Abstract

Procédé de contrôle d’un système de pile à combustible (2 ), ledit système comprenant un reformeur (3) alimenté en carburant associé à un brûleur (5) pour la production de dihydrogène (H2) alimentant la pile à combustible (2); un groupe de compression d’air (7) pour l’alimentation en dioxygène (O2) de la pile à combustible (2), au moins un condenseur (15) en sortie de la pile à combustible (2), au moins un humidificateur (20) et une unité de commande électronique (10). On estime l’humidité relative (HRcout) du courant gazeux en sortie de la cathode (C) de la pile à combustible (2) et le rapport (Rc) entre le débit molaire d’un réactif entrant dans la pile (2) et le débit molaire consommé de ce réactif dans la pile (2) à partir de données comprenant l’intensité (I) du courant électrique imposé à la pile, les débits molaires de dioxygène (Nin O2) de diazote (Nin N2) et de vapeur d' eau (Nin H2O) en entrée de la cathode (C), de la pression (Pc) à la cathode, de la fraction molaire en dioxygène (XcO2, out) et de la température (Tcg, out) du courant gazeux en sortie de la cathode (C), ledit réactif étant du dihydrogène (H2) ou du dioxygène (O2), et ladite fraction molaire en dioxygène (XcO2, out) étant mesurée par une sonde à oxygène (12).
