Abstract

L'invention appartient au domaine des couvercles pour récipients et notamment pour des bouteilles contenant des liquides haut de gamme, et plus particulièrement des couvercles qui sont dotés d'une bande attachée destinée à indiquer un événement d'ouverture. Le capuchon de bouchon à indication d'événement d'ouverture comprend une gaine métallique et une douille plastique à filetage interne et à moyen d'indication d'un événement d'ouverture, qui est reliée à la gaine par ajustement serré ou par adhérence. Le couvercle comprend en outre un séparateur, muni d'une cavité interne et d'un orifice de distribution, qui comporte un filetage externe destiné à interagir avec le filetage de la douille plastique. Le moyen d'indication d'un événement d'ouverture se présente comme une ceinture d'indication ayant la forme d'une botte, qui suit le contour dans la partie inférieure du couvercle. La gaine métallique est constituée de deux parties en contact dont les bords sont boudinés pour former la ceinture d'indication, avec possibilité de libération de l'un des bords lors de l'ouverture du couvercle par vissage et, partant, de signalisation d'une première ouverture. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, la ceinture d'indication comporte des endroits à résistance réduite, et notamment des perforations. L'invention permet de simplifier la structure du dispositif, d'améliorer sa fiabilité lors de la fermeture et d'assurer un niveau nécessaire de protection contre l'ouverture abusive.
