Abstract

Datenverarbeitungsvorrichtung zum Simulieren eines Piezo- Aktuators mit einem Differentialgleichungslöser, der ausgebildet ist zum Lösen des zeitlichen Verlaufs der axialen Länge (l) des Stapels der Piezoelemente. Die Differentialgleichungen für den zeitlichen Verlauf der axialen Länge (l) des Stapels (34) der Piezoelemente abgeleitet sind abgeleitet von Euler-Lagrange-Gleichungen für die freien axialen Enden des Stapels (34) der Piezoelemente, wobei eine erste Euler-Lagrange-Gleichung für das erste freie axiale Ende des Stapels (34) der Piezoelemente gleich einem negativen elektrischen Kraftäquivalent (Fel) gesetzt ist und eine zweite Euler-Lagrange-Gleichung für das zweite freie axiale Ende des Stapels (34) der Piezoelemente gleich dem positiven elektrischen Kraftäquivalent (Fel) und der durch das Stellglied auf den Stapel der Piezoelemente ausgeübten Kraft gesetzt ist. Der Stapel der Piezoelemente als Punktmasse und das Lagerelement werden als Punktmassen modelliert.
