Abstract

A protective garment (10) including a generally continuous outer shell (40) and a moisture barrier (42) located generally inside of the outer shell (40) such that when the garment (10) is worn, the moisture barrier (42) is located generally between the outer shell (40) and a wearer of the garment. The moisture barrier (42) includes at least one vent (70) such that at least part of the air located inside the moisture barrier can be vented outside of the moisture barrier.
