Description

HEAT INSULATING MATERIAL USING SCRAPPED DIAPERS
[TECHNICAL FIELD]
The present invention relates to heat insulating material using as material for interior and exterior decoration of structures. More particularly the present invention relates to heat insulating material comprised main material that scrapped diapers are cut, washed in order to remove foreign materials and dried, and an antibiotic material, a fire retardant and a binder.
[BACKGROUND ART]
Generally, heat insulating materials being used as materials for intertor and exterior decoration of structure are used for the purpose of fire resistance and insulating of heat between the inner and outer walls of structures, keeping warm and insulating of heat of ceiling, ventilator and pipes for water service, and absorption and interception of various noises.
Heat insulating materials used glass plates of various conventional heat insulating materials are used generally as fire resistant materials, heat insulating materials, warm keeping materials, cold keeping and sound interception materials.
They have merits that their unit price is low and their construction is easy. However because they fly easily in all directions if they are contacted with the skin, the skin is allergic to them, various cutaneous cancers may be taken and breathing hitch may be arisen.
Accordingly, in order to improve defects of the glass plates plastic films are covered generally on the surfaces of the glass plates after they are carried out. However since the plastic films are easily melted by heat if fire breaks out dispersion of glass dust cannot be prevented, on the contrary the films cause harm to the public due to a poisonous gas caused when they catch fire.
[DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION] The present invention is to dissolve defects of the above-stated conventional heat insulating materials.
That is, the present invention is to provide environment friendly heat insulating materials without injury to human health and without danger of a fire, using scrapped diapers being dumped as waste.
[BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS]
Fig 1 represents general perspective view of a heat insulating plate made from heat insulating material used scrapped diapers in accordance with the present invention. Fig 2 represents a flow diagram for manufacturing of heat insulating material used scrapped diapers in accordance with the present invention.
[BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION]
Referring to the accompanying drawings the present invention is described in detail as follows;
The present invention relates to heat insulating materials comprised
90~97wt% of a main material that scrapped diapers are cut by a cutting machine, are washed to remove foreign material and are dried to give refined material,
01~1.0wt% of antibiotic material for antibiotic treatment of said main material, l~3wt% of fire retardant for providing fire retardance to said main material and 0.01~1.0wt% of a binder for binding of said main material, antibiotic material and fire retardant.
Said scrapped diapers as a raw material of said main material comprised a cloth for lining, an absorption layer, a waterproof layer and a tape, wherein said cloth for lining is nonwoven, the absorption layer is pulverized pulp and high molecular absorption material, the waterproof layer is polyethylene film, the tape is various adhesive tape.
Accordingly, the main material refined scrapped diapers consists of said materials. However if the high molecular absorption material contained in said absorption layer is contacted with moisture it has property being softened.
Therefore because a heat insulating products made from the heat insulting material contained said high molecular absorption material is difficult to keep a fixed shape, it prefers to remove them from the raw materials.
Said antibiotic material is any one selected from photocatalyst or nano silver, wherein even though said photocatalystal or nano silver is contacted with the skin, they do not show stimulating response, are not injure human health, and are not discolor in the atmosphere, their antibiosis is maintained semipermanently and also their unit price also is cheap.
Said fire retardant may be any one selected from a conventional fire retardants being used in the heat insulating materials for structures, e. g, ammonium sulfate or paraffin chloride may be used.
Said binder may be any one selected from an acrylic ester emulsion, a synthetic rubber latex or a natural rubber latex as conventional binders for wood, fibre, paper, non woven, plastic powders. Products made from the heat insulating material of the present invention may be shape of a heat insulating plate 100, as shown in Fig 1, and also they may be roll types, cylinderical types, or the like.
Figure 2 represents a flow diagram for manufacturing of the heat insulating material used the scrapped diapers in accordance with the present invention.
The manufacturing steps are described in detail as follows ; The first step is a process 210 cutting the scrapped diapers, wherein to cut the scrapped diapers a water jet cutting machine used ultra high pressure water, a plasma cutting machine used flow of gas ionized at high temperature, a cutting machine used laser, a wire cutting machine used cutting wires connected electrodes and a milling cutting machine used an end mill cutter are used.
Typical cutting apparatus being used in the present invention is the water jet cutting machine that ultra high pressure water of 4000 BAR is jetted through micro nozzle from high pressure pump and the objects are cut by using speed energy generated by means of jet of said ultra high pressure water, wherein said water jet cutting machine can cut all kinds and thickness of raw materials, and its shape and quality are not changed by means of heat.
The second step is a process 220 washing to remove foreign materials adhered on the scrapped diapers. The third step is a process 230 dehydrating to dry said cut.
The fourth step is a process 240 treating said dried main material with any one of photocatalyst or nano silver as antibiotic.
Said antibiotic material prefers to be added in the amount of 0.1~1.0wt% wherein addition amount below 0.1 wt% shows weak antibiosis, addition amount over 1.0wt% shows excellent antibiosis but caused end products to coarse. The last fifth step is a process 250 adding the fire retardant and the binder.
Said fire retardant prefers to be added in the amount of l~3wt%, said binder prefers to be added in the amount of 0.01~1.0wt%, wherein the fire retardant below said amount shows weak fire-retardation, the fire-retardant over said amount increases weight of the heat insulating products and reduces coherence of materials and the binder below said amount reduces coherence of materials, thereby the heat insulating products may not be easily molded, the binder over said amount reduces quality of the heat insulating materials or its products. A certain needed heat insulating products may be molded in various shapes by using said heat insulating material, be dried 260 and be cut 270 to give a final products.
[INDUSTRIAL APPLIC ABILIT Y] Among said obtained products, products of plate shape may be used to prevent dewfall and to absorb sound in housings or building and also may be used as partition cores for prevention of fire and cores of fire proof construction, and products of roll type are used to keep warm and to insulate heat in insulating boilers, regenerators, fire proof ducts, insulating machine room, heating compressor, various tanks and etc.
Since the heat insulating materials obtained from the scrapped diapers of the present invention is only an example for carrying out the present invention, scope of claims in accordance with the present invention is not limited to the above-stated example, and the scope of the present invention is included to scope modified diversely by persons skilled in the art field belonging to the present invention.
