Abstract

L’invention concerne des compositions pharmaceutiques comprenant un peptide long d’environ 10 à environ 30 acides aminés, ledit peptide comprenant au moins une hélice amphipathique de classe A et au moins un résidu d’acide aminé « D », et un agent inhibant la mTOR, par exemple la rapamycine ou l’un de ses dérivés, éventuellement en présence d’un excipient de qualité pharmaceutique.
