Description

TITULO DE LA INVENCIÓN: "PARAGUAS SECO"TITLE OF THE INVENTION: "DRY UMBRELLA"
AREA DE INVENCIÓN: El presente invento se refiere al área de paraguas y productos similares, y en particular a paraguas de mano, colapsables o plegables .INVENTION AREA: The present invention relates to the area of umbrellas and similar products, and in particular to hand umbrellas, collapsible or foldable.
MARCO GENERAL DE LA INVENCIÓN:GENERAL FRAMEWORK OF THE INVENTION:
There is evidence of umbrellas being used by the ancient settlers of Egypt, Assyria, Greece and China. These umbrellas, parasols or umbrellas, were originally designed to protect their users from the sun. The Chinese were the first to waterproof their parasols using them waxed, to protect themselves from the rain. The diffusion of the umbrella is worldwide and its use as protection in case of rain is the same or more widespread than its original use, that of providing shade. The word parasol comes from the Latin "umbra", which means "shadow".
At present, the common use of a personal, folding and portable umbrella allows its user to defend against the inclement weather, especially rain and hail. The present folding umbrella is approximately one meter ten centimeters in diameter, once opened, which is enough to accommodate a person under it. On certain occasions it becomes used by more than one person at a time.
As for its operation, a folding umbrella is kept open and ready to be used by means of a mechanism of rods arranged radially, pivotally connected around a central tube, which acts as an axis, by means of joints. At the other end of these rods a piece of closed fabric is arranged, usually in polygonal shape and held in tension by the aforementioned rod mechanism, thereby forming a small tent that prevents water, excessive sunlight and other climatic elements can reach the umbrella user directly, who uses it by holding it under the tent, holding the central tube from its bottom, usually by means of a handle arranged around the aforementioned central tube that facilitates the holding of the In order for the system to function, the rods need to run the fabric from its relaxed position to its maximum extended position. The mechanism is held in place by operating one or more springs that run around the tubular axis and whose function is to maintain the necessary tension in the fabric. The umbrella to operate must be open. Although the procedure of opening an umbrella is relatively basic and is difficult mcr.or, closing the umbrella represents a difficulty that can sometimes be quite cumbersome, a procedure that in certain cases has to be carried out in the middle of torrential rain , sitting inside a car while holding the door open; in the middle of agglomerations or holding packages, all of which makes a rather simple procedure difficult. Once the umbrella collapses, it is easy to transport but it has the disadvantage that if it is wet, it drips water for some time, even if the cover or lining that some manufacturers offer together with the umbrella is used but is not suitable as a instrument to contain the water that runs through the p = .rr-dcs of the folded umbrella.
For all this, there is a need to have an umbrella that avoids the complications of the process of closing the water, as well as the subsequent discomforts such as water blasting and the difficulty to keep it inside its cover, among others.

DESCRIPCIÓN DETALLADA DEL CONoJNTO:DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE CONJECT:
Figure number 1 shows a folding umbrella, in an extended position, in accordance with the present invention. In the same graphic, you can see the main tube 17 which is made of stainless steel, aluminum or any other resistant and lightweight equivalent material, within which two springs 13 and 10 are seen. The largest of them, the spring 13, is high expansion rate and pushes the spool 12, which holds the nylon threads 3, which run through the stops 11 until the openings 9 are found in the tube wall, as shown in graphs 1 and 4, to pass through them and go to the tip of the rods 2, where they are attached to them by means of the anchors 1, as seen in graphs 1, 2 and 6 of the present invention.
The reel 7 is pushed by the low expansion spring 10, which in turn is pushed by the reel 12 on which it rests, as seen in graphs 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 of this invention. This same reel 7 holds in its upper part the rods 2 that tension the fabric d to form the protection tent, as can be seen in graphs 1 and 2.
When the umbrella is open, the cord 8 is extended inside the tube 17, pulled by the reel 7. The umbrella placed in its extended position is ready to work as can be seen in graphs 1, 2 and 6 of this invention.
When the umbrella is folded, as can be seen in graph 3, the rods 2, the piece of cloth 4, and the nylon threads 3, retract towards the bottom of the tube 17. This happens when the cord 8, operated from the outside by the user, pulls the upper reel 7, which carries with it the rods 2 that hold the fabric 4, the latter being guided towards the inside of the tube 17 by means of the elastic tensioner 5, also anchored in the reel 7. Said reel 7 compresses the spring 10 which in turn presses the reel 12 that compresses the spring 16, as can be seen in figure 3. Figure 5 shows the spring and reel mechanism fully compressed and retracted inside the tube 17 In this position, the release-securing hook of the system 14, holds the reel 7 that keeps the entire mechanism compressed. Once the umbrella has been retracted, the cord 8, which at one end is attached to the reel 7, extends outwards from the tube 17, which allows the cover 16 to be placed on the upper end of said tube 17, through which the rods 2 and the piece of cloth 4 have entered, closing the assembly, as illustrated in graphs 5 and 7. The cord 8 then becomes a transporter of the closed umbrella as can be seen in figure 7.
