Abstract

The wrapping comprises a first transparent or uniformly coloured film wrapped closely around at least the main surface of the insulation product (1). A printed second film (10) is also wrapped around at least one insulation product (1), which printed second film (10) is provided with information (13) that is visible on the insulation product package (12b). A method for packaging an insulation product (1) to form an insulation product package (12b) comprises the steps of wrapping the insulation product (1) in a transparent or uniformly coloured first film and wrapping at least one insulation product (1) in a printed second film (10), which wrapping of the first film and the printed second film (10) is performed in such manner that information (13) provided on the printed second film (10) is visible after wrapping of the first film and the printed second film (10).

Description

An insulation product package and a method for packaging an insulation product
The invention relates to an insulation product package comprising at least one insulation product having, a main surface and a wrapping arranged around at least the main surface of the insulation product, said wrapping comprising a first film wrapped closely around at least the main surface of the insulation product. The invention also relates to a method for packaging an insulation product by wrapping it in a film.
Conventionally, insulation products are packaged in a film, such as PE film with a thickness that may vary from around 20μm to around 80μm depending on the specific insulation product. The insulation product may comprise a single product, such as a roll of insulating material, or a plurality of products, such as a stack of insulation boards or batts. The insulation products may contain mineral fibre insulation products (glass wool, rock wool, slag wool, etc.) or foamed insulation products. When the wording "insulation product" is used in the following it is intended to mean a roll, a batt, a plurality of rolls or batts, or any other insulation product or products that are to packaged in a single unit.
Insulation products are manufactured in large numbers and are widely used for heat insulation and fire protection of e.g. buildings. The main part of the insulation products are sold to the professional market, i.e. to contractors, carpenters, bricklayers and other professional workmen who are entrusted the work of erecting new buildings or refurbishing old buildings. Only a very small amount of the insulation products is sold to private people as do-it-yourself (DIY) products.
The insulation product packages for the professional market often comprise a pallet provided with a plurality of individually packaged insulation products, and the pallet and the individually packaged insulation products are all wrapped in a film. Contrary to this the insulation product packages for the DIY market most often comprise individual units of just a single insulation product that is wrapped in a film. However, in either case the product manufacturer has an interest in providing a brand or information on the outermost surface of each insulation product package.
Due to tradition the packaging of insulation products has been differentiated nationally and in relation to each group of customers for a specific insulation product. This has rendered it necessary for the manufacturer of insulation products to store a large number of different films for wrapping each insulation product package in a film suitable for the intended customer of this specific product.
It has now been realized that especially the customers in the professional market do not require a film wrapping that in many details specifies the insulation products within the packaging. On the contrary, the customers in the professional market are much more focused on product quality of the insulation products and security of delivery than on the appearance of the insulation product packaging. The packaging should of course still fulfil the quality requirements in relation to protecting the insulation products and to handling of the insulation products packages. This entails that all insulation products intended for the professional market could be packaged in the same type of film without any specific prints. Thus, the packaging film for wrapping insulation products for the professional market could be a "standard" film of any colour or be transparent.
Since the professional market as described above is much larger than the DIY market it would be economically advantageous if all insulation products to this market were wrapped in the same type of "standard" film, since it would be possible to reduce the purchasing costs for this simple, non-printed film due to the large amount of film needed.
Individual insulation product packages for the DIY market require some kind of individualisation, since the purpose of the packaging is not only to secure the packaging of the insulation products, but is also important in relation to differentiating the insulation products from the competitor's insulation products.
Furthermore, there may be additional and higher requirement to product information when the insulation products are to be sold to the DIY market segment. Also, it may be desirable for the insulation product manufacturer to make the insulation product packaging more appealing to the DIY customer, e.g. by printing pictures etc. in addition to product information on the wrapping.
One such product where it is possible to vary the information on an insulation product package is shown in US-B2-6 770 339 that shows an insulation package which includes a plurality of resilient fibrous insulation blanket layers in a compressed state. The resilient fibrous insulation blanket layers are enveloped within a transparent wrapping with some information relating to the product within the packaging printed thereon. At least one banner with additional information is arranged between the resilient fibrous insulating blanket layers and the wrapping. The banner is held in place by forces exerted on the wrapping by the compressed resilient fibrous insulation blanket layers within the packaging. A disadvantage by this insulation product package is that it is necessary to provide the banner(s) at the same time as the outer transparent wrapping is arranged around the insulation product.
Therefore, it is an object of the invention to provide an insulation product package which to as high a degree as possible makes use of a standard film, both for insulation product packages intended for the professional market and for insulation product packages intended for the DIY market. This object is achieved by arranging the insulation product package mentioned in the opening paragraph in such manner that the first film is transparent or uniformly coloured, and that a printed second film is also wrapped around at least one insulation product, which printed second film is provided with information that is visible on the insulation product package. The printed matter on the printed second film may be provided on the side facing away from the insulation product or on the side facing towards the insulation product. In the latter case the printed second film must be transparent before printing thereon.
Thereby is obtained that all products - both those for the professional market and those for the DIY market - can be wrapped in the same type of "standard" film which constitutes the first film. Since it is specified that the printed second film must be visible it may be provided with any desired text, pictures or other graphic elements that individualize the insulation product package. By using the same type of "standard" film for all insulation products it is possible to obtain an economical advantage as described above, and in addition it is possible to reduce the number of printed films considerably, since printed films are only needed for the outer wrapping of pallets for the professional market and for the relative small number of individual DIY insulation product packages.
Another advantage of using two films in the individual DIY insulation product packages is that the strength of the wrapping is increased. This is advantageously since these DIY insulation product packages are handled by persons that generally are not used to handle such packages and therefore may handle them in an inappropriate manner. Also, a plurality of DIY insulation product packages are often loaded onto a trailer or forced into the luggage compartment of a car. This handling of the DIY insulation product package requires a strong wrapping to ensure that it is not torn apart during handling thereof. In a first aspect of the invention the insulation product package comprises a single insulation product, and the printed second film is arranged closely around the main surface of the insulation product. This insulation product package is typically intended for the DIY market. By specifying that the printed second film is arranged closely around the main surface of the insulation product and thereby in close relation to the first film is ensured that the first film and the
\ printed second film act like a single wrapping around the insulation product.
In a first embodiment of the DIY insulation product package the first film is arranged directly on an outer side of the insulation product, while the printed second film is arranged on an outer side of the first film. This arrangement is particularly advantageous if the first film and the printed second film are wrapped around the insulation product separately. In this case the insulation product wrapped with the first film may be used for both the professional market (without wrapping individually in a printed second film) and the DIY market. This entails that it can be decided at a late stage in the production process, whether the insulation product wrapped in the first film should be put on the professional market or the DIY market.
In a second embodiment of the DIY insulation product package the first film is transparent and the printed second film is arranged between the insulation product and the first film. This arrangement of the two films is advantageous if it is desired to protect the printed matter on the printed second film.
The first film and the printed second film may be laminated, which ensures that they do not separate at their interfaces during use.
In order to ensure safe and reliable packaging of the insulation product the first film as well as the printed second film may be heat shrunk around the insulation product. In a second aspect of the invention the insulation product package comprises a plurality of insulation products, where the printed second film is arranged around a plurality of insulation products wrapped individually in the first film. This insulation product package is typically intended for the professional market where it is considered less necessary to individualise each insulation product. However, it is still desired to provide information on the insulation product packages comprising a plurality of insulation products.
In a particular embodiment the insulation product package comprises a pallet, and the printed second film is also wrapped around a pallet. The wrapping of the printed second film around the insulation products and the pallet ensures that the insulation product package can be handled as a single unit.
The first film as well as the printed second film. are preferably polyolefin films, in particular PE (polyethylene) films. Films of other materials, such as other polyolefin films or non-polyolefin films, may also be suitable, though PE films are preferred.
The first film as well as the printed second film may have a thickness of between 5μm and 100μm, preferably between 10μm and 50μm, more preferably between 20μm and 40μm.
As mentioned in the opening paragraph the invention also relates to a method for packaging an insulation product by wrapping it in a film. In accordance with the invention this method comprises the steps of:
- wrapping the insulation product in a transparent or uniformly coloured first film in such manner that it covers a main surface of the insulation product, and
- wrapping at least one insulation product in a printed second film, which wrapping of said first film and said printed second film is performed in such manner that information provided on the printed second film is visible after wrapping of the first film and the printed second film.
The advantages achieved by this method are the same as mentioned above in relation to the insulation product package. I.e. all products - both those for the professional market and those for the DIY market - can be wrapped in the same type of "standard" film which constitutes the first film. Since it is specified that the printed second film must be visible it may be provided with any desired text, pictures or other graphic elements that individualize the insulation product package. By using the same type of "standard" film for all insulation products it is possible to obtain an economical advantage as described above, and in addition it is possible to reduce the number of printed films considerably, since printed films are only needed for the outer wrapping of pallets for the professional market and for the relative small number of individual DIY insulation product packages.
In a first aspect of the method for packaging an insulation product the first film is initially wrapped around the insulation product and the printed second film is then wrapped around a single insulation product provided with the first film. An insulation product package made in this manner is typically intended for the DIY market, since the two films act as a single, strong wrapping provided with information about the individually packaged insulation product.
In a first embodiment the first film is wrapped, cut and sealed around the insulation product before the printed second film is wrapped, cut and sealed around the insulation product with the first film. By wrapping the first film and the printed second film separately it is possible to decide at a late stage in the production process, whether the insulation product wrapped in the first film should be put on the professional market without any further wrapping or on the DIY market with a printed second film wrapped around it. If it is known, that the insulation product is intended for the DIY market and thus should be wrapped individually with the printed second film the first film and the printed second film may be wrapped around a single insulation product simultaneously. Thereby only one wrapping operation is necessary.
If it is desired to protect the printed second film, e.g. if the printed matter is provided on the outer side thereof, the first film may be is transparent, while the printed second film is arranged between the insulation product and the first film, when the first film and the printed second film is wrapped around the insulation product .
The first film and the printed second film may be laminated together to form a laminated film that is wrapped around the insulation product. Thereby is ensured that the two films act as a single wrapping and that they do not separate at their interfaces during use. . . '
The lamination may be performed by applying glue between the first film and the printed second film. Alternatively, the first film may be extrusion laminated on the printed second film.
The laminated film may be wound onto a storage roll, such that the insulation product is wrapped with the laminated film that is unwound from the storage roll. Thereby wrapping equipment adapted to support only a single roll of film may be used for wrapping the insulation product.
In order to reduce the wrapping operations the first film and the printed second film may be cut, sealed and optionally heat shrunk simultaneously, even if the first film and the printed second film are not laminated together. In a second aspect of the method for packaging an insulation product the printed second film is wrapped around a plurality of insulation products wrapped individually in the first film. Insulation product packages made by this method are typically intended for the professional market where it is considered less necessary to individualise each insulation product. However, it is still desired to provide information on the insulation product packages comprising a plurality of insulation products. \
In a preferred embodiment the printed second film is also wrapped around a pallet, which ensures that the insulation product package can be handled as a single unit.

Figures 1a and 1b each shows an insulation product 1;101 to be packaged in accordance with the invention. Figure 1a shows an insulation product 1 comprising a plurality of insulation boards or batts 2 that are stacked to form the
\ insulation product 1 as it is generally known in the field of packaging insulation products. The insulation batts 2 may be made of any conventional insulating material, such as mineral wool (rock wool, glass wool, slag wool),, or any kind of foam material.
Figure 1b shows an insulation product 101 in the form of a roll of insulating material. Such rolls are generally known in the art of insulation products, and the roll comprises an elongate web of insulating material that is rolled into the roll, possibly under compression of the insulating material. Suitable insulating materials for such rolls are mineral wool (rock wool, glass wool,. slag wool).
Each of the insulation products 1 ;101 has a main surface that in general constitutes a large portion of the exposed outer surfaces-' of the insulation product 1;101. In Figure 1a the main surface comprises the uppermost surface 3 of the uppermost batt 2, the lowermost surface 4 of the lowermost batt 2 and the two long side surfaces 5a, 5b of all the batts 2. In Figure 1b the main surface comprises the cylinder surface 103 of the roll.
When the insulation products 1 ;101 are wrapped in a film, at least the main surfaces are covered by the film whereas the end faces 6; 106 of the insulation products 1 ;101 may be left uncovered. However, nothing prevents the end faces 6; 106 from being covered by the wrapping as well as the main surfaces; in particular if it is desired to fully wrap the insulation product 1;101, e.g. for weather protection. In the following the insulation product is illustrated by the stack of insulation batts 2 shown in Figure 1a. It is to be understood, however, that the invention is applicable to any other form of insulation products, such as the roll shown in Figure 1b or a stack comprising more or less batts 2 than shown in Figure 1a.
Figure 2 shows an insulation product 1 that is wrapped in a transparent or uniformly coloured first film 7, e.g. a transparent PE film. The first film 7 is wrapped around the insulation product 1 and is secured to the insulation product 1 by welding along a welding seam 8 parallel with a longitudinal direction of the insulation product 1. The first film 7 is then heat shrunk around the insulation product 1 , whereby the end faces 6 of the insulation product 1 becomes partly covered by the first film 7 as shown. The insulation product 1 is preferably compressed during wrapping of the first film 7, but it might also be uncompressed.
The packaged insulation product 1 shown in Figure 2 may be sold oh the professional market as it is, i.e. without any further information provided on the package. However, a plurality of packaged insulation product 1 as shown in
Figure 2 will usually be loaded onto a pallet 9 as shown in Figure 3, where, as an example, 30 packages of insulation products 1 are loaded onto a single pallet 9. The number of packages of insulation products 1 on the pallet 9 may of course vary in dependence of the size of the pallet 9 and the size of the packages of insulation products 1. The pallet 9 is then transported to a building site. In accordance with the invention the pallet 9 and the insulation products 1 wrapped in a first film 7 are wrapped in a printed second film 10 provided with information 11 about the manufacturer of the insulation products 1 and about the specific insulation products 1 on the pallet 9. The printed second film 10 may consist of any suitable film, such as a PE film, and may be stretched or heat shrunk as desired. The printed second film 10 may be transparent as shown in Figure 3, or it may be white or coloured such that the packaged insulation products 1 are not visible through it. If the printed second film 10 is transparent the information 11 may be provided on either side thereof, i.e. on the side that faces towards the packages of insulation product 1 or on the side facing away from the packages of insulation product 1. The wrapped pallet 9 with insulation products 1 is to be considered as a first embodiment of an insulation product package 12a in the sense of the invention.
If the packaged insulation product 1 shown in Figure 2 is to be sold on the DIY market it is typically sold as a separate unit and not on a pallet 9 as described above. It is therefore desirable to provide each individual packaged insulation product 1 with further information, such as a logo of the manufacturer, advertising pictures, specification of the insulation product 1 , examples of use, etc. Such a package 12b is shown in Figure 4. In accordance with the invention the insulation product package 12b is provided with two films: a first film 7 and a printed second film 10 that is visibly arranged around the insulation product 1 and in close relation to the first film 7. The printed second film 10 is provided with any desired information 1.3.
There are several ways of applying the printed second film 10 around the insulation product 1 , and Figures 5-7 show different embodiments of this in accordance with the invention. The invention is not restricted to these shown methods, since other methods would be applicable as well. It should be noted that the same reference numerals are used for similar parts in the shown embodiments.
In the embodiment shown in Figure 5 the insulation product 1 is wrapped in a first film 7 and corresponds in principle to the packaged insulation product 1 shown in Figure 2. A printed second film 10 is unwound from a roll 14 and is wrapped around the insulation product 1 with the first film 7. The printed second film 10 is cut, heat sealed and heat shrunk around the insulation product 1 (not shown), such that an insulation product package 12b like the one shown in Figure 4 is obtained. By this method it is possible at a late stage in the packaging of the insulation product 1 to decide whether the insulation product 1 should be sold on the professional market (possibly on a pallet 9) without an individual second wrapping or it should be wrapped individually in a printed second film 10 and be provided to the DIY market. In both situations the first film 7 may be a "standard" film that fulfils the basic requirements for packaging, whereas the printed second film 10 provides information about the insulation product 1. In the case of individually wrapping of each insulation product 1 with the printed second film 10 a reinforcement of the packaging is achieved.
If the printed second film 10 is transparent the information 13 may be arranged on either side thereof. If the printed second film 10 is non-transparent, e.g. white or coloured, the information must be provided on the side facing away from the packaged insulation product 1 in order to be visible after wrapping.
In order to protect the information 13 on the printed second film 10 against scratches and/or UV radiation, which may cause the information 13 to fade over time, it is desirable to cover the information 13 with a transparent film which e.g. is provided with a UV barrier. This is achievable ih two ways: either using a transparent printed second film 10 wrapped around the insulation product 1 in such manner than the information 13 faces against the insulation product 1 , or by arranging a transparent first film 7 outside the printed second film 10 in which case the printed second film 10 may be coloured.
This arrangement is shown in Figure 6, where the insulation product 1 is initially unwrapped. A transparent first film 7 and a printed second film 10 are supplied from rolls 15 and 14, respectively, and are wrapped simultaneously around the insulation product 1 with the printed second film 10 abutting against the insulation product 1. Then the first film 7 and the printed second film 10 are cut, heat sealed and heat shrunk simultaneously, such that an insulation product package 12b substantially similar to the one shown in Figure 4 is obtained, although with a different order of the first film 7 and the printed second film 10. Figure 7 shows that it is possible to obtain an insulation product package 12b similar to the one just described by laminating a transparent first film 7 and a printed second film 10 to form a laminated film 16 that is subsequently wrapped around the insulation product 1. This method preferably comprises two separate steps: a first step where the laminated film 16 is formed and wound onto a roll
17, and a second step where the laminated film 16 is unwound from the roll 17
\ and wrapped around the insulation product 1.
In order to form the laminated film 16 a transparent first film 7 is unwound from a roll 15 and a printed second film 10 is unwound from a roll 14. The first and second films 7,10 are brought together and glue 18 or other form of adhesive from a storage tank 19 is applied to one or both films 7,10 just before they are brought together. The glue 18 or other adhesive may be applied by any suitable means, such as by spraying as shown, by a roller, etc. The laminated film 16 is wound onto a storage roll 17 for later use.
When an insulation product 1 is to be wrapped with the laminated film 16 the laminated film 16 is unwound from the storage roll 17 and wrapped around the insulation product 1 as shown to the right of Figure 7. The laminated film 16 is cut, heat sealed and heat shrunk to form an insulation product package 12b substantially similar to the one shown in Figure 4 is obtained. The order of the first film 7 and the printed second film 10 may be as described above, i.e. with either the first film 7 or the printed second film 13 abutting against the insulation product 1. The order of the first film 7 and the printed second film 10 depends on the orientation of the wrapping of the insulation product 1 with the laminated film 16.
It should be mentioned that the laminated film 16 may be obtained by so-called extrusion lamination, where the first film 7 is applied in liquid form directly onto the printed second film 10. Thereby application of glue or another adhesive is avoided.
In either of the embodiments shown in Figures 3-7 the insulation product 1 is packaged in two films, a first film 7 and a printed second film 10. In the embodiments shown in Figures 4-7 the order of the films 7,10 may be chosen as
\ desired. If the printed second film 10 is positioned outside the first film 7 in the insulation product package 12b (as in Figures 4 and 5) the first film 7 may be transparent or it may have any desired colour. In order to minimise the costs of the first film 7, it is preferably transparent or white. If the printed second film 10 is positioned between the insulation product 1 and the first film 7 (as in Figures 6-7) the first film 7 must at least to some extent be transparent, such that the printed information 13 on the printed second film 10 is visible on the insulation product package 12b.
It has been described that the first film 7 and the printed second film 10 are both heat shrunk after they have been wrapped around the insulation product(s) 1 to form the insulation product package 12a or 12b. This is the preferred method which ensures that the films 7,10 are tightly arranged around the insulation product 1. However, the films 7,10 - either both or only one of them - may be stretched around the insulation product(s) 1 without subsequently heat shrinking.
In the case of individually wrapping the insulation product 1 with both films 7,10 they have been shown to partly cover the end surfaces 6 of the insulation product 1. However, the films 7,10 - either both or only one of them - may be arranged to only cover the main surfaces of the insulation product 1 or to fully coyer the end surfaces 6 of the insulation product 1.
If desired, more than two films may even be used for packaging the insulation product 1.

Claims

Claims
1. An insulation product package (12a; 12b) comprising at least one insulation product (1;101) having a main surface and a wrapping arranged around at least the main surface of the insulation product (1;101), said wrapping comprising a first film (7) wrapped closely around at least the main surface of the insulation product (1;101), characterized in that the first film (7) is transparent or uniformly coloured, and that a printed second film (10) is also wrapped around at least one insulation product (1 ;101), which printed second film (10) is provided with information (13) that is visible on the insulation product package (12a;12b).
2. An insulation product package according to claim 1 , characterized in that the insulation product package (12b) comprises a single insulation product (1 ;101), and that the printed second film (10) is arranged closely around the main surface of the insulation product (1;101).
3. An insulation product package according to claim 2, characterized in that the first film (7) is arranged directly on an outer side of the insulation product (1 ;101 ), while the printed second film (10) is arranged on an outer side of the first film (7).
4. An insulation product package according to claim 2, characterized in that the first film (7) is transparent and that the printed second film (10) is arranged between the insulation product (1 ;101) and the first film (7).
5. An insulation product package according to any one of claims 2-4, characterized in that the first film (7) and the printed second film (10) are laminated together.
6. An insulation product package according to any one of claims 2-5, characterized in that the first film (7) as well as the printed second film (10) are heat shrunk around the insulation product (1 ;101).
7. An insulation product package according to claim 1 , characterized in that the insulation product package comprises a plurality of insulation products (1 ;101), and that the printed second film (10) is arranged around a plurality of insulation products (1 ;101) wrapped individually in the first film (7).
8. An insulation product package according to claim 7, characterized in that the insulation product package (12a) comprises a pallet (9), and the printed second film (10) is also wrapped around the pallet (9).
9. An insulation product package according to any one of claims 1-8, characterized in that the first film (7) as well as the printed second film (10) are polyolefin films, in particular PE (polyethylene) films!
10. An- insulation product package according to any one of claims 1-9, characterized in that the first film (7) as well as the printed second film (10) have a thickness of between 5μm and 100μm, preferably between 10μm and 50μm, more preferably between 20μm and 40μm.
11. A method for packaging an insulation product (1 ; 101) to form an insulation product package (12a; 12b), which method comprises the steps of: - wrapping the insulation product (1 ;101) in a transparent or uniformly coloured first film (7) in such manner that it covers a main surface of the insulation product (1 ;101), and - wrapping at least one insulation product (1 ;101) in a printed second film
(10), which wrapping of said first film (7) and said printed second film (10) is performed in such manner that information (13) provided on the printed second film (10) is visible after wrapping of the first film (7) and the printed second film (10).
12. A method according to claim 11 , characterized in that the first film (7) is initially wrapped around the insulation product (1;101) and that the printed second film (10) is then wrapped around a single insulation product (1 ;101) provided with the first film (7).
13. A method according to claim 12, characterized in that the first film (7) is wrapped, cut and sealed around the insulation product (1;101) before the printed second film (10) is wrapped, cut and sealed around the insulation product (1 ;101) with the first film (7).
14. A method according to claim 11 , characterized in that the first film (7) and the printed second film (10) are wrapped around a single insulation product
(1 ; 101) simultaneously.
15. A method according to claim 14, characterized in that the first film (7) is transparent, and that the printed second film (10) is arranged between the insulation product (1 ;101) and the first film (7), when the first film (7) and the printed second film (10) are wrapped around the insulation product (1 ;101).
16. A method according to claim 14 or 15, characterized in that the first film (7) and the printed second film (10) are laminated together to form a laminated film (16) that is wrapped around the insulation product (1 ;101).
17. A method according to claim 16, characterized in that glue (18) is applied between the first film (7) and the printed second film (10).
18. A method according to claim 16, characterized in that the first film (7) is extrusion laminated on the printed second film (10).
19. A method according to any one of claims 16-18, characterized in that the laminated film (16) is wound onto a storage roll (17), and that the insulation product (1 ;101) is wrapped with the laminated film (16) that is unwound from the storage roll (17).
20. A method according to any one of claims 14-19, characterized in that the first film (7) and the printed second film (10) are cut, sealed and optionally heat shrunk simultaneously.
21. A method according to claim 11 , characterized in that the printed second film (10) is wrapped around a plurality of insulation products (1;101) wrapped individually in the first film (7).
22. A method according to claim 21, characterized in that the printed second film (10) is also wrapped around a pallet (9).
23. A method according to any one of claims 11-22, characterized in that the first film (7) as well as the printed second film (10) are polyolefin films, in particular PE (polyethylene) films.
24. A method according to any one of claims 11-23, characterized in that the first film (7) as well as the printed second film (10) have a thickness of between 5μm and 100μm, preferably between 10μm and 50μm, more preferably between 20μm and 40μm.
