Abstract

Description
BEFESTIGUNGSANORDNUNG UND VERFAHREN ZU DEREN HERSTELLUNG
Beschreibung
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Befestigungsanordnung an einem Bauelement, insbesondere einem Leichtbauelement, mit einem in das Bauelement einbringbaren Gehäuse, welches ein Innengewinde aufweist, und mit einem mit Außengewinde versehenen Schraubenelement, wobei das Gehäuse einstückig ausgebildet ist und wobei in eine Bohrung des Gehäuses ein als schraubenlinienförmig gewundener Draht ausgebildeter Gewindeeinsatz kraft- und/oder formschlüssig eingebracht ist, dessen Innenbegrenzung das Innengewinde des Gehäuses zum Eindrehen des Schraubenelementes bildet.
Außerdem betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer solchen Befesϊ- gungsanordnung, wobei das Gehäuse in das Bauelement eingebracht wird, in die Bohrung in dem Gehäuse der Gewindeeinsatz eingebracht wird und das Schraubenelement in den Gewindeeinsatz eingedreht wird,
Eine Befestigungsanordnung der eingangs genannten Art ist aus der GB 684 832 bekannt. Die bekannte Befestigungsanordnung dient zum Versiegeln von elektrischen oder anderen Geräten und zum Sichtbarmachen eines unbefugten Öffnens des Gerätes. Bei versiegeltem Gerät ist der als schraubenlinienförmig gewundener Draht ausgebildete Gewindeeinsatz in der nicht mit Gewinde versehenen Bohrung des Gerätes mit einem Ende sichtbar verankert. Bei dem Öffnen des Gerätes wird das verankerte Ende des Gewindeeinsatzes aus seinem Eingriff mit dem Gerät sichtbar gelöst und verformt. Es ist praktisch unmöglich, die Verankerung des Gewindeeinsatzes an dem Gerät wieder herzustellen. Das Bauelement, an welchem die bekannte Befestigungsanordnung angebracht wird, kann ein Teil eines Gerätegehäuses, ein Tragarm od.dgl. sein.
Eine Befestigungsanordnung der eingangs genannten Art ist auch für diverse andere Spezialanwendungen bekannt. Insbesondere ist in der Luftfahrttechnik bekannt, dass zum Anbringen von Schraubenelementen an einem Leichtbauelement, z. B. an einer Sandwich-Panele, dieses Leichtbauelement durch den Einsatz eines Gehäuses verstärkt wird. Das typischerweise aus Kunststoff hergestellte Gehäuse wird dafür mit θ-
nem metallischen Teil mit Gewindebohrung durch Spritzgießen hergestellt, wofür das metallische Teil aufwändig in die Spritzgussform eingelegt werden muss.
Ferner ist ein Gewindeeinsatz bekannt (DE 197 40 167 A1), der zur Verstärkung in eine Gewindebohrung eines Werkstückes eingedreht wird.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine Befestigungsanordnung der eingangs genannten Art so zu verbessern, dass bei seinem Einsatz an einem Leichtbauelement sein Gehäuse ohne Einlegen eines metallischen Teiles mit Gewindebohrung hergestellt und in das Leichtbauelement eingebracht werden kann.
Außerdem soll ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer solchen Befestigungsanordnung geschaffen werden.
Dies gelingt erfindungsgemäß dadurch, dass ein weiteres Innengewinde in der Wand der Bohrung gebildet ist, in das der Gewindeeinsatz eingebracht ist, bzw. dadurch, dass der Gewindeeinsatz bei dem Einbringen in die Bohrung des Gehäuses in ein in der Wand der Bohrung gebildetes weiteres Innengewinde eingebracht wird. Hohe Auszugswerte bei der Verbindung zwischen dem Gehäuse und dem Gewindeeinsatz werden besonders gut dadurch erreicht, dass der Gewindeeinsatz mit der Innenform der Bohrung im Gehäuse eine Form aufweist, die möglichst formschlüssig in Kontakt mit dem Gehäuse gebracht werden kann. Durch die Ausprägung der Innenform der Bohrung im Gehäuse als weiteres Innengewinde kann sich der Gewindeeinsatz optimal im Gehäuse verankern und radial und axial fixieren. Durch das Eindrehen des Schraubenelementes verspannt sich der Gewindeeinsatz zusätzlich im Gehäuse und erhöht so die Auszugswerte der Schraube und des Gewindeeinsatzes aus dem Gehäuse maßgeblich. Die Form des weiteren Innengewindes kann dabei einer beliebigen Gewindeform entsprechen. Durch die einstückige Herstellung des Gehäuses insbesondere aus einem nichtmetallischen Werkstoff werden Gewichts- und Kosteneinsparungen bei der Fertigung des Gehäuses erzielt. Die Herstellung wird insbesondere dadurch vereinfacht, dass kein zusätzliches Teil, wie dies z.B. eine Metallgewindehülse od. dgl. zum Verstärken des Gewindes ist, beim Spritzgießen eingelegt werden muss. Die Befestigungsanordnung nach der Erfindung basiert darauf, dass das Schraubenelement mit Hilfe des zweiten Innengewindes auf einfache Weise an einem Leichtbauelement angebracht wird. Die Struktur eines Leichtbauelementes lässt eine direkte Verbindung mit einem Schraubenelement nicht zu, da die Struktur meist porös ist oder größere
Hohlräume aufweist. Das Leichtbauelement wird an der Stelle des Befestigungspunktes mit dem Gehäuse der Befestigungsanordnung nach der .Erfindung versehen, das vorzugsweise aus einem Werkstoff mit geringer spezifischer Dichte ausgeführt wird. Damit wird die Anforderung eines minimalen Gewichtes der Befestigungsanordnung bestmöglichst erfüllt. Die Aufgabe des Gehäuses ist es, das Leichtbauelement an der Stelle zu verstärken, an der eine Befestigungsanordnung angebracht werden soll. Durch den Umfang und die Höhe des Gehäuses wird die Befestigungsanordnung gegenüber der Bohrung im Gehäuse so ausgelegt, dass die Auszugswerte zwischen dem Leichtbauelement und dem Gehäuse in derselben Größenordung liegen wie zwischen dem Gehäuse und dem Schraubenelement.
Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Befestigungsanordnung nach der Erfindung bilden die Gegenstände der Unteransprüche.
In einer Ausgestaltung weist das Gehäuse eine niedrigere Festigkeit auf als der Gewindeeinsatz. Die Auszugswerte in der Bohrung im Gehäuse liegen ohne eine Verstärkung bei der Verwendung von Materialien mit denselben Festigkeitswerten deutlich tiefer als zwischen dem Leichtbauelement und dem Gehäuse, da die Scherfläche entsprechend geringer ist. Durch die Verwendung eines Gewindeeinsatzes wird die geringere Fläche durch die höhere Festigkeit des Gewindeeinsatzes kompensiert. Vortel- haft ist, wenn der Gewindeeinsatz im Gehäuse formschlüssig verankert ist. Der Gewindeeinsatz trägt ebenfalls dazu bei, dass höhere Anzugsmomente erreicht werden können und so durch die höheren Vorspan nkräfte den Folgen eines möglichen Schruπrp- fens des Gehäuses, z.B. durch Alterung od. dgl., entgegnet werden kann, was ein Lösen des Schraubenelementes verhindert.
In einer weiteren Ausgestaltung weist das Gehäuse eine niedrigere Festigkeit auf als das Schraubenelement. Auch das Schraubenelement wird so ausgelegt, dass die Ansprüche an die Befestigungsanordnung erfüllt sind, aber auch ein minimales Gewicht resultiert. Dazu können auch beim Schraubenelement Leichtbauwerkstoffe wie Leichtmetalle, Composit-Materialien oder andere Kunststoffe eingesetzt werden, die sich durch eine hohe Festigkeit auszeichnen. Durch das Einbringen eines Gewindeeinsatzes in das Gehäuse wird die Verbindung zwischen Schraubenelement und Gehäuse so verstärkt, dass das Gehäuse mit einer niedrigeren Festigkeit hergestellt werden kann, ohne für die Befestigungsanordnung zum kritischen Element bezüglich Materialversagen, z.B. durch niedrige Auszugswerte od. dgl., zu werden. Bei geringen Anforderun-
gen können die Auszugswerte durch die Merkmale der Befestigungsanordnung nach der Erfindung mindestens stark erhöht werden.
Weiter wird vorgeschlagen, dass das Gehäuse aus Kunststoff hergestellt ist. Kunststoffe erfüllen die Eigenschaft besonders geringer spezifischer Dichte und sind somit gewichtssparend einsetzbar. Trotz des geringen Gewichtes besteht die Möglichkeit, gute Festigkeitswerte zu erreichen, die dem Anspruch der erfindungsgemäßen Befesii- gungsanordnung gerecht werden. Durch Spritzgießen od. dgl. können die Gehäuse wirtschaftlicher und wegen der einfachen Herstellung auch mit einer höheren Prozesssicherheit gefertigt werden.
Als Kunststoff werden insbesondere Polyesterimid (PEI), Polyesteretherketon (PEEK), Polyethersulfon (PES), GFK, kohle- und glasfaserverstärkter Kunststoff, Composit- Material od. dgl. für die Verwendung vorgeschlagen. Diese Materialen eignen sich besonders, um mit den üblichen Herstellverfahren spezifisch auf die Anwendungen abgestimmte Bauteile zu produzieren. Kunststoffe öffnen heute noch ein großes Potential an neuen Kombinationen, insbesondere in Verbindung mit weiteren beigefügten Materialien, die zur Verstärkung und somit Verbesserung der Materialeigenschaften führen.
Als weitere Ausgestaltung kann das Gehäuse aus Holz od. dgl. bestehen. Das Gehäuse kann statt aus Holz aus einem anderen aus Zellulose hergestellten oder natürlichen Produkt bestehen. Gehäuse aus solchen porösen Materialien zeichnen sich dadurch aus, dass die Befestigungsanordnung mit einem weiteren Bauelement wie dem Leichtbauelement durch ein klebendes Material verbunden werden kann, da das klebende Material in die porösen Strukturen des Gehäuses und des Leichtbauelementes diffundiert oder eindringt und dort aushärtet. Im Weiteren sind diese Materialien ebenfalls besonders leicht.
In einer weiteren Ausgestaltung ist das weitere Innengewinde einfach durch rillenförrri- ge Konturen in der Wand der Bohrung gebildet.
Eine weitere Möglichkeit besteht darin, den Gewindeeinsatz mit einem selbstschneidenden Außengewinde zum Herstellen des weiteren Innengewindes zu versehen. Dadurch kann eine zusätzliche Vereinfachung des Fertigungs- und Montageablaufes erzielt werden, weil beim Spritzgießen des Gehäuses die Innenform der Bohrung am Gehäuse rillen- oder gewindefrei hergestellt werden kann und der Gewindeeinsatz so
ausgelegt ist, dass dieser bei der Montage in das Gehäuse selbstschneidend das weitere Innengewinde erzeugt. Neben dem vereinfachten Herstellprozess wird so eine noch bessere Formschlüssigkeit zwischen Gewindeeinsatz und Gehäuse erreicht.
Vorzugsweise ist das Gehäuse in einem Leichtbauelement aus AI-Schaum, Leichtmetall oder deren Legierungen, GFK, Sandwich-Panelen od. dgl. eingesetzt. Die Verwendung der erfindungsgemäßen Befestigungsanordnung ist besonders vorteilhaft beim Einsatz von Lösungen, die darauf ausgelegt werden, gewichtsarm hochbelastbare Befestigungspunkte anzubieten. Dazu eignen sich besonders Leichtbauelemente wie beispielsweise in Wabenform od. dgl. und aus Materialien wie AI-Schaum, Leichtmetall oder deren Legierungen oder GFK od. dgl. Dabei können die Waben aus Papier od. dgl., einem aushärtenden Schaum oder einem beliebigen anderen Werkstoff hergestellt sein.
Besonders vorteilhaft kann die Befestigungsanordnung in der Luft- und Raumfahrt eingesetzt werden. Die Suche nach immer leichteren und tragfähigeren Materialien wird besonders durch die Luft- und Raumfahrtstechnologie geprägt. Die erfindungsgemäße Befestigungsanordnung zielt besonders auf hochwertige Leichtbauelemente ab, die auf bekannten und künftigen Materialien basieren.
Im Weiteren eignet sich die Befestigungsanordnung zum Einsatz im Bereich des Automobilbaus, der Schienenfahrzeuge od. dgl. ebenfalls besonders gut. Durch den vermehrten Einsatz von Leichtbauwerkstoffen in der Fahrzeugtechnik bildet die erfindungsgemäße Befestigungsanordnung die Möglichkeit, wirtschaftlich und effizient Befestigungsanordnungen an Leichtbauteilen insbesondere im Karosseriebau einzusetzen. Die heute vorwiegend im Prototypenbau und bei Kleinserien eingesetzten Materialien wie Carbon, Faserverbundwerkstoffe wie GFK od. dgl. werden künftig potentielle Anwendungsgebiete dieser Befestigungsanordnung bieten, da durch die erfindungsgemäße Befestigungsanordnung die Herstellkosten gesenkt werden und die Prozesssicherheit erhöht wird.
Bei einer Ausgestaltung des Verfahrens zur Herstellung der erfindungsgemäßen Befestigungsanordnung wird zweckmäßig das Gehäuse einstückig, vorzugsweise durch Spritzgießen gefertigt. In der anschließenden Vormontage erfolgt das Einsetzen des Gewindeeinsatzes. In einem weiteren Schritt wird das vormontierte Gehäuse mit Epoxidharz od. dgl. in das Leichtbauelement eingebettet, vorzugsweise eingeklebt. Dabei
wird die Zone um das Gehäuse im Leichtbauelement praktisch inkompressibel, wobei die Auszugswerte des Gehäuses aus dem Leichtbauelement steigen und damit die Befestigungsanordnung stärker belastet werden kann. Die so erstellte Gewindebch- rung kann nun zum Eindrehen eines Schraubenelementes dienen, welches nach den spezifischen Anforderungen ausgelegt ist.
Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung werden in der nachstehenden Beschreibung anhand der Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigt:
Fig. 1 eine Befestigungsanordnung an einem Leichtbauelement;
Fig. 2 ein einstückig gefertigtes Gehäuse für eine Befestigungsanordnung an einem Leichtbauelement;
Fig. 3 ein einstückig gefertigtes Gehäuse mit eingebautem Gewindeeinsatz für eine Befestigungsanordnung an einem Leichtbauelement.
Fig. 1 stellt eine Befestigungsanordnung an einem Leichtbauelement 1 dar, die aus einem in das Leichtbauelement 1 eingebrachten Gehäuse 2 mit einer Bohrung oder Öffnung 3 mit einem Innengewinde 4 und einem Schraubenelement 5 besteht. Das Gehäuse 2 ist einstückig ausgebildet. In das Innengewinde 4 der Bohrung 3 ist ein als schraubenlinienförmig gewundener Draht ausgebildeter Gewindeeinsatz 6 formschlüssig eingebracht. Die Innenbegrenzung des Gewindeeinsatzes 6 bildet ein Innengewinde 14 zum Eindrehen des mit einem Außengewinde 7 versehenen Schraubenelementes 5. Das Gehäuse 2 lässt sich besonders einfach und wirtschaftlich fertigen, da es einstückig, das heißt ohne Einlegen eines weiteren Teils, z.B. durch Spritzgießen, hergestellt werden kann. Bei der Dimensionierung des Gehäuses 2 kann aufgrund der Vereinfachung im Innenbereich des Gehäuses 2 besser auf die Ausprägung am zylindrischen Außenbereich eingegangen werden. Diese Kontur kann nun optimaler an die Eigenschaften des Leichtbauelementes 1 angepasst werden. Dies führt zu einer noch optimaleren Verbindung zwischen dem Leichtbauelement 1 und dem Gehäuse 2. Das Gehäuse 2 weist eine niedrigere Festigkeit auf als der Gewindeeinsatz 6. Der Gewh- deeinsatz 6 muss die Kraftübertragung des Schraubenelementes 5 auf das Gehäuse 2 sicherstellen. Die Festigkeitseigenschaften des Gewindeeinsatz 6 liegen in vorteilhafter Ausgestaltung daher im Bereich des Schraubenelementes 5. Besonders vorteilhaft ist eine Ausführung des Gewindeeinsatzes 6 aus Draht, der wiederum aus Federstahl od.
dgl. hergestellt ist. Durch die Federwirkung kann sich der Gewindeeinsatz 6 ideal an das Innengewinde 4 des Gehäuses 2 anpassen und gleichzeitig das Schraubenelement 5 umschließen. Das Gehäuse 2 weist eine niedrigere Festigkeit auf als das Schraubenelement 5. Um an einem Leichtbauelement 1 einen Befestigungspunkt anbringen zu können, wird das Leichtbauelement 1 an diesem Punkt durch das Einsetzen des Gehäuses 2 verstärkt. Dabei wird in erster Linie auf eine ideale Kraftübertragung zwischen dem Leichtbauelement 1 und dem Gehäuse 2 geachtet. Dazu werden der Umfang U und die Höhe H des Gehäuses 2 so ausgelegt, dass aufgrund der Dimensionierung der Scherfläche 10 Beanspruchungen erreicht werden können, die auch das Schraubenelement 5, der Gewindeeinsatz 5 und das Innengewinde 4 in dem Gehäuse 2 aushalten können. Dazu ist es wesentlich, ein Gehäuse 2 mit geringem Gewicht einsetzen zu können, da ansonsten die Gewichtseinsparung durch das Leichtbauelement 1 wieder verloren gehen würde. Die Festigkeit des Gehäuses 2 liegt entsprechend über der des Leichtbauelementes 1. Mit Hilfe des Gewindeeinsatzes 6 wird das Gehäuse 2 in dem Innengewinde 4 verstärkt, so dass in das Innengewinde 14 das Schraubenelement 5 eingedreht werden kann, das in der Lage ist, größere und verhältnismäßig schwerere Teile an dem Leichtbauelement 1 zu befestigen. Dazu muss das Schraubenelement 5 eine Festigkeit ausweisen, die neben den Belastungen durch das befestigte Gewicht auch möglichen Vibrationen und anderen Wechselwirkungen standhalten kann. Das Gehäuse 2 wird in ein Leichtbauelement 1 aus AI- Schaum, Leichtmetall oder dessen Legierungen, GFK, Sandwich-Panelen od. dgl. eingesetzt. Um möglichst gewichtssparende Leichtbauelemente 1 zu erreichen, wird angestrebt, dass diese Elemente meist so aufgebaut sind, dass zwischen zwei dünnen Außenschichten eine wabenförmige leichte Struktur aufgebaut wird, die im Zusammenwirken mit den Außenschichten eine starre Einheit ergeben. Die wabenförmige Struktur ist aber für einen Befestigungspunkt ungeeignet. Es muss daher an den Befestigungspunkten ein Gehäuse eingebaut werden, das ohne großes Gewicht den Einbau einer Befestigungsanordnung zulässt. Eine Befestigungsanordnung der erfh- dungsgemäßen Art eignet sich besonders für Anwendungen in der Luft- und Raumfahrt sowie im Automobilbau und bei Schienenfahrzeugen od. dgl. Die Bestrebungen der Luftfahrt- und Fahrzeugindustrie, immer mehr Nutzlast zu erreichen und weniger Energie zu verbrauchen, führen dazu, dass Gewichtsoptimierungen entscheidende Wettbewerbsvorteile im Markt bieten. Während die Luft- und Raumfahrtindustrie bereits heute alle vertretbaren Gewichtsoptimierungen prüft und wenn möglich umsetzt, ist in den Bereichen Automobilbau, Schienenfahrzeuge od. dgl. noch ein großes Potential an Gewichtsreduktionen vorhanden, wie es auch die erfindungsgemäße Befestigungsan-
Ordnung aufzeigt. Eine Befestigungsanordnung mit den erfindungsgemäßen Merkmalen kann besonders wirtschaftlich hergestellt werden, indem das Gehäuse 2 in dem Leichtbauelement 1 befestigt wird und in dessen Bohrung 3 ein Gewindeeinsatz 6 eingelegt wird, in dem wiederum ein Schraubenelement 5 formschlüssig befestigt wird. Dieses einfache Verfahren stellt sicher, dass effizient und schnell eine Befestigungsanordnung an dem Leitbauelement 1 angebracht werden kann, das hohen Ansprüchen gerecht wird. Durch den einfachen Herstellprozess erhöht sich auch die Prozesssicherheit und somit auch die Gesamtqualität der Befestigungsanordnung.
In einer Ausführungsvariante gemäß Fig. 2 ist die Befestigungsanordnung in dem Leichtbauelement 1 mit einem Gehäuse 2 aus Kunststoff gebildet. Für die erfindungsgemäße Befestigungsanordnung ist das zentrale Element das Gehäuse 2. Das Gehäuse 2 muss in der Lage sein, fest im Leichtbauelement 1 integriert zu sein und den Belastungen durch das Schraubenelement 5 stand zu halten. Kunststoffe erfüllen nicht nur die Anforderungen an ein geringes Gewicht des Gehäuses 2, sie können spezifisch auch technisch für die jeweilige Aufgabe der Befestigungsanordnung ausgelegt werden. Als Kunststoff wird besonders Polyesterimid (PEI), Polyestheretherketon (PEEK), Polythersulfon (PES), GFK, kohle- und glasfaserverstärkter Kunststoff, Composite- Material od. dgl. verwendet. Besonders für heikle Anwendungen wird vorgeschlagen, auf bereits bekannte Materialkombinationen zurück zu greifen, da die materialspezifischen Eigenschaften wie Kriechverhalten, Alterung, Wetterbeständigkeit usw. wesentlich für eine optimale Befestigungsanordnung sind. Als alternative Ausführungsvariante kann das Gehäuse 2 aus Holz od. dgl. bestehen. Die Holzstruktur kann dabei verklebt, gepresst oder roh sein. Verdichtete Ausführungen haben den Vorteil, weniger anfällig auf feuchtigkeitsbedingte Veränderungen zu reagieren und somit eine höhere Konstanz der Befestigungsanordnung zu erreichen, sind aber meist etwas schwerer. Die Verbindung zwischen dem Leichtbauelement 1 und dem Gehäuse 2 kann durch ein klebendes Material 8, das in die Poren der Holzstruktur, aber auch in die Hohlräume des Leichtbauelementes 1 eindringt und aushärtet, optimal ausgelegt werden. Die Bohrung 3 in dem Gehäuse 2 weist das Innengewinde 4 oder rillenförmige Konturen 9 auf. Während die rillenförmigen Konturen 9 bereits beim Spritzgießen einzubringen sind, ist die Herstellung des Innengewindes 4 auch nachträglich möglich. Auch die rillenförmigen Konturen 9 können und sollen bestmöglich auf den einzusetzenden Gewindeeh- satz 6 abgestimmt werden. Bei dem Gewindeeinsatz 6 können dabei auch für ein Gewinde untypische Konturen verwendet werden. Die verwendetete Gewinde- oder RiI-
lenkontur muss aufgrund der notwendigen technischen Eigenschaften bestimmt und ausgelegt werden.
In einer weiteren Ausführungsvariante zeigt Fig. 3 eine Befestigungsanordnung in einem Leichtbauelement 1, dessen Gewindeeinsatz 6 ein selbstschneidendes Außengewinde aufweisen kann. In einer besonders einfachen Ausprägung wird das Gehäuse 2 mit einer Bohrung 3 versehen, die noch keine Gewinde- oder Rillenkontur aufweist. Damit ist es auch möglich, dass das Innengewinde 4 direkt und durch den einzubringenden Gewindeeinsatz 6 selbst geschnitten oder geformt wird. Die Gewindekontur wird so noch formschlüssiger erstellt und eine optimale Verbindung erreicht.
Claims
1. Befestigungsanordnung an einem Bauelement, insbesondere einem Leichtbauelement (1 ), mit einem in das Bauelement (1 ) einbringbaren Gehäuse (2), welches ein Innengewinde (14) aufweist, und mit einem mit Außengewinde (7) versehenen Schraubenelement (5), wobei das Gehäuse (2) einstückig ausgebildet ist und wobei in eine Bohrung (3) des Gehäuses (2) ein als schraubenlinienförmig gewundener Draht ausgebildeter Gewindeeinsatz (6) kraft- und/oder formschlüssig eingebracht ist, dessen Innenbegrenzung das Innengewinde (14) des Gehäuses (2) zum Eindrehen des Schraubenelementes (5) bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein weiteres Innengewinde (4) in der Wand der Bohrung (3) gebildet ist, in das der Gewindeeinsatz (6) eingebracht ist.
2. Befestigungsanordnung nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (2) eine niedrigere Festigkeit aufweist als der Gewindeeinsatz (6).
3. Befestigungsanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (2) eine niedrigere Festigkeit aufweist als das Schraubenelement (5).
4. Befestigungsanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (2) aus einem Kunststoff besteht.
5. Befestigungsanordnung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Kunststoff Polyesterimid (PEI), Polyesteretherketon (PEEK), Polye- thersulfon (PES), GFK, kohle- und glasfaserverstärkter Kunststoff, Com- posit-Material od. dgl. verwendet wird.
6. Befestigungsanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (2) aus Holz od. dgl. besteht.
7. Befestigungsanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das weitere Innengewinde (4) durch rillenförmige Konturen (9) in der Wand der Bohrung (3) gebildet ist.
8. Befestigungsanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gewindeeinsatz (6) ein selbstschneidendes Außengewinde (7) zum Herstellen des weiteren Innengewindes (4) aufweist.
9. Befestigungsanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (2) in ein Leichtbauelement (1 ) aus AI- Schaum, Leichtmetall oder dessen Legierungen, GFK, Sandwich-Panelen od. dgl. eingesetzt ist.
10. Befestigungsanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsanordnung in der Luft- und Raumfahrt eingesetzt wird.
11. Befestigungsanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsanordnung im Bereich des Automobilbaus, der Schienenfahrzeuge od. dgl. eingesetzt wird.
12. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Befestigungsanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 , wobei das Gehäuse (2) in das Bauelement (1 ) eingebracht wird, in die Bohrung (3) in dem Gehäuse (2) der Gewindeeinsatz (6) eingebracht wird und das Schraubenelement (5) in den Gewindeeinsatz (6) eingedreht wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gewindeeinsatz (6) bei dem Einbringen in die Bohrung (3) des Gehäuses (2) in ein in der Wand der Bohrung (3) gebildetes weiteres Innengewinde (4) eingebracht wird.
