code comparer in the server and to block the incoming call that is sent to the mobile user.
When a caller attempts the option of call the number of the caller is being compared at that moment in the code comparer of the memory. If the number of the caller is found the same of the numbers specified and stored in the code comparer memory by the mobile phone user, the incoming call is blocked. The incoming call of the caller becomes dead ultimately. If the number of the caller is not found the same of the numbers specified and stored in the code comparer memory by the mobile phone user, the incoming call is sent to the mobile user. The incoming call of the caller becomes active ultimately.
2. This invention provides means of blocking unwanted SMS, MMS, Incoming phone calls, Voice mail and other mode of communication in Mobile phone handset, Fixed wireless phone and other wireless phone.
The user stores unwanted phone numbers ( country code and destination code ) in the memory of the mobile phone handset, fixed wireless phone and other wireless phone through the option - " Menu ".
In order to store an unwanted number the user selects the Menu of the mobile phone handset, fixed wireless phone and other wireless phone, for example - Message Menu is opened by the user. The Message Menu has Sub-Menu - for example " Block Unwanted Numbers " - viz. unwanted SMS, MMS, Fax number, E-mail LD. and so on. The user selects the option Sub-Menu and enters the unwanted numbers of SMS, MMS, fax, E-mail LD. and so on. The user can enter more than one unwanted phone numbers, fax numbers and so on in the Sub-Menu. The unwanted phone numbers, fax numbers and so on that are entered in the Sub-Menu are stored in the memory of the mobile phone handset, fixed wireless phone and other wireless phone. The unwanted mobile numbers, fax numbers, E-mails that are stored remain unchanged in the Sub-Menu, until the user changes the unwanted mobile numbers, fax numbers, E-mails that are already stored in the Sub-Menu. The user can also remove the unwanted mobile number, fax number that are already stored in the memory of the mobile phone handset, fixed wireless phone and other wireless phone. A secruity code or lock code is provided to protect the unwanted numbers that are stored in the Sub-Menu of the mobile phone handset, fixed wireless phone and other wireless phone. A counter is provided to count the number of messages ( viz. SMS, MMS and so on ) that are sent, received and deleted in the mobile phone handset, fixed wireless phone and other wireless phone. Also another counter is provided to calculate the duration of messages that are sent, received in the mobile phone handset, fixed wireless phone and other wireless phone.
The memory compares the number ( country code and destination code ) of the message of the received SMS, MMS and so on sent by a sender, with the unwanted numbers ( country code and destination code ) that are already stored in the memory which are entered by the user. The numbers can be a mobile number, telephone number and so on.

L a ) Means of receiving wanted SMS, MMS, E-mail, Fax
A mobile user is to send the server of the respective mobile service provider, any wanted numbers that are related to SMS, MMS, E-mail and other mode of communication by using SMS or any other suitable settings from the mobile phone, fixed wireless phone and other wireless phone. Mobile user can send the wanted mobile numbers ( country code and destination code ), fax numbers, E-mails using SMS or any other suitable settings from the mobile phone to the SMS service centre, MMS service centre and other communication service centre through the respestive mobile service provider. A mobile user can send more than one wanted mobile number, fax number, E-mail from the mobile phone to the SMS service centre, MMS service centre and other communication service centre. The wanted mobile numbers, fax numbers, E-mails that are remain unchanged in the SMS service centre, MMS service centre and other communication service centre, until the mobile user changes the already stored wanted mobile numbers, fax numbers, E-mails. The SMS service centre, MMS service centre and other communication service centre sends the wanted mobile numbers, fax numbers, E-mails to the servers of the SMS, MMS and other mode of communication. Then the wanted mobile numbers, Fax numbers, E-mail are stored in the memory of the respective servers.
The SMS, MMS, fax message receiver receives the SMS, MMS, fax message with sender mobile number ( country code and destination code ), fax number. Sender means a person who sends the SMS, MMS, fax, E-mail to a known person. Then the sender mobile number ( country code and destination code ) or fax number are sent to the Code Comparer ( country code and destination code ) of the respective server. The Code Comparer compares the mobile number ( country code and destination code ) or fax number of the received SMS or MMS or fax message sent by a sender, with the wanted mobile number ( country code and destination code ), fax number that are already stored in the memory, which are sent by the mobile user. The numbers can be a mobile number, telephone number and so on. .
The wanted mobile numbers ( country code and destination code ) sent by the mobile user are stored in the Code Comparer memory.
If the numbers that are compared by the code comparer are same, then the mobile number of the received SMS or MMS message is sent to the respective mobile number, the message " Delivered to " is sent to the sender. If the comparing numbers in the code comparer are different, then the received SMS or MMS message is deleted in the server of the SMS or MMS, the message " Not delivered to " is sent to the sender. The mobile user can remove the wanted mobile number, fax number already stored in the memory of the SMS service centre, MMS service centre and other communication service centre, then the SMS, MMS and other mode of communication that are received with sender number related to that removed wanted number in the SMS service centre, MMS service centre and other communication service centre can be sent to the mobile user. Every mobile user has the facility to receive wanted number ( mobile number, telephone number and so on ) of the respective mobile service provider.
The server is integrated into the SMGMSC and Code Comparer. The server is designed suitably to accept wanted received SMS, MMS, fax, E-mail from the sender. The Code Comparer is designed suitably for comparing the mobile number, Fax number of the sender with the wanted mobile number, fax number already stored in the memory that are sent by the mobile user. The memory is designed suitably for storing huge numbers ( country code and destination code).
Further if a mobile user wants to receive only wanted mobile number the person can also contact to the customer care operator or the network operator and to inform them of receiving the wanted SMS, MMS and other mode of communication.
In response to the contact and the information that are passed on to the network operator concerning receiving the wanted SMS, MMS and other mode of communication of the mobile user the network operator can directly enter the entries of the wanted mobile number, E-mail and so on to the respective service centre viz. the SMS service centre, MMS service centre and so on.
Also the network operator can enter more than one entry of the wanted mobile number, E-mail LD. and so on to the respective server.
In addition, the network operator can delete the wanted mobile number, E-mail LD. and so on which have been already stored in the respective SMS server, MMS server and so on.
Further the incoming messages which are accepted in the respective service centre can be sent to the mobile user. The wanted numbers can be removed from the stored entries of the respective servers by the instructions of the mobile user to the network operator. Based on the removal of the wanted numbers the incoming message cannot be sent to the mobile user. L b ) Means of receiving wanted Voice mail
Whenever a caller of any telecommunication instrument attempts to contact a person who has a mobile handset with a facility of voice mail box the code comparer compares the number ( country code and destination code ) of any telecommunication instrument of the call received with the wanted numbers that are stored by the user of the mobile phone handset in the memory of the code comparer of the voice mail server.
In the common use of the mobile phone handset there is no facility to store the wanted phone numbers specified by the user of mobile phone handset in the voice mail server and hence there is no option for comparing the wanted numbers by the code comparer of the memory in the voice mail server.
In order to incorporate this feature of receiving the wanted voice mail from any caller there is a dire need for implementing other arrangements to store the wanted numbers in the memory as specified by the user of the mobile phone handset and also to compare the wanted numbers in the memory of the code comparer in the voice mail server and to accept the voice mail message that is sent to the mobile user.
When a caller attempts the option of sending the message by a voice mail the number of the caller is being compared at that moment in the code comparer of the memory. If the number of the caller is found the same of the numbers specified and stored in the code comparer memory by the mobile phone user, the message sent by the voice mail box is sent to the mobile user. The message by the voice mail of the caller becomes active ultimately. If the number of the caller is not found the same of the numbers specified and stored in the code comparer memory by the mobile phone user, the message sent by the voice mail box is blocked. The message by the voice mail of the caller becomes dead ultimately.
