本发明提供一种可靠性高并能使制造工艺得以简化的展览架组件连接锁。 本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种用于将展览器具零部件连接在一起的展览架组件连接锁, 由锁壳、锁片 和偏心轮组成, 偏心轮由轮轴、 偏心盘和轮帽组成, 偏心盘设在轮轴上, 轮帽设 在偏心盘上, 锁片设在锁壳内, 在锁片的头部至少设有两片钩爪, 在锁片的后部 设有用于与上述偏心盘配合使用的偏心盘配合孔, 锁壳为内有空腔的封闭型壳 体,在该封闭型壳体前端设有钩爪窗口,钩爪自封闭型壳体内部通过钩爪窗口伸 出封闭型壳体, 在封闭型壳体的后部设有用于与轮轴转动配合的轮轴孔, 在与轮 轴孔相对的封闭型壳体壁上设有偏心轮安装槽,在封闭型壳体的后端部设有用于 拆卸、 安装锁片和偏心轮的敞开式内置组件装卸窗;
本发明所述的展览架组件连接锁也可以在位于封闭型壳体内的前部至轮轴 孔的与锁片运动方向垂直的轮轴孔中心线之间的封闭型壳体内壁区域设有凸台, 且该凸台延伸形成加强块体; 加强块体沿轮轴孔的切线方向延伸; 锁片的尾部呈 向下弯折状; 锁片的尾端为斜面; 展览架组件连接锁在处于开锁状态下的锁片尾 部下方的封闭型壳体壁上设有可供锁片尾部进出的长孔;在偏心盘与轮帽之间设 有锁片压盘; 在锁片上设有簧片。
与现有技术相比, 本发明具有如下优点:
( 1 ) 本发明去除了现有技术中的尾部凸台, 形成了内置组件装卸窗的 "敞 开式", 从而避免了必须在锁壳壳体上设置多处工艺孔, 使本发明的壳体成为一 种只开设少量功能孔和拆卸孔的相对封闭的 "封闭型"壳体, 而壳体上开孔数量 的减少使其强度得以提高, 并由此使得本发明的可靠性得以增加。本发明的这种 结构在制造时, 只需进行两端抽芯, 从而减少了抽芯数量, 简化了模具, 并提高 了产品的合格率。
(2 ) 加强块体, 尤其是在轮轴孔的切线方向延伸形成的加强块体, 改善了 凸台的承力状况, 克服了现有技术中凸台拐角处受力易损的缺陷, 增加了凸台的 强度, 进一步提高了本发明的可靠性。
